Fantastic location. Right above / adjacent to the beach, great view. Very private residential area. Despite being difficult to find, the staff drove and met me. Very nice, helpful , friendly staff.
Difficult to find, but helpful staff helped me find my way. :-) The kitchen could do with a few more items for cooking, and utensils, plates etc. But it was absolutely good enough. I would stay here again.

A fantastic location right on the beach, a view of the ocean...
I visited off season and it was very quiet (which I liked), so I extended my stay to six nights.
The sunset was beautiful and it was a perfect base from which to visit the Columbus trail and Doñana park.
Mónica was very supportive, provided all information and responded very quickly.

The terrace is the real selling-point for the flat - that and the location. We were in Flat 5, so the terrace is off the bedroom, while the sitting-room is downstairs. Furnishing is basic, no clutter, and we like it like that. Monica was very friendly, super-helpful & efficient in receiving us - helped me with my booking queries too. Ana also friendly & helpful.
We loved the flat! The only thing I'd say would be to move the single beds around to avoid bumping your head on the attic ceiling.

Location and balcony was perfect.
Lovely view of the sea.
Bedroom should have been downstairs and lounge upstairs. No wine glasses. No coffee machine or kettle.
