This Sunriver home is ideal for any family or group getaway, with an open living space, as well as front and back deck areas that are great for relaxing and soaking up Central Oregon's magnificent sunshine. This home features a private hot tub, shared pool, and free SHARC passes that allow everyone to enjoy shared pools, tennis courts, water slides, and more! When you get back from fun-filled days, cozy up by the fire while the chef of the group whips up a favorite recipe for the whole group in the full kitchen. What's nearby: This house is a short bike ride or walk from SHARC, as well as the shops and restaurants in the Village. Sunriver is home to two golf courses, 30 miles of paved bike trails, and a nature center. Opportunities for hiking, kayaking, fishing, rafting, mountain biking, and horseback riding are some of the many activities you can enjoy in Sunriver. Skiing and snowboarding on Mt. Bachelor are also a short drive away. Place was warm and very clean when we showed up in the dark

The house is very cute and met our needs. We loved the fireplace and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have the hot tub on super cold nights. The bathrooms and kitchen are a bit outdated but clean. We would stay there again.

Look no more. This rental has all that are promised and is clean and cozy. We had a wonderful family reunion here during a weekend. Will absolutely return.

The house was cute and the ac worked great, we loved the location and it’s proximity to Fort Rock Park. The toys and cable were nice touches and my 3 yo loved the little bike she could ride around on. However there were a few things that were a disappointment. The hot tub was dirty and had dead bugs floating in it, no net available to clean it out. We asked for the hot tub to be cleaned or a net brought but the bugs were still there and we were told there were no nets available. One bed collapsed while my daughter was sleeping and we found the slats had been duct taped together. The kitchen pans were awful and there wasn’t a decent spatula. We ended up eating out instead of cooking two nights because the pans were so terrible ( food stuck and burned no matter how much oil I used). The house decor and location were great but we wouldn’t stay here again.

We had a lovely week in Sunriver and this house was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space for our family and we enjoyed the layout and feel of the place. Check-in and out was a breeze. Everything worked as stated in the listing and the other reviews are accurate except the comments about the old, dirty carpet, which are thankfully outdated - the carpet is fine!

House was within walking distance to the park. Garage was full of bikes for kids, jogging stroller, helmets. Game Room was nice for kids. Upstairs gets a bit warm compared to downstairs, but certainly not uncomfortable. Our two small dogs were able to join us for vacation. Overall this is a nice place to stay. It’s not the most “modern home” but that is fine with me. We have young kids and this house was perfect for our family ❤️

The house has 4 sleeping areas and 2 living areas. Private hot tub was nice and quiet neighborhood. Vacasa should give instructions about how to better access movies on the main living area TV…..we tried signing into one app with our own username and password, which worked, but then we kept getting kicked out of the app.

My sister and i stayed here for a mini getaway for her senior trip. The house was clean and so much cuter in person than in photos! Upon arrival, the hot tub was ice cold, but they helped us troubleshoot and sent someone out the next morning. We were able to hot tub the rest of the trip! Great location for hiking and any adventure you find. The house provided the comforts of home. Comfy, cozy linens.

Worked well for a family of five. Walking distance of fort rock, and short bike ride to village and Sharc. Everything was functional in the house, and kitchen was well stocked with necessities.

Clean, updated family friendly home near Fort Rock Park. New carpeting throughout. Suitable for families with young children and/or teens. Smart TV, washer/dryer in home, and several bikes for use in the garage. SHARC passes come with the house.

We visited with teens and littles; there was a great room for the teens to sleep in, and lots of awesome play stuff for the younger kids, with a glass sound-proof door so we could see them and they could make all the noise they wanted. :) Very close to Fort Rock park which has something for everyone. We would definitely return!
(Only caveat is the one bedroom witch is open to the rest of the house. Modified loft, so if you're a light sleeper, not a great option, but super comfortable bed and lots of gorgeous light up there.)

Cozy for Kids

great place that accepts pets
We had a wonderful stay the week after Christmas. Property was clean and it is awesome to have a private hot tub. Would definitely recommend again.

This home was well arranged and supplied for families with small kids. Our 6 and 2 year old grandkids really enjoyed the “Playroom” with so many wonderful toys. We used the large 2 passenger stroller for walks with them. It all worked well for us all.

Comfy house with A/C! Glad we had it since it was 92 degrees outside when we arrived.

A/C (though primary bedroom/4th bedroom upstairs did not cool off well and needed the help of fans to be cool at bedtime)

Cleaning was lackluster. Lots of dusty surfaces--light fixtures, baseboards, wood trim. Windows were dirty with kid handprints and needed attention
Slow draining bathroom sinks
Cuddle blankets in living room could use a wash
Refrigerator rolled around and hit the kitchen wall constantly
Carpets upstairs needs replacing, and ALL carpets needed cleaning, and kitchen floor needed a good scrub. Seemed as though cleaners had rushed through and ignored a lot of things.
Shower/tub surfaces were very, very slippery and both really needed non-slip help. Master bathroom tub downright hazardous
Towel rod in downstairs bathroom broken
Deck furniture was hard and uncomfortable, and table and seating weren't nearly enough out there for more than 4. If you had a full house, no clue where everyone would sit outside during meals
Overall a nice place, but it looks like it definitely needs more thorough cleaning between occupancies, and a bit of maintenance
Also, be aware that the 4th sleeping area is located such that its occupants must walk through the master bedroom. Also, the master is a loft-style set-up with no door, just a stairway, so with a full house it would be very noisy--you could hear EVERYTHING that was going on downstairs.

We were pleasantly surprised at all the baby things available - a high chair and lots of toys! The play kitchen and playhouse made for a very happy 2 year old. Only downside and why it didn't get 5 stars from us is the carpet. The carpet is probably the dirtiest I've ever seen in a vacation rental. You definitely would not want a baby crawling around on it. It really either needs to be removed or at least cleaned.

This house is centrally located, which made it great to walk to Sharc, the Village, the North store and the river. Before coming to the house, I read that the upstairs can be hot and so I brought my own fan. That was essential. The AC worked beautifully downstairs but the upstairs was VERY hot. The weather during our stay was in the low-mid 90s, and it was very smokey so we couldn't really open the windows to try to cool down the upstairs. The location is great and the SHARC passes were amazing. We loved this place!

We had a great week at this home. We especially appreciated the quality of the beds, the games and toys for kids, the well stocked kitchen and the layout. Before coming to the house, I read that the upstairs can be hot and so I brought my own fan. That was essential. The AC worked beautifully downstairs but the upstairs was VERY hot. The weather during our stay was in the low-mid 90s, and it was very smokey so we couldn't really open the windows to try to cool down the upstairs. The location is great and the SHARC passes were amazing. We loved this place!

It is strong enough to cool the main floor. On most occasions, that is not a big deal, since it tends to get cool in Bend at night, even in the summer. However, our stay coincided with uncommonly hot weather - over 100 degrees on multiple days, and in the 70s at night. So it would be an easy 5 stars if the AC unit was upgraded a bit - at least for the very few very hot days of the year.
