This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 8 guests maximum. Master Bedroom: Queen 2nd Bedroom: Queen 3rd Bedroom: Bunkbed: Twin/top and Full/Bottom Livingroom: Pull out Twin Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more! This spacious and gorgeous unit is up to date with new, sleek appliances, a regular coffee maker, flat-screen televisions, granite countertops, and nice furnishings. Grab the family and friends and jump on in the fun-filled water of the Guadalupe River or spend the afternoon relaxing in the beautiful pool. - If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to walk to Rockin R (which is across the river) to rent their tubes and use their shuttle service. If you enjoy music, dancing, great food, and shopping, then you will absolutely fall in love with this location and Gruene, Texas! This property is within walking distance to Gruene Hall, Gruene River Grill, The Gristmill and various antique and boutique shops. Everyone in party must be 25 or older to book. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information. Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. Pet-Friendly unit with the following fees: $25/day $60 Pet Cleaning fee (this is for interior ONLY and NOT picking up after the dog in yard) (This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, digging, and unreported housetraining accidents.) $500 Pet Deposit 7-10 business days after your departure refunded back to the cc on file with no damages or violations. *If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to add it to the message when booking, so we can apply pet fees. Parking Passes are enforced at this property. Each condo will receive 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked parking spot close to the front door of the condo while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is first-come, first-served in the lots across the street to the left. (where you park for Gruene Hall/The Gristmill)

Unit is very spacious and clean. Beautiful view of the river. Very easy walk to everything in historic Gruene. Went to all the shops, Gristmill for dinner then concert at Gruene Hall. Such a cool little town! Will definitely be back!

Perfect location to walk everywhere in Gruene

The check-in process was very easy. There was a little mix-up with e-mail being sent, but it was worked out very easily! There were plenty of towels and everything seemed very clean. The bunk room was a little crowded. I think the room would feel bigger if the bed was against the wall. The bathtub/shower was a little slippery and may need some grippers on the bottom. All instructions were clear and precise except for what to do with sheets and towels at the end of our stay. We stripped the beds and put all used towels in the hallway by the washer/dryer. Overall, I am very likely to stay here again!

We were in town for a friends birthday & this location is great and so close to historic Gruene. The layout of the condo is quite nice and peaceful. We could not get the tv in the main living area to operate correctly. It was stuck on one channel. Called the after hours number and a friendly voice on the other end directed us but still couldn’t get it fixed. We were never able to park in our designated parking spot (not a big deal because there were a few open spots available, but another vehicle was always in space 103). This was a comfortable place but I wouldn’t call it luxurious. Beds (mattresses), sheets, pillows & towels were all ok but not overly comfortable.

Our initial condo rental had an AC problem. River City Resorts wasted no time in placing us in another condo instead of having us wait for the AC repair on a holiday weekend. The management company is top notch and super responsive. I would highly recommend using them to book your next stay in Gruene.

Well situated. Walking distance to Gruene Hall & Gristmill. Quiet, lovely view from balcony. Interior could use a little TLC, but nothing major. Mattresses sink in the middle and are very soft in the center. No answer from maintenance when we called regarding the window. Furniture was dusty, broken slat on patio, cobwebs under cabinets in the kitchen, ac was set at warm temperature and that could not override, and one window wouldn’t lock. With new mattresses, and a good cleaning, we’d definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent the weekend shopping and enjoying Gruene with our 6 & 8 yo girls. The location is great, but fair warning that other tenants coming in from concerts at midnight can be rather loud and disruptive as they make their way to their rooms.

Overall nice property.
However there were a couple of negatives the tubs are slick & dangerous a fall hazard for sure. Bath towels are extremely small for even the shortest of people to dry off with.
Hair dryer handle was broken so was glad I brought my own. Queen mattress in 2nd room was terrible & required the other couple to sleep in bottom bunk of 3rd room on the last nights stay. Just items that we felt needed some attention. Overall it's a very well maintained condo.. Thank you

There are several restaurants within walking distance of Village at Gruene which made it very easy for us to go eat at. We all said that we’d definitely come stay here again!
