The Swizzle Inn, located in the newest Watercolor phase, The Crossings District, is the perfect home for one or two families! Owned by a family from Austin, TX and a family from Bermuda, they have a total of 4 kids (including twins) and the home is loaded with all amenities you need upon arrival with children. NO MORE RENTING EQUIPMENT! HOME HIGHLIGHTS- 5 Bedroom, 4.5 Baths, 10 person max. - 2 Master bedrooms and a private Queen bedroom downstairs - all with en suite baths With 3 bedrooms suitable for adults and 2 children's bedrooms bring your friends or your family- and your babysitter! - 5 beach chairs provided. Save $$$ on renting them at the resort - 4 bikes and a bike trailer for children included - Wifi and SMART TV's in all bedrooms - All linens and towels provided, along with toiletries in each full bathroom - 24/7 Rental Manager available should any issue/concerns arise - Driveway with 2 parking spots. For the adults- Keurig coffee maker, Margarita maker, Propane Grill, and smart tv's in each bedroom For the Kids- 2 Pack and Plays, baby monitors, 2 travel high chairs, a jogging stroller, a wagon, an inflatable infant tub, board games, toys and books, and beach toys Home Design- First Floor- Kitchen and large pantry, family room with TV, office area, laundry room, half bath, screened in porch with sectional First Floor Bedrooms- Queen (2) En suite bathroom and large walk in closet Second Floor- Play area with couch and bean bags and children's themed bathroom with shower/tub Second Floor Bedrooms- Master King (2) En suite bathroom, closet, and private balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the Crossing's green space King (2) Large walk in closet and shared bathroom with twin trundle room (great for parents the be apart but not too far from young children) Twin Trundle (4) 2 twin beds with trundles under each. Shares bathroom with walk in shower with the 2nd King Bedroom Bunk Room (2) Twin over twin bunk beds with closet Parking- There are 2 parking spots in the driveway which do not require a parking pass, and 2 parking passes are provided for parking throughout Watercolor. LSV's will require a full parking space. The Swizzle Inn is located 4 houses from the Dragonfly Pool and the porch opens up to the Crossings large green space, making it a convenient location to walk to and from the pool all day and let the kids run outside and play without having to cross a street! The Swizzle Inn is also located .25 miles from the Publix shopping center and less than .5 from the soon-to-be-complete renovated Camp Watercolor. Watercolor Amenities included with rental- Access to WaterColor’s Beach Club and Pools, Boathouse Pool, Dragonfly Pool, Frog Pool & Camp Watercolor pools and lazy river, Access to the WaterColor Tennis Center and Fitness club are available for use for an additional fee. *Watercolor Amenity Construction Update - ALL construction has been completed! The Camp Watercolor pools, lazy river, restaurant/bar and playground have been completed. Pickle ball courts have been added at the tennis facility. The renovation of the beach club existing pool and the addition of 2 additional pools and decks of chairs and restaurant were completed May 12, 2020. Cancellations will incur 3% credit card fee While the home sleeps 12, we have a maximum of 10 guests at any time to keep our the Swizzle Inn in great condition. An accurate head count is required upon booking and may result in additional charges or a cancellation of the booking without refund. All guests over the age of 5 will require a wristband for entry of Watercolor amenities and a maximum of 10 wristbands will be issued per stay. We do not offer our golf cart for use due to insurance, however the cost of the house has been lowered to allow for golf cart rental AND Watercolor offers courtesy shuttles from Spring through Labor Day to the beach club or any other watercolor amenities available all day. This is a very underutilized resource and their availability is typically right away. It's also a great perk because golf cart parking has become very difficult- so you can avoid circling to find a spot. The courtesy cart is a 12-15 person golf cart shuttle meaning you can bring all of your beach gear as well and receive door to door service! Golf Cart / LSV rentals are permitted only from Electric Cart Company. This is a Watercolor HOA restriction. Please inquire with them early as there are only a limited amount of rentals allowed in Watercolor per week. All other LSV rentals are not permitted and will be ticketed. The property fees which are charged are required by the Watercolor HOA for guests renting each home. These fees give you access to all Watercolor amenities including the pools and beach club.
