The Alcázar House is a magnificent property with a unique location literally next to the Alcázar of Seville, one of the most important and visited monuments of Spain, UNESCO Heritage; in the beautiful Santa Cruz neighbourhood. The property, a three-storey house, consists of living room, kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two terraces. Entering, we find a small hall where a small cleaning room where the washing machine, iron, ironing board, etc. are located, among other utensils. To the right of the entrance is one of the bedrooms with two single beds and bathroom with shower en suite. To the left of the entrance, there is another bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite, too. A floor above, is located the kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary amenities and the other two bedrooms: both with two single beds and bathroom en suite. One of these two bedrooms shares a wall with the Alcazar, visible in the photographs. Finally, on the top floor is placed the living room.
