There is a variety of fine dining choices, as well as many family-oriented restaurants nearby. Across the street from the resort is Seascape Village with more restaurants, boutique shops, and a spa. The kitchenette (2 stove top burners, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, place settings for 4 and kitchen utensils) is fully loaded with everything you will need to make a homecooked meal or take a stroll to Sanderlings for a lovely dinner. Both Elevator and stair access is provided. As a private vacation rental, you will have access to all Resort amenities EXCEPT daily maid/cleaning service, bell hop golf cart service to the beach and firepit/s'mores events pre-arranged on the beach. The unit was nice and clean. The fridge however leaked throughout our stay, even though I moved it out a bit to ensure the door could be closed.

The peaceful ocean view was breathtaking. We sat the chairs in front of the view and just relaxed. We were close enough to the Seascape shops to get “emergency” ice cream, and far enough away from traffic to have peace. It was a lovely walk to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this condo to anyone staying in the Monterey area. We enjoyed listening to the ocean in the evening. The views from the balcony are fantastic. The updates to the condo are well done. There's very little we would suggest. The only confusing part to us was understanding the directions to the unit itself. It's located in the same building with the resort lobby and there is underground garage parking available. There is also a washer and dryer available in the garage for guest use. You do need to make sure you have laundry soap. It's nice to have access to the bar and restaurant on site. The property is also lovely to enjoy with a pool, spa, walking paths, seating areas, and gas fire pits.

Worked out great—parked in garage -next to elevator,delivered us almost to the door. Note to owner,tub is very slippery ,recommend a matt and or grab bars.

It was great to sit on the patio and see the ocean. Very clean place . Elevator to parking garage . A toaster oven would of been nice. The hot water could of been hotter.( not the fault of owner). I would definitely stay there again.

Loved the condo and looking forward to staying again. A little confusion with VRBO owners and booking direct with the resort. Double check to reconfirm that the pools and shuttle service to and from the beach is included with the rate. Ours was a problem with the key but many VRBO and owners that do not go through the time share program are restricted from many resort amenities

Nice stay at Seascape! Great condo, lovely views, short little hike down to an awesome beach. Note there is no AC - which is fine most of the time as the natural AC makes it’s way over, and also the phone in the condo apparently has a setting that does not allow it to receive calls. The phone mattered when I gave the restaurant my room number for a meal pick up and they could not call thru. Easily fixed by leaving a cell number instead. Hope to be back soon.

Unit was beautiful and very comfortable. Based on the Vrbo description, I expected the washer and dryer to be inside the unit; however, they were in a shared laundry room downstairs inside the garage.

Let me preface this by saying my husband and I had a Wonderful 30th Anniversary trip. The location of the condo was perfect for visiting all of the Monterey Bay region. Easy drives north to Santa Cruz and South to Monterey as well as a day trip to San Jose. A couple of things to note, this was not a 1 bd 1 ba condo, it was however a nice large studio with a beautiful balcony overlooking one of the pools and the ocean. Unfortunately the use of the pools were not available to us as we were not staying in "the resort" - our keys did not work. Likewise the "Beach Front" access was quite a hike down to, and back up as the property is up on a cliff. The golf cart service was not available to us either as we understood it. Adding pool access and assistance for us older folks to be able to enjoy the beach better would have made this an A++ place to stay! Luckily we had many day trips planned and the weather was cool the week we were there so we only had energy to take some nice walks late in the day to enjoy the sunsets. Overall though, condo was lovely, resort was clean and well kept. Would love to stay again if access to pools and beach are upgraded! Thanks for everything.

It was a lovely studio: clean, roomy, with a lot of light, a very private balcony with a view of the ocean. The bathroom was a little cramped. Other than that, we had everything that we needed.

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights in June and were very happy with everything! The location was great and had a nice view of the ocean from the deck. The furnishings in the room were great and having a kitchen made it really easy to prep a quick meal. The owners were very helpful in making sure the check in process was clear and when I had a question he was very fast to reply to my text message. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time we are in the area! Highly recommended

We came to the property to do an evening bonfire for our grad after a 6PM ceremony in San Jose, so we did not stay the entire evening, just long enough to stage the bonfire and have a place to wash up after. We checked in with no problems after dark, following the easy instructions, and put back the keys in the early hours of the morning after a nighttime walk on the beach and a quick nap for me while my husband washed up. The location, ease of check-in/out, comfortable nap on the bed and the cleanliness of the room/bathroom were exactly what we hoped for! Thank you for being such great hosts and allowing us to rent for just one night of a summer weekend. Wish you the best!

Quick trip for beachside R&R. The unit was/is actually better than the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect amount of space for Hubby and I to stretch out and relax. The balcony view from the unit is beautiful. The walk down to the beach is so nice. Absolutely no complaints. Great communication with the owners. We look forward to staying here again.

We stayed there in May, 2023, while visiting family and attending a graduation. The unit is beautiful! The views from the living area and the patio are outstanding. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was that the fireplace put out a very minimal flame which did not provide heat or ambience. Since it was chilly while we were there, this was disappointing. On the other hand, the view was better than pictured or expected. We will gladly stay there again.

Wonderful top floor unit with an amazing view. The studio was perfect for my solo get-away but would also be great for a couple. The unit was very clean and easy to get into. The kitchen was enough for me to make simple meals (soup, eggs, toast, salads). I would definitely stay here again.

Our experience was just what we were looking for. Ability to un wind and still have plenty of things to do around us if we wanted. Place was as advertised and owners were wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back in the future. Hot tubs were nice, can't say enough good things about this trip. Looking forward to next time.

The room was perfect! It was clean--airy and updated. The balcony had a great view of the ocean and pool. The condo location allowed for great day trips to Santa Cruz and Monterey Bay without the hassle. My daughter loved the pool and hot tub. My favorite part, however, was the gorgeous path to the ocean--stunning with a full moon. Practically speaking, the parking lot was safe. The property manager was warm and answered all my questions immediately. What a fantastic deal!
