The large living area features comfortable lounges and large Television and DVD player with a cosy wood fire and split system air conditioner to provide both heating and cooling. Additional to the living area is a snug brick feature room with a sofa bed, TV and DVD Player. Free WiFi is installed for internet access. The Portland Art Show is held in the Crystal Theatre on the first weekend in March and is one of the best little Art Shows in NSW. The township boasts beautiful replica signs of yesteryear which have been painted on the local shops and hotels. The historic gold mining town of Sunny Corner is approximately a 20 minute drive and the beautiful Capertee Valley is approximately a 45 minute drive. The owners live on site towards the front of the property and the main residence has established gardens which guests can utilise for picnics if they wish. There are roads to walk on.
