Located in Hudson Valley, this lovely house for $543 per night is a great option for your next trip. SEPTEMBER SPECIALS! Ask about our midweek specials! Monday-Thursdays!!! You will find serenity here! 65 acres of Picture perfect old oak, Pine, Apple, Cherry, and Maple trees just to name a few. This is a quiet and private retreat...a beautiful hideaway for nature-lovers, hikers, artists, and bird, deer, Hawk, and turkey watchers or simply those who choose to relax and enjoy quiet time and perhaps star gaze while taking a dip in the spa hot tub. Cafe lights strung about as if they were their own starry sky. Very large spacious yet cozy home with Luxurious kitchen with island and granite countertops, 2 dining areas, large living room and dining room with massive picture windows to take in the beautiful and private scenery, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, Hot Tub, XL game room with foosball, ping pong, chess board/table, Smart wifi/cable T.V.'S in each bedroom and Big screen smart wifi/cable TV’s in both lounge areas. (6 smart televisions in total) There is a large back yard deck with gorgeous views of the sunrise and Shawangunk Mountain views behind the home. Relax in one of our many outdoor chairs. Large beautiful bonfire area surrounded by a circle of tall NY pine trees. 55 acres of secluded country living with a running Creek (Beaver Creek) take a walk and explore. Plenty of outdoor seating, BBQ grill, and a Texas smoker for those who enjoy slow cooking their meat/food. Update: We have added a VOLLEYBALL area! We provide everything for volleyball! 🎉🏐 Volleyball pit & horseshoes! EVENTS: Per our house rules and the required rental agreement you digitally sign upon renting Brech Mountain House, we do NOT allow events. However, If you desire to rent the space at an hourly rate or for a 24 hour period for an event (baby shower, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, employee appreciation dinner, photo shoot, business meeting, etc) please reach out to me as this is a seperate arrangement. If you are renting our home as a vacation home but would like to "add on" a family reunion, wedding rehearsal dinner, bridal photo shoot, etc, please reach out to me as we need to approve this accordingly and provide you an updated rental agreement for you to sign. Master bedroom and bath are on ground level and offer handicap accessibility. ♿ Downstairs: Bedroom 1- King & Queen Bed The other three bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom 2-King & Queen Bed Bedroom 3-King Bed Bedroom 4-Queen Bed 2 fold out sofas-Queen **I provide starter trash liners, toilet paper, and paper towels. Please bring your own laundry detergent due to allergy sensitivities. There is a small area across the property that hosts a few sheds. This is private property. Do not access. We use these sheds/buildings to store our equipment for maintaining such a large property. Occasionally, there may be a tiny house on that private area. This space is private and you cannot see the tiny house from the home nor can the tiny house see you. We occasionally host our daughter & son in law who volunteer worldwide and sometimes locally to assist others. When in NY, they stay in the tiny house. We have Ring security cameras on the property that do not invade privacy. One is located by the garage door and shows vehicles driving up the road. The 2nd one is on the back deck and it looks out onto the back yard. The cameras are OUTSIDE and only show a small area of OUTSIDE SPACE & do not show a hot tub view. We value your privacy while trying to maintain the homes safety and security. Please inquire with any questions on this matter. 25 minute drive from Mohonk Mountain House and Town of New Paltz GOLF COURSE, 5 minutes from Wallkill Bethel and close to other Bethel facilities. Near West Point. (35 miles) Check out the Hudson valley wine trail, Angry Orchard's, waterfalls, and breathtaking hikes in the Hudson valley area! Closest airport SWF Newburgh NY All NYC airports (1.5 hr drive)

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at the house. The house is located on a quiet peaceful property. House itself is beautiful, clean, well appointed. Kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook all of our meals in comfort. Bedrooms are roomy and bright. We all enjoyed ping-pong tournaments, napping to Bob Ross on the big screen TV and nice views out of the many windows.

We loved the house and our relaxing stay to just enjoy each other. There was so much to do that we didn’t even have enough time to do everything we wanted. We will definitely come back again. Thanks for sharing your spacious, charming and comfortable home.

Damon’s house was the perfect getaway for our extended family of 9. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and also to spend time together. We loved the sun room with the keyboard, guitar and other games to play. We also really loved the outdoor area with the fire pit! So close to Wallkill and about an hour away from Warwick. Damon was so kind and the perfect host. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to the area!

Very nice and clean, the property was beautiful. Our large family had plenty of space to relax, hike, play games, and feel at home. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own Thanksgiving meal and enjoy it in the warmth of the home, while enjoying the fantastic views of nature. Overall, a perfect stay!

Damon & Michelle are the ideal vacation rental hosts. They were very responsive and communicative without being micromanaging like some hosts can be. The house was amazing, we couldn’t believe how much room there was and it’s a very unique home. The property is beautiful and in a lovely location. Only 10 minutes to tour Wallkill facilities and about an hour to Warwick if you’re in town for that :)

This is an amazing house. We had a large family trip for a wedding. Lots of outside space, enjoyed the fire pit, outside seating, deck and hot tub. Each room had a full length mirror which worked well for getting ready for a wedding. Would highly recommend. Damon was very responsive to questions.

From arrival to checkout, Damon’s place was an absolute pleasure. We were a group of 10 celebrating my dad’s 70th birthday. My son, who is two, and daughter, who is 12, were the only kids. The property is beautiful. The backyard extends beyond view with a really nice hot tub, outdoor table which we used for most of our meals and a grill (we out that to great use). The inside of the house was really nice as well. The master bedroom is beautiful with a really nice bathroom, and the upstairs bedrooms are spacious with it’s own common space and couches to hang out. My dad and all of us had a really nice time, and I thank Damon for his hospitality.

Property was as advertised: large, private, accommodated a large group with ease. Lots of indoor and outdoor spaces for socializing or curling up with a book. Very clean (I'm fairly picky about that). Kitchen rustic but fairly new appliances; worked well. Most negative thing I can say is the well water has a slight sulfur smell (fairly typical for well water). Would definitely recommend.

We were looking for a 4 bedroom to accommodate our family after a few days in New-York City. We wanted some quiet time to enjoy nature after the busy city. Oh boy did this property deliver! Very natural surrounding, in the middle of the woods, we saw plenty of birds, a few deer and a fawn, fireflies every evening and even a bear! Some awesome parties in the game room, beautiful hikes around, big kitchen, plenty of space inside and outside, round pit fire, spa, we enjoy it all and we hope to come back one day! Communication with owners was outstanding, and check in and out a breeze... I cannot recommend it enough! Thank you Damon and Michelle.

The space was very nice and organized!! The outside makes the house so enjoyable and the jacuzzi was relatively clean and comfortable to play in. Just a heads up, there are a lot of ticks for those of you who do not know the area well!

This property is nothing short of AMAZING. It’s taking me a while to sit down and write this review because I have so much I want to say about it and not sure where to start. We rented this beautiful stone home for my niece’s graduation from SUNY New Paltz weekend. Since we are a family of 6, we realized that 2 hotel rooms would cost way more than renting this entire house! We had so much space that a few cousins stayed with us too. House is so unique. Very well cared for and loved. It has anything you could possibly want for- from the awesome family game/movie/rec room, to a perfectly stocked kitchen, multiple living spaces, hot tub, 60+ acres to hike, volleyball court area, to fabulous fire pit area (so cool that we are trying to replicate something like it at our home). We had so much fun making a huge family bbq dinner and then sitting around the fire pit making s’mores and singing. The only thing I wish we had would be MORE TIME at this property. My entire family agreed that we’d love to go back & spend a week or so next time! Damon was very helpful and an excellent and timely communicator. We can’t wait to go back!! We’ve recommended this home to several friends already!!

We spent 4 wonderful days here. This house easily accommodated 9 adults, two who needed handicap accessibility especially in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and we loved the game room! We used the outside section of the deck by the game room to enjoy our morning coffee. We do have a few suggestions/observations though. A grab bar in the downstairs walk-in shower would increase a handicapped person’s safety. The hot tub is a nice touch, but we did notice the water was not as clear as it could be. Again, we really did enjoy the house and the area. We would recommend other groups of family or friends to consider staying here. We’d like to thank the owner for acknowledging all our concerns and for all his help before and during our stay.😊

Every single person from my family that came to the house for our family reunion were so impressed with everything about the house! It was perfect for hosting people in the outdoor area, as well as plenty of spaces to hang out indoors as well. The array of indoor and outdoor games allowed for endless entertainment. The short hike down to the creek behind the house was very peaceful. Our favorite locations close to the house were at Hometown Ice Cream and Minnewaska State Park.
If we ever make our way back to the area, we would love to stay at this perfect home again.

We loved our stay in Pine Bush. The property is stunning - we had a great time walking by the creek, sitting in the hot tup, and enjoying the privacy.
The house is lovely and spacious. The rec room was especially great for our crew - we enjoyed foosball, ping-pong, and musical instruments.
The kitchen is well equipped. Towels and linens provided. No shampoo or laundry soap so make sure you bring your own.
The house has some rustic aspects - we liked that it was not a boring gut reno and instead had original details. The hot water has a strong sulfur smell, but all in all the house was usable, clean, and equipped with everything we need.
The owners were very responsive and even brought us fresh eggs! Thanks for a great experience :)

The house was lovely, spacious, unique, with lots to do: volleyball, foosball, ping pong, an electric keyboard (which we made use of), a wonderful fire pit in a circle of fairy lights, woods to explore and play hide and seek in, lots of chairs for relaxing and eating outside, and the hot tub was clean and hot with a gorgeous view of the starry night sky.
We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and the place was clean and well maintained, with lots of character, charm, and nooks for the kiddos to explore. 15 minutes drive to Pine Bush for grocery, wine and spirits, restaurants, and Junior's ice cream spot. The property felt secluded and expansive without being too far from necessities. Wi-Fi worked great. Hosts provided everything we needed, all the info in advance, clear instructions onsite, and we had no need to contact them while staying 4 nights. All in all an excellent experience - I expect we'll be back!

The house was perfect for a reunion my friends and I had this New Years. The property has so much to offer! Lots of land, a beautiful stream out back, a volleyball court, fireplace, and hot tub. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal and there are lots of fun games to play! We have no complaints about this place. The beds are comfy, the house was clean and the space was perfect!
