Perfect location and very friendly & welcoming staff

Perfect location for exploring Athens for a few days. You have everything within a few kilometres walking from historical sites, shopping at all levels of quality and uniqueness to local bars and restaurants when wanting to escape the touristic centers like Plaka. Perfect location

Need to be aware that your transport may have a small challenge dropping you off and collecting as property is in a pedestrian street - nothing that a very short stroll can’t fix.

A great place and hosts, will come again

The location is perfect, in a very central street, yet the apartment is surprisingly very quiet. The apartment is very spacious and clean and looks exactly like in the pictures. A huge thanks to the hosts! Were available for every question and provided us many recommendations.

Learn from my mistakes and ask questions before booking

the positive in our case has disappeared when you compare it to the problems we had

The main issue was that above the apartment heavy construction works took place the whole week !! before check in we noticed this problem and the loud noises and informed them that this is not acceptable they promised it is just for a few hours during the weekend but unfortunately it continued starting at 7:00 am EVERY MORNING They could have moved us to another apartment as suggested during check-in but this didn't happen Since we were with children we could not just get out and search for other accommodations so we really had no choice but to stay the whole duration. Another issue was the door for the small balcony could not be closed properly so we had noise coming in which could be avoided if the door was working properly. they said this will be taken care of but nothing was done. There was a mosquito issue in the apartment. We think due to air condition leakage they brought anti mosquito devices which helped a little but this apartment needs fumigation. We requested booking to intervene but it seems booking is good in collecting not compensating So at the end of the day would I go there again ? no Would I recommend others to do so ? no would I suggest other apartments offered by this company : no

Great Central Apt! Sad to leave!

The pictures for the apartment are very accurate! So tasteful! All the furniture was solid and comfortable and having a working smart TV was amazing for the kids. Great communication with staff. Everything we could have needed was available (dish/hand soap, toilet paper, basic medical items, travel toothbrushes, etc.) Quality curtains helped to block light and sound. Our family enjoyed every minute and could have easily stayed longer!

There was nothing I didn't like! This is a busy area, so one must be prepared for the street noise. Light sleepers will need to bring ear plugs. Also, you come in and out from the street, so be aware of that. Some might not like the area between the apartment and the Agora.....easy fix......we just always walked through Plaka. My only suggestion would have been to have fans available :)

The best deal in Athens

The owners of the apartment are a very helpful brother and sister, already on arrival the nurse was waiting for us downstairs explained everything and was very helpful, the apartment is located at the beginning of the most considered street in the city, large clean and tidy apartment, just the best value for money

Superb

Location was perfect. Very comfortable bed, living area and although the kitchen was small, it worked for us remarkably well. One thing that we LOVED: very cozy decor, and candies and cookies on our arrival (we arrived after 9:30 pm, and a little tired). Easy to follow instruction for every appliance and hot water - perfect place to stay in Athens.

Very little - we were very happy with the accommodations, location and host.

We stayed 4 people and everything were lovely. Very clean, location very good, very well equipped apartment, very comfortable for all of us. Excellent.
