Located in Paphos District, this lovely villa for $718 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. = ON-LINE ORDERS FOR GROCERIES WITH HOME DELIVERY. SPECTACULAR SEA VIEWS AND SUNSETS. This executive villa has 5 bedrooms all with their own en-suite facilities. Can sleep comfortably 10-12 persons. There are two master bedrooms and three twin bedrooms. One master bedroom is on 2 levels with the ground level offering a cosy private sitting room, wc and a double Jacuzzi room which enjoys breathtaking sea views. The upstairs split level area houses a double bed which also faces the sea through a very large window. The other master bedroom offers a big shower room, his+her washing basins and a cosy veranda with stairs taking you firstly to a private section of the garden and then to the pool area. The living and dinning areas of the villa have spectacular sea views and are furnished with modern leather furniture. The kitchen is also brand new and is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances. The villa has a large infinity swimming pool, with an optional pool heating system, covered BBQ area, outdoor sitting, dinning and resting areas, as also, a large landscaped garden. The main advantage of Oceanos Beach Villa is its fantastic location. Our three villas and a nearby beach bar are the only waterfront buildings in the area. We also have a small convenience store near us. Our other 2 villas listed on VRBO are NAUTILUS ref. 8263514 and POSEIDON ref. 57683. During the architectural planning of the villas and the subsequent construction earlier this year, we took great care in preserving privacy. As a result, the villas are very exclusive and even though they are next to each other they do not overlook into each others pools. Their landscaped gardens are adjacent to a secluded and beautiful beach area and a smaller lovely cove which is only 300 yards away. The villas are completely independent from each other with private pools, private gardens and lots of privacy between them, suitable for very exclusive, relaxing and tranquil holidays! Beaches and the Bungalow: Our beach villas are adjacent to a secluded and beautiful beach area and a smaller cove is only 300 yards away. They are situated on the outskirts of Kissonerga village at which you could do your shopping, and, visit the local taverns as also a fish tavern only a 5 minute walk from the beach house. In addition the cosmopolitan area of Coral Bay is only about 2km away with plenty of choices for shopping, restaurants and bars. The Resort also offers for rent a very private one-bedroom bungalow, which is independent from the villas. It has its own patio with outdoor furniture, as also separate landscaped gardens hanging literally over the beach. Sitting outside and watching the sunsets and the sea view is a peaceful experience. The interior offers a double bedroom with air-conditioning unit, a separate shower room, a wc and stylish washing basin, as also a kitchenette. Kindly note that it does not have a swimming pool and does not have use of any of the pools in our resort. The bungalow is available to rent separately and it is ideal for larger groups who rent the villa as well. FOOD TIP: When visiting traditional tavernas try the MEZE, which is a selection of small plates of several local dishes (dips, vegetables, meat). However, when visiting fish taverns it is advisable to order separate dishes from the a la carte menu and share them between you, in spite of the fact that they also offer fish meze. Different types of fish vary dramatically in taste and quality so if you choose the fish meze then you MAY end up not having an excellent meal.

This villa is ideally situated and the external areas are fabulous for comfort, views, space and great sunsets. Our host, Yianni, could hardly have done more for us and the bus service is cheap and reliable enabling easy access to both Coral Bay and Paphos. Regretably the internal features are very disappointing. The property is cheaply furnished and there are many aspects not working. The TV was unusable as the fitted plugs did not match sockets and there were no adapters. Also the usb points didn't work and in one room the aircon was simply ineffective. The sheets were too small for some of the beds and the towels were also smaller than we would have liked. None of these issues spoiled our holiday but future visitors should not expect a luxury villa throughout as we did for the price.

We stayed for 2 nights with a group of friends and had an amazing time. Description of the villa about Spectacular Sunsets and Sea Views, couldn't have been more accurate. As a big group of friends we also enjoyed the barbecue place, the large pool and the huge garden. Convenience store 100 metres away from the property door, was very useful. We couldn't have made a better choice. Will definitely come back. L

We were delighted with the villa and the surroundings. The beach bar/restaurant 100 metres away was excellent. Ideally positioned between Paphos and Coaral Bay. The owners Vianne and his father were always available if we needed them, which we didn’t. We’ll be back.

It’s the best villa we’ve been. Children enjoyed warm pool and green field, while we enjoyed view, barbecue, all the perfect facilities and relaxed in jacuzzi with sea view. Definitely recommend ))

We had a family reunion and some of us stayed at the Oceano and Posiden Villas the last two weeks of April 2019. Coming from Los Angeles i was a bit worried. When we got there I was blown away by the beauty. The Villa was wonderful Yanni and his dad were beyond accommodating. The location is Perfect. There is a great restaurant next door at the beach and a store to get anything you need. There is also a bus right there to go anywhere. The views, the ambiance, and really warm pool were the highlights of an amazing vacation. It succeeded my expectations and I recommend doing the jeep tours and seeing the Mosaics of the Roman Villas from the 2nd century. Our families met there from New York, Los Angeles, Israel, and London Some were in hotels close by and couldn't get over how beautiful the Blue Coral Villas were. It was an amazing time. Cyprus is safe and the people wonderful.

We have stayed at both the Nautilus and Oceanos villas. Both were very special experiences for us all. The villas are spacious and well laid out. There are all the amenities you need and the pools are amazing! The view and the closeness to the beach are unbeatable. You wake up in the morning to the sound of the waves, and the golden sunsets in the evening, what more can you wish for... I must admit I am now spoilt... I cannot consider any vacation in Paphos other than staying at one of these villas, they are that special!
