Quelah Condo 8 Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This condo offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy time with friends and family. The kitchen opens up to a large living and dining area so no one will feel left out. Two large bedrooms also come with their own bathroom. Guests can also take advantage of the condos deck and lawn area to experience Central Oregon's sunny weather. The Quelah complex offers guests exclusive access to private tennis courts, over two acres of green and park space, plus its own pool and hot tub! The complex is also within easy walking distance to the SHARC aquatic and fitness center, which has family fun for a daily fee. Sunriver offers miles of walking and biking paths and is just 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool at the SHARC facility is open year-round. The outdoor pool at SHARC is open from mid-May through September. This home also includes shared access to a private pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Enjoyed our stay!
Ouiet area and easy bike ride to the village, Nature Center, stables and Lodge. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful family stay. Thank you.

The condo is great! Well stocked, cozy and all. However, the listing includes a hot tub (shared) which was a huge on our criteria list - but there's no hot tub at Quelah currently as it's under construction for the who-knows-how-long.
The condo has some deferred maintenance that's been put off that makes it show its age.

We've stayed in Quelah condos for several years now and have been going to Sunriver for close to 30 yrs. The location is great and the back lawn is lovely. But, things need to get much better:
1. The next door neighbor in Quelah 7 is downright nasty. They live there and just don't like vacationers. The woman literally yelled at my wife and sister. She was patronizing and just mean. Completely unacceptable.
2. The condo needs some real upgrades and updates. The space itself is great. When we arrived, there was a coffee machine, but no coffee pot. There was no dish soap or laundry detergent. The range works intermittently. The TV is from the 90s. The dining room table chairs are probably the most uncomfortable dining chairs I have ever sat on. They need more cutting boards. It's really dark. There basically are no ceiling lights. The list goes on. Mostly, things just need to be updated and upgraded. The price keeps going up each year, but the updates and upgrades don't happen.
Sunriver is a slice of heaven. Quelah condos are a great location. This condo could be great. But it leaves a lot to be desired at this price point.

Stayed with my family for a week in Sunriver. The condo was very comfortable , spacious and very clean. Everything we required was provided. It was a great location with easy access to the pool. Sunriver was a great stay. The community had easy access to miles of paved trails for cycling and walking. Easy access to golf and the river. Overall the location makes for a very relaxing stay in the Oregon High Desert. Highly recommend.

Stayed with my family for a week in Sunriver. The condo was very comfortable , spacious and very clean. Everything we required was provided. It was a great location with easy access to the pool. Sunriver was a great stay. The community had easy access to miles of paved trails for cycling and walking. Easy access to golf and the river. In the midst of a pandemic we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. We had to purchase our own cleaning supplies and wipe down counters and tables ourselves. The management company was very responsive and helpful not only with a cleaning credit but when one of the upstairs sinks developed a drainage issue. We were disappointed in the addition of a daily pool fee that we didn’t know about. Also we kept our bikes in the unit as there was no direction or key to access the bike storage area. Overall we didn’t feel like we got our money’s worth.

House was very family friendly!! Loved the 4 bikes provided and having the SHARC/Marina passes was an extra bonus😁 Our kids had a blast at the shared pool!

Great location! Very spacious
We loved the location of the condo. It was perfect for a family of 4. We could have even brought an extra guest or two. The kids loved the bunk beds

Awesome winter weekend stay!
This is our 5th stay at Quelah 8. We love it! Super clean, great location and affordable. We had two great days of skiing at Bachelor, then a little fly-fishing at the Fall river, hiking at Benham falls and trips to Goodies and the lodge for happy hour. Thank you for having wood stocked for the fireplace. We so enjoyed our nightly fires after dinner. We also appreciated the hot tub after skiing. It was a lot of fun for our kids. We will be back!

Rental process and check in is a breeze. Have stayed at Different Quelah condos over the years. Really love the property because of location, pool, hot tub and tennis courts.
There were 7 ladies in our group and we had no issue with the size of our unit, fortunately no princesses so no issues with only having 2 bathrooms. Please fix one of the bikes. 4 of us wanted to ride but only 3 bikes were operational. Otherwise absolutely no issues.

Clean, convenient, comfortable
Well-stocked condo just minutes from one of our favorite Sunriver paths. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 to enjoy each other and still have space to do our own thing.
