Just okay, but great location and good value for price

very good location, 5 minute walk to Acropolis and lots of restaurants/shops, 10-15 walk to main tourist area (Plaka), 2 minute walk to subway, 20 minute walk or short subway ride to main shopping street (Ermou St.), and several cafes and restaurants within 5 minute walk. Beds were comfortable, bedding was fine, living room is small but comfortable with good lighting, apartment was pretty clean but very spartan, bare walls with only a few black and white prints for decor. Easy to get keys, elevator in building (although there are a few steps to get to elevator so not wheelchair accessible if you need that). Fits 6 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms (we had 5).

daughter got 4 bedbug bites and saw one bug (owner said he will look into it); kitchen sink and bathtub are very stained; kitchen lighting is dreary and dim; no laundry soap, trash bags, paper towels, napkins, or tissues provided (we had to buy all of those), bathroom tub was very clogged despite my husband removing hair clogs multiple times -- took 30 minutes to drain after shower; tub/shower is very high to step into, cracked tiles in shower, towels old and rough. Main bedroom has only one small hanging rack with a few small plastic hangers that were too narrow to hold adult size clothes, no other storage for clothing. Needs drawers, shelves, cabinet or at least some cubbies, there was no place to put folded clothes or socks, etc., and not enough hangers for two people. Other bedroom had enough cabinets/closets. View is bad (dumpsters and graffiti across the street) and traffic/motorcycle noise is loud at night, will need earplugs to sleep if light sleeper.

Spacious apartment in a great location to explore the culture and history of Athens

Spacious for our family of 5, clean and fantastic location close to the Metro and Acropolis. You don’t need a car as you can get around easily by foot. Plenty of places to eat out so we only had breakfast at home. Communication with Chris was excellent with very clear instructions. Very good value for money and ideal for our 3 nights before flying from the airport (half an hour away).

As you’d expect in apartment living there’s only one bathroom. Not a problem for us but be aware.

The communication regarding checkin was smooth. The apartment is very nice, bright and spacious, with good aircondition, and well suited for 6 persons. The aprtment is in a nice area (Koukaki) just outside of the tourist-buzzle. Absolutely recommandable.

The apartment was perfect for our visit. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked fully equipped.

The location was perfect close to transportation, the acropolis and many good restaurants and bakeries. Zeta makes great coffee in her shop just a short walk.

The shower needs some attention.

Athens is a wonderful experience and a beautiful city and we all agreed to return there soon, and, if possible, stay in

The property was clean, spacious, functional and uncluttered (a bonus with three children in tow). We loved the location which was in a normal residential area that meant we experienced the ‘real’ Athens. We were surrounded by all manner of shops so buying groceries was not difficult. A few minutes away was the tourist hub that is Plaka with its excellent cafes and restaurants. A short walk to the top of the street led you to the base of the Acropolis.

The house is big and beautiful, the host gave us thorough explanations and was super helpful. excellent position, more or less 15 minutes on foot from the acropolis

good location, apartment was comfortable, host responded promptly

host arranged for transport from ferry to apartment but we had to wait almost an hour in the sun for the car to arrive after multiple calls. For the trip to the airport we decided it was safer to use the metro.

Great & spacious apartment with a nice host & a perfect location - definitely my choice next time!

Chris is a very nice and accomodating host. The apartment is huge, clean and very comfortable. The location is optimal (3 minutes by foot from metro station Fix, 5 minutes to the Acropolis, 3 minutes to a large supermarket) and most of the times (party on Drakou can be heard at weekend night times) it is very quite (the windows insulate very well and the A/C is super quite) compared to other locations in Athens. We really appreciated our time there and would definitely book again for our next stay in Athens.

Everything was nice. Good place, near to restaurant, near to car rentals etc. Clean apartment, a/c in every room. Nice staff, instantly replies to messages.

Perfect!

The location was perfect to visit the acropolis and to enjoy Plaka at night! Chris is an amazing host who helped us with the transfer from the port and to the airport! The apartment is clean and perfect for family and friends! I highly recommend!
