CHALET BEACH EDGE IN GRUISSAN
About this chalet rental
In a unique place that has kept its charm of yesteryear, "the beach chalets GRUISSAN", we offer the rental of our chalet (120 m2), which we completely renovated in 2014. Ground floor: 3 bedrooms with bathroom, large hall with wall cupboards. Access to the floor with a staircase inside or outside. 1st floor: a large living room (dining room, kitchen and lounge with flat screen), a master suite (bedroom and bathroom) and a loft with sleeping. PLUS: a superb furnished terrace (dining area and lounge) with sea views and a rare area for this type of product. We wanted to keep the authenticity of our chalet (parquet and wood) while respecting the maximum comfort. A check for an amount of 500 € will be requested upon entry into the premises as a deposit. Possibility of supplying sheets and towels for a deposit of 60 € upon arrival.

Casa bonita por fuera pero mal por dentro
La casa tenía el suelo sucio y el baño de arriba tenía un olor muy desagradable, creemos que salía de la ducha (cosa que ya sabe la propietaria y por eso dejó ambietadores), la cocina también tenía los armarios sucios así como los platos y vasos.
La página web pone que hay que dar un depósito de 60€ por las toallas y sábanas pero resulta que no es un depósito sino un pago y además no son 60€ sino 90€!!!.
Las escaleras de acceso a la planta de arriba son muy empinadas y estrechas nada cómodas y no recomendables para personas mayores. Además al ser los suelos de madera éstos crujían y era imposible descansar en las habitaciones de abajo.Sí hubiéramos sabido todo esto no la hubiéramos alquilado.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au bord de la mer. Le chalet est agréable à vivre et spacieux pour une famille de 10 personnes.

superbe chalet à conseiller
un seul bémol nous n avions pas le numéro du chalet seulement ilot 9 donc nous avons été obligés de contacter Céline avant notre arrivée.

Superbe
On adorait déjà Gruissan, maintenant encore plus. Le chalet est très bien décoré et très bien situé. Quelques petites imperfections mais ça ajoute du charme à ce magnifique chalet. Merci à Céline de nous avoir proposé son aide, tout était parfait donc on n'a eu besoin de rien de plus. Et merci à Sophie d'avoir partagé avec nous son petit coin de paradis.

Le chalet parfait pour un séjour entre amis
Nous avons passé un très bon weekend dans ce chalet de Gruissan, nous étions 10 personnes et il y avait largement de l'espace pour tous ! Petite préférence pour la terrasse sur laquelle on peut profiter d'un brunch dans la tiédeur matinale :)
Par ailleurs le chalet est assez bien équipé en termes de vaisselle, électroménager (four micro-onde, lave vaisselle, grand frigo, cafetière etc.).
Les gérants étaient disponibles et très sympathiques.

Schönes, geschmackvolles Strandhaus
Schönes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlten verschiedene Utensilien, welche zum kochen notwendig gewesen wären. Auch war die Sauberkeit in der Küche nicht gerade hervorragend. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.
Der Preis in der Nebensaison recht hoch für was die Umgebung bietet, vieles hatte bereits geschlossen.

Schöner Strand Urlaub
Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand, also optimal für einen Strand Urlaub.
Die Ausstattung ist spartanisch aber ok. Allerdings könnte die Terrasse mehr "bequeme" Sitzgelegenheiten bieten.
