Villa Morgan is a luxurious villa with stunning sea views situated in the hills right above the centre of Sainte-Maxime overlooking the bay of Saint Tropez. It is located in the peaceful Sémaphore quarter of Sainte-Maxime and is only an 10 minute walk to the center with its charming shops, restaurants and sandy beaches. This modern, spacious luxury villa is tastefully decorated, family friendly and boasts a heated swimming pool and large terrace with panoramic sea views. The pool also benefits from an automated hard cover for the safety of children. Off the beautiful open plan living room, a large terrace with outdoor sofas allows you to enjoy the splendor of the Cote D'Azur. Outside dining is provided for up to 10. Walk into town, stroll along the beach, hire windsurfers or hobie-cats at the sailing club. The stunning Nartelle beach is only minutes away by car with a huge choice of beach clubs to suit all tastes. Larger boats can be rented from the centre of Sainte-Maxime for cruising the beautiful coastline and sail across the bay to Pampelonne beach, picking any of the famous clubs and restaurants like Tahiti Beach, Nikki Beach or Club 55 for lunch. Or take the small ferry straight to Saint Tropez. Or take a boat to the national reserve on Port-Cros island. There are endless thrilling activities waiting for you. The villa sleeps 10+ consisting of 5 bedrooms and is air conditioned. There is a master bedroom including king bed, ensuite, seaview, and TV. There are 4 further ensuite bedrooms, one with two single beds, 1 with queen/double bed and 2 with king beds, all of which open on to garden terraces. Additionally, 2 of the king bedrooms also have double sofa beds making these bedrooms suitable for 2 adults and up to two small children. And for those loving a warm pool, heating is provided on request from May until October depending a little bit on weather conditions. (83115003310SB)

Villa was huge and very inviting. The property manager was very responsive in addressing any issues. The villa was absolutely beautiful with a wonderful view of the sea. The bedrooms were all large with large ensuite bathrooms. The pool was wonderful and had 6 chaise loungers and a sitting area. The villa had multiple sitting areas and 3 areas where you could dine. There were three refrigerators in the villa. We used the refrigerator in the pantry off the kitchen for our beverages. There is a Carrefour close to the villa but a much newer and larger one on the road that you are on coming to the villa off the freeway. We could walk into the town of Sainte Maxime which had a lovely market and many nice restaurants to dine in. It was a harder walk uphill back to the villa but if you take a couple breaks it was okay. (We are all in our 60's) Easy to drive to other towns in the South of France. Highly recommend this villa.

Beautiful, villa, well maintained and well appointed. Very private and not overlooked by or overlooking surrounding properties. Plenty of comfortable seating areas with options of sunshine and shade all day long. Lovely sea views from the main terrace and top floor. The pool was also lovely with good pool furniture. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and good showers. The grounds are totally enclosed with plenty of space for our two dogs to safely run around. Although not advertised as accessible, it worked really well for my husband who was using a mobility scooter and couldn't manage stairs - he didn't use the pool level, but kitchen, lounge, large terrace, bedrooms and bathrooms could all be easily accessed and the scooter easily made it down to the town and back when we went out. The villa is well located in a quiet area with just a short walk down the hill into the port or town centre. Michael was really helpful and readily available when we needed to contact him. A welcome basket including wines, coffee and teas was very much appreciated; and the kitchen was equipped with basic condiments, olive oil, washing up materials etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa, so much so that we have already booked to stay again next year!

We loved the property - excellent space for all the guests, beautiful views from the rooms and the terrace and a quick walk to the centre of town and the beach - highly recommended.

Beautiful Villa
Our family group of 7 stayed for week at Villa Morgan and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did not want to leave. The recent renovations made to the property are fabulous. Each bedroom is ensuite which gives everyone privacy. The upper deck and pool area were lovely, and the kitchen by the pool was great for va I g east access to snacks and drinks. Being within walking distance to town was nice. Be aware that basic supplies are not provided - such as shampoo, soap, paper towels/napkins. So you might want to make a stop at one of the nearby grocery stores.

It’s people that make the biggest difference
The property was perfectly located and within easy reach of the pretty little town of Saint Maxime and a hop across the water to Saint Tropez. Excellent interior spaces.
What made the holiday perfect was Michael, the manager. His attention, responsiveness and curtesy meant we didn’t have to worry about anything as small issues that arose were dealt with immediately.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) hatten eine unglaublich tolle Zeit in der Villa Morgan.
Die gesamte Gestaltung des Hauses und das hochwertige Interieur lassen keine Wünsche offen.
Der Aussenbereich mit Pool, Bouleplatz und vielen entspannten Sitzmöglichkeiten hat den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.
Die Kommunikation mit Michael Schaeffer vor Ort war flexibel und sehr freundlich.
Die Lage des Objektes ist aussergewöhnlich - man genießt einerseits die Ruhe und den Meerblick, andererseits ist das Stadtzentrum innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar.

Well situated villa enjoys great views of the water and is walking distance down to Sainte Maxime. The villa is well appointed and comfortable for everyone with ensuite bathrooms. Everything you need for the perfect vacation. We had a great time, as will you!

Tolle Villa mit super Ausstattung & Aussicht
Kurz zusammengefasst: die Villa ist sehr geräumig, top gepflegt und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Alles ist neu und stilvoll! Der Garten mit dem großen Pool und dem Bowl-Platz lädt zum verweilen ein, die große Terrasse bietet einen tollen Blick auf das Meer.
Das Zentrum von Sainte-Maxime ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Simply stunning!
There were a group of 8 of us made up from family and friends and we had the most amazing time at the Villa, there was everything you needed there and it was a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. We didn’t want to leave. Sainte Maxime itself was a lovely place with nice beaches and is only a short boat trip to saint tropez. I hope to be able to go back again one day.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cette propriété à sainte maxime tout juste rénové par un architecte. La décoration intérieure est superbe et les extérieurs sont très beaux également offrant un panorama incroyable.

Vacances familiales dans un cadre enchanteur
Superbe propriété, décorée avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. L'organisation des pièces est très bien pensée et permet à chaque famille d'avoir de l'intimité en dehors des moments passés ensemble dans les pièces communes.

It has stunning views across the bay to St Tropez and has a spacious modern, tasteful decor. The pool and outside areas are well maintained with high quality furniture and lovely gardens. We hope to return next year with the rest of our family as there is so much space.

Wir verbrachten vom 03.08.bis 16.08.2019 einen erlebnisreichen Urlaub hier.Angereist sind 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder.Wir alle fühlten uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl und waren begeistert von der Umgebung und dem Ambiente des Hauses.Unser Dank gilt allen, die dafür gesorgt haben, dass wir die wunderbaren Vorzüge und Extras der Villa Morgan genießen konnten.Unser Urlaubsende ließ ein wenig Wehmut aufkommen, denn wir werden uns noch oft und gern an die tolle Aussicht, den gepflegten und stilvoll angelegten Garten und natürlich an die Zeit an diesem schönen Pool erinnern.Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist überdurchschnittlich.Modernes Möbeldesign und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Räume sorgen für unbedingtes Wohlfühlen.Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten und Inventar ausgestattet,
Die Betreuung und der Service durch die Agentur, hier durch Herrn Schaeffer, hätte nicht besser sein können.Wir werden sehr gern wiederkommen.

Wunderschön
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche mit unseren Freunden und jugendlichen Kindern. Das Haus ist phantastisch. Alle waren begeistert über die perfekte Ausstattung, den schönen großen Pool, die Terassen und deren geschmackvolle Möblierung, sowie den hübschen Garten. Die Zimmer, Bäder und Küchen sind perfekt ausgestattet - jeden Tag haben wir etwas Neues entdeckt. Die 3 verschiedenen Ebenen auf denen man hier wohnt verleihen dem Haus in jeder Beziehung Großzügigkeit. Die Lage ist prima, sodass man wirklich zu Fuß in die belebte Altstadt gehen kann und trotzdem sehr ruhig mit schöner Aussicht wohnt.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
