Apartment located in the stately neighborhood between Santa Cruz and Plaza del Salvador. It is a very nice area full of charming places, such as the Cathedral, La Giralda, Royal Alcaceres, Patio de los Naranjos, etc., all this can be found just 250 meters from the apartment. The Barrio de Santa Cruz is next to Triana one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Seville, which is formed by a labyrinth of typical and narrow streets full of architectural treasures, its patios full of flowers, the murmur of its fountains and the orange blossom aroma. In the surroundings of the building you can find bars and terraces where you can taste the gastronomy of our land, sitting outdoors enjoying our magnificent climate. They do not need to use a car, everything they need is located a few meters away. We offer you an elegant apartment of 75 meters, located in a typical Sevillian house, it is composed of a large bedroom decorated in vintage style, a bed of 1,50m x 2m, high quality sheets. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for two people, TV 40 ", table for 4 people, The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of utensils and even a Dolce Gusto Coffee, a warm and pleasant bathroom, and finally the best of the apartment is its large private patio, where you can spend pleasant evenings with your friends or family. Air conditioning, Wifi. It is a cozy apartment, we have chosen your furniture with taste and love. From your main balcony overlooking the typical and famous Calle Francos, you can enjoy Easter as all the brotherhoods pass through this street. A unique place to remember. We personally attend our guests and the treatment is familiar and close, as if they were from our family. We have a customer service phone 24 hours a day, any need our guests have will be solved instantly

The apartment was in the perfect location with a well stocked supermarket next door. The host provided very useful video on how to find the apartment and the check-in process was very easy. The apartment is spacious with a great kitchen for those who like to cook.

Enjoyed our stay in this quaint apartment. A little hard to find however Carla met up with us and showed us the way. Thank you Carla! Plenty of space, bed was comfortable, air conditioning was nice to have however the one in the living area leaks. Overall we recommend for your visit to Seville!

This flat is perfectly located in the old town of Seville, in walking distance from many attractions. Very convenient!
In terms of comfort, the flat is quite modern with recent appliances but the mattress would need to be refreshed and the air conditioning in the kitchen to be fixed, it is working but it’s leaking on the floor.

Our stay was wonderful. The place was perfectly situated to see the sights. Check in was easy. The one problem was the very loud AC unit in the living area which they attempted to fix but it was still super loud.
Other than that all was great! Carla was very sweet and great at communicating.

This is a beautiful little apartment that appears in person just as it did online. We were right in the heart of the city and close to most of the major attractions we were interested in during our short stay.

Apartment was exactly as advertised and it looked the same in reality as it looked in the photos.
There was a little noise from the street but was expecting that after all you are in the city,enjoyed standing on the balcony watching the people and listening to the Swifts.
My wife and I had a lovely time in this beautiful apartment.

Beautiful 1 bedroom multilevel apartment. Large living/kitchen area and outside sitting area. Very large bedroom is a couple steps down with french balcony overlooking busy pedestrian shopping area. Plenty of food and shops with steps of the apartment. Plus, the central location is within walking distance of everything you will want to see with the Centro district. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful apartment, and we appreciated the chocolate left for us. The location is excellent and check in was smooth. Note that there is no door on the bedroom and several very slick marble steps down to the bedroom, as well as one additional step in the apartment - may not be the best for people with balance issues or if one person is trying to sleep while someone else is watching TV.

This is a lovely apartment close to a great Mercado, local coffee spot and neighborhood bar/tapas place. Victoria has a very seamless check-in process and he is very helpful , answering questions very promptly.
The property had everything we needed in terms of equipment. The design of your furniture and kitchen were second to none.
I would recommend this property to any couples wanting a comfortable stay in Sevilla

Our biggest disappointment was check in. A gentleman met us, showed us how to get into the apartment, handed us the keys and left. Not only did he not explain anything about the apartment, there is no book, sheet or anything that describes how to use appliances, washing machine or anything. The choice of the location I will take some of the responsibility for, but I do want to warn anyone renting that due to the noise factor, lots of times until 3 in the a.m., you won’t get much sleep. The outside sitting patio that in the picture looks so inviting…..isn’t. It smells bad, a spoiled odor and the cover over the entire space is filty. Consequently, we felt very closed in, in a dark apartment. I don’t mean to be so opinionated, but my husband and I had a home we rented through VRBO for years and I know the importance of detail and not describing something that isn’t real. Also, the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped. We had come from an apartment in Torromolinos before Seville and were so happy that the owners had put together instructions in a booklet, in English, for the use of everything, the information on the manager for questions, and a welcome letter.

From the moment of booking this apartment, the communication was prompt and friendly. The apartment is actually even nicer in person, and in the heart of the old town district. It was my own little slice of paradise, with all of the major attractions in Seville within 5-15 minutes walking distance. As well as having some of the best restaurants at your door step, there is a well stocked grocery store literally right next to the apartment building that has a wonderful selection of meats, cheeses, wines and basic needs.
The design of the apartment is bright and a delight to come back to after a full day of site seeing with a wonderful seating area that makes you want to entertain. The only complaint I have, is that I did not book for a longer stay❣️
Definitely coming back to this property the next time I’m in Seville, and making sure I book it for a longer holiday this time🥰🥂

We truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is quite large with a kitchen/dining/livoing room, a large entry with a comfortable chair and a bedroom. The bedroom has a balcony overlooking the street one floor above. There is also a very private patio that has walls on 2 sides and large patio doors to your apartment on two sides and located below 2 other aparrtments in a bit of a chute. You can look up and see the sky but it is in a verticle tunnel. It is a very nice feature. The kitchen is nicely equipped. There is laundry but no dishwasher. Has 2 mini-split air conditioners. The bathroom is very nice, good water pressure. Comfortable bed. Weird single pillow that spans the entire width of the bed. The negatives are that the dining room chairs are falling apart, need to be replaced or properly repaired and the odd pillow. There is an elevator if you need it. The location is in the center of everything, truly great. The property manager is excellent. Very informative, excellent English, on time, made things very easy. We reccomend this apartment.

Location is great, but not for cars. It’s a walking neighborhood. Lots to do all around. Apartment is a good renovation from older building so some inconvenience from some mismatch.

Very happy with our stay here. The apartment was perfect, very central and easy walk to all the sights and restaurants. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed and a comfy bed. Check in was easy as was booking and we had to change our booking several times due to Covid. Each time was a breeze.
Only negative was the noise from the street being so central. But not really an issue as everything was so convenient. Would recommend.

The place was a great size with a big entry way and large bedroom! The patio was a beautiful feature. The bathroom shower was big and the water pressure was good! Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils needed for cooking! The couch was a bed and although the mattress was hard, you did not feel like you were on a couch bed! The location was perfect with a supermarket literally 10 steps outside the front door and many shops and restaurants near by! Defintely would stay here again! Susi was also amazing at check in and was very helpful when there was a language barrier with a cab driver and finding the location! She was excellent at check in and provided lots of information!

The property was very nice looking. The patio off the living room was perfect for sitting and drying clothes washed in the efficient washer. We enjoyed being able to go to the grocery store just next door and grab whatever little items we needed (water, wine, fruit). The location was perfect for exploring Sevilla and I would certainly stay there again!

Colourful apartment in colourful neighborhood!
My husband and I stayed here for two nights in April. It is a large, clean, bright apartment with colourful decor. The bed is very comfortable. The neighborhood is both safe and lively; lots of restaurants, bars and shops, and close to Seville’s major tourist attractions. Thanks to Susie for welcoming us at the apartment and making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Similar to some evaluator before us - directly after having booked - we got the information that this appartment was not available due to some issues with the bathroom installations. That's why we had been moved to another location. Furniture was similar to the apartment described here. So we describe the flat we have stayed in.
The apartment and esp. the kitchen has varied equipment (also some assortment of spices, oil, sugar, cleaning facilities). Furniture is not new and on a light couloured sofa you see some traces of usage and upholstery is very soft. For a stay in winter (we stayed in January) you need to heat with the air conditioner and that gives a smell and quite uneven temperature zones. There is a fan heater in the bath though.
In total for our taste the apartment is overdecorated - we moved some objects to a spare room in order to have more space.
For car owners - we found it really difficult to navigate to this place in order to load or unload luggage - people without car will love the central location.

Stylish with outdoor space
Clean and modern apartment with some access to the outdoors via a terrace. Good directions from the property manager made it easy to find and the local supermarket was very handy. A nice area, within easy walking of the city centre as well as local bars and restaurants. We did experience a lot of late evening/early hours noise in the street outside the bedroom, and a temporary problem with the microwave/grill meant that we had limited cooking facilities, but overall we enjoyed our stay

Superb location, exceptionally clean apartment, friendly host can definitely recommend
The best thing about this apartment is its location, right in the middle of the action. Victoria, the owner was an excellent communicator and Eva who met us at arrival was very friendly and helpful host. We found apartment exceptionally clean and many small design elements created homely atmosphere. Apartment was large enough for two of us but can comfortably accommodate additional guests. Our favourite spot was small court yard where we were enjoying glass of wine after exhaustive day out while the front balcony is great spot for people watching We can definitely recommend this property to anyone planning to visit Sevilla.
