Situated in Noordwijkerhout, this attractive condo for $210 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This property has been cleaned with chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. Our staff is following all safety protocols as directed by the local authorities. Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out. This modern apartment is in a small-scale apartment complex comprising three floors in a separate section of the Resort Noordwijkse Duinen holiday park. It is 4 km from the centre of Noordwijkerhout and only 6 km from the pleasant seaside resort and the former fishing village of Noordwijk. You can walk straight into the dunes via a special exit from the holiday park (with a Green Key quality mark). The first North Sea beach is less than 3 km away. The apartment, located either on the ground floor or first floor, is luxuriously and comfortably furnished in a beach style. You have a bright living room with a TV and an open kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and combination microwave oven. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. You'll have a terrace or balcony with garden furniture at your disposal. There is parking for one car near the apartment. A range of chalets and apartments accommodating 2 to 6 guests are available for rental at Resort Noordwijkse Duinen holiday park. This holiday park is one of the Award winners of 2016 This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged The park has indicated that it is a firework-free zone. Despite the fact that the park will do their utmost to enforce the prohibition on the lighting of fireworks, they cannot give a 100% guarantee that no actual fireworks will be lit on or in the direct vicinity of the park. Therefore, no rights may be derived from this indication. This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat. We hebben het appartement voor een wat langer verblijf gehuurd. We zaten er ook afgelopen weekend, tijdens de Formule 1. Veel geluidsoverlast daardoor, begrijpelijk voor even maar ook nu nog hebben we zeer luidruchtige gasten naast ons met harde muziek tot heel laat, uur of 1.00 ‘s nachts. Dit hadden we graag vooraf gehoord van de verhuurder of dat ze de gasten anders niet direct naast ons hadden geplaatst. Het appartement op zich is verder prima.

Apartment leider dreckig
Ich habe bereits 2 EMAILS mit meiner Beschwerde direkt an Europarcs geschickt. Bisher keine Reaktion. Vor Ort habe ich mich 2 mal über den desolaten Zustand der Ferienwohnung beschwert. Es wurde eine Putzfrau geschickt, die dann leider wieder oberflächlich geputzt hat. Kaputtes Sofa, dreckige Badezimmer, Küche, Balkonmöbel. Das Sofa voller Brandflecken und Hundehaare. Die Austattung der Küche eine Frechheit mit 3 Tassen und 4 Messer, kaum sonstiges Besteckt, Gläser teils kaputt. Möbel abgenutzt, Tür beschädigt.
Pfannen hatten noch Essensreste vom Vorgänger.
Alles in allem eine eine ungepflegt und abgenutzt Wohnung, die man als Luxus Apartment völlig falsch betitelt. Und das für fast 1200 Euro die Woche.
Diese Anlage werde ich nicht noch mal buchen (die Gegend, der Weg zu Strand, die Natur hingegen ist wirklich schön)

The room temperature cannot go lower than 15 so it was very hot and we could not leave the door open as we had our dog with us on the ground floor.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein. Die Zimmertür lässt sich nicht vollständig öffnen.
Insgesamt ist die Ferienwohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich, sauber und hell.
Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Man kann schön spazieren gehen. Zum Strand muss man aber etwa 40 min zu Fuß einplanen oder Parkgebühren einplanen.

Schöne Räumlichkeiten. Tolle Lage.
Negativ: Fußbodenheizung braucht einen Tag zum warmwerden. Schlafzimmer dann genausowarm wie Wohnzimmer . Betten bretthart. Schlecht gereinigt.Lampen defekt. Anschlusskabel für Fernseher fehlte. Haustür undicht, bei Wind heult es in der ganzen Wohnung. Hohe Nebenkosten.
Fazit: im Winter nicht so doll. Hausmanagement schlecht.

We hadden voor de tweede keer dit appartement gekozen wegens de locatie en het comfort en we hopen er nog eens terug te komen.

die wohnung ist weltklasse aber tut mir ja leid man muss auch mal das schlechte schreiben .Die küchenausstattung war eine glatte 4- dur zwei gabeln und ein messer der toaster verdreckt die komplett ausstattung braucht mal wieder was neues.Aber an sonsten sehr schöne wohnung super park und alle sehr freundlich.Danke für den aufenhalt und die schöne zeit.

Gute verbesserungsfähige Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung und der Ferienpark liegen grundsätzlich in ruhiger Lage Wir fanden eine helle, geräumige Ferienwohnung vor, das Personal hat uns stets Auskünfte geben können. Das Geschirr war leider nicht immer spülmaschinensauber und die Betten für unsere Verhältnisse etwas schmal. Die Dunstabzugshaube war defekt, der Lichtschalter im Bald für kleine Erwachsene nicht zu erreichen. Eine Möglichkeit zur Aufhängung von Handtüchern im Bad fehlte.
Man könnte trotzdem wieder kommen.

Der Weg zum Strand ist zu weit und ohne Auto nicht erreichbar. Die Anlage an sich macht einen guten und sauberen Eindruck.

Eine gepflegte, stylische Unterkunft die zusammen mit dem sehr freundlichen Personal unseren Kurzurlaub zu einem wunderschönen Erlebnis werden ließ.

Would really recommend this rental. we stayed in one of the apartments, lovely views over the fields. the apartments are very comfortably furnished and spotlessly clean. Our apartment was very spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is only a 10 minute drive to the Keukenhof, and a short cycle ride or 30 minute walk to the beach over the beautiful sand dunes. Bikes can be hired at a very reasonable price per day. There is a very nice restaurant on site with friendly staff.

Our apartment was very spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful.
