Nice little apt. We were 3 and can hold 5 so was great. Comfy folding sofa and very well equipped kitchen. The building is big and a little odd but you get used to it. Good comunication with owner.

Logement idéal pour 3 adultes ou couple avec enfants. Agréable, déco plus personnelle que les logements classiques en station. Le propriétaire des lieux est très attentif à la qualité du logement, propreté comme qualité de la prestation. Ski aux pieds et proche commerces.

Parfait pour notre semaine de ski. L’appartement est fonctionnel, bien aménagé et est très bien fournis en ustensile divers. Mention spéciale pour la literie qui est très bonne ; et je suis assez fort. De plus il est au pied des commerces et piste. What else ?

Logement très bien situé au coeurs des Arcs 1800, remontées mécaniques à moins de 5 minutes à pied pour votre départ (ou 2 minutes pour les patineurs efficaces), retour possible directement face à la résidence en prenant les bonnes pistes. Les commerces, les restaurants, les bars et les loisirs sont à proximité immédiate. La communication avec Fabien a été parfaite, il a répondu à nos besoins rapidement et efficacement. Nous y retournerons très probablement.

Le logement est idéalement situé, aux pieds des pistes. Le propriétaire est vraiment réactif et nous avons vraiment apprécié les petits plus proposés (réductions, partenariats avec les loueurs de ski...). En plus la vie du balcon est magnifique...

This is a comfortable apartment which is equipped with everything you might need for a self catering holiday. The location is very close to the shops and the lifts - although this may mean occasional disturbance late at night as people return from the bars, but this was not a problem for us. I would definitely recommend this accomadation.

L’appartement est très confortable, bien chauffé, bien équipé et en tous points conforme à la description. Le propriétaire qui l’occupe lui-même souvent veille à ce que tout soit bien entretenu. Nous avons eu la chance d’y aller juste après lui,et tout était nickel. Nous avons apprécié: -la situation, près de tous les commerces et ski au pied -le côté vintage de la résidence et son architecture -la salle de bain en polyester moulé super compacte et confortable. -être déconnecté d’internet, (il y a la télé TNT avec une trentaine de chaînes) -le balcon avec la vue sur les sapins et le Mont-blanc Seul bémol: le bruit la nuit, nous sommes tombés sur la semaine des étudiants, et certaines nuits, c’était la fiesta dans les couloirs. (C’est possible de téléphoner au vigile en cas de nuisances sonores, mais nous n’avions pas envie de gâcher les vacances des autres non plus...) et c’est probablement beaucoup plus calme à d’autres périodes. Heureusement, nous n’étions que 2 et dormions dans le salon, et pas dans les lits cabine à côté de la porte. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec de la neige en abondance et nous y reviendrons volontiers

bonjour, le logement est bien situé et bien équipé même si je n'ai utilisé qu'une casserole ,3 assiettes et 3 verres.La remise des clefs s'est faite sans problème.A cette période l'ensemble des magasins étaient fermés et j'ai du aller manger à Bourg saint Maurice.Le parking était gratuit.

The owner is very friendly. Always gets in touch and helps to solve the problem. The apartment is small but very comfortable to stay, especially for couples with a child. Convenient to exit the building and immediately on skis to get to the lift.
