Bakers, supermarket and restaurants are just as close, the train station 15 minutes walk away. The semi-detached house is located in a garden with private terrace facing southeast / southwest, so sunny and bright. The ground floor has a kitchen and living room (with sofa bed) and a bathroom with walk-in shower & WC. Upstairs there is another bathroom with tub & toilet and three lockable bedrooms: 1. with two single beds, 2. with double bed, 3. with three single beds, two of them on a gallery. The slate floor of the kitchen and the parquet in the rest of the house are heated by underfloor heating. In the cold season you can make yourself comfortable with the fireplace in the kitchen. The house has Wi-Fi connection and a parking space. Note to the seaside resorts Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck: - Parking on the streets is not allowed. If you are traveling with more than one car, you would need to use a public pay parking or P & R at the station free of charge, - You need a spa card: per person and day in high season (1.
