I was surprised by the level of dedication of the staff. Father and son from Venezuela.The room was just like in the pictures, nothing more, nothing less. There was hot water and air conditioner ncluded. Incredible conversation with the staff The bar even had 4 different pilsner beer, which was very pleasant. In the morning I was greeted with coffee and breakfast consistent of eggs with several styles to chose from. All in all, excellent value.without being at all fancy.
Location, location, location. I arrived at night , left early and did not explore the surroundings but, I did not see shops or other business catering to tourists.

In general it was perfect regarding the service, cleanliness, the room, the breakfast, the checkin & checkout.
The mattress was covered with a nylon or plastic and it was not comfortable.
The location is far from the center and there are no restaurants nearby

All good, except there was hot water. I was told that hotels in Cúcuta do not offer hot water. Other than my stay was very pleasant.

Best Place to stay ..!!! My mom stayed there for 2 nights and all was great ...so nice people works there and the food incredible... We recommend it soooo much !!! Recomendado ampliamente BEST PLACE EVER

Nice hotel with air con, not the best barrio for wandering around at night but safe during the day. Nice restaurant ok breakfast and food served all day.
Coldish water in the showers. No other issues, staff try hard to accomodate your requirements.
