The modern kitchen and family room are on the 2nd floor and have a vaulted ceiling, bamboo flooring, windows with shutters and coastal decor. The oversized slider leads to a composite deck with awning and is a great place to hang out and enjoy beach breezes and bay sunsets. The lower level has two bedrooms with a full bath in the hallway and a powder room connected to the primary bedroom. The family room and primary bedroom have flat screen smart tv's with HULU Live TV streaming service, Netflix and free WiFi provided. There's a brand new full sized washer/dryer combo in the bunk room closet and a new HVAC system was installed two years ago. A built in baby gate is located at the top of the stairs if needed. The outdoor shower offers additional space to "clean up" after a beach day. Blitz's market, Anthony’s, Sunset Pier, Sole, Hank's Sauce and Scoops Ice cream are an easy walk from the house. Leave your car in the driveway and catch the Jitney to town at the corner of Landis Ave! Six beach tags are available for your use during your rental week-$40 per tag will be deducted from your deposit if not left in the house upon checkout inspection. There is one designated parking space in the driveway (to the far right as you face the home) for the front unit and one flex space in the middle that the two units share on a first come basis.
