This is a perfect location. Large, remodeled kitchen and bedrooms. Close to many restaurants and downtown. Our two dogs loved the big back yard. Everything was clean and met expectations. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the close proximity to “The Loop” for riding our bicycles, groceries, excellent restaurants, even Tucson’s downtown. All the beds are extremely comfortable, the neighborhood of Richland Heights east is quiet, and the backyard ended up being our favorite retreat. We all felt right at home.

We’ve rented many properties before, but this one tops the list. Large home with fenced backyard for our dog, and all the amenities we could ever want. Well stocked, great location, and great hosts. We’d love to rent again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and spacious home! Our family of four had plenty of space to move around, and the home was well stocked with every convenience we needed. The kiddos enjoyed making s'mores in the backyard fire pit! Checking in and out was very simple. Also, location location location! The location of this home is conveniently centrally located in the city, but very very quite at night, which was great with two little kiddos (2yrs and 4yrs). Thank you Katie for a wonderful experience and allowing us to call your home our home for a couple of days in Tucson while visiting our newborn goddaughter. It was a wonderful trip, and we will be booking again for our next Tucson adventure, if available!

It is near shopping and restaurants (within walking distance) and downtown (within a short drive). It has a great split bedroom layout with a spacious, master bedroom suite, a big, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, a garage to park your car, and nice backyard with beautiful views of the mountains. It is well maintained and the owner was available for any questions and restaurant suggestions. We hated to leave! We highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a home base while visiting Tucson.

We loved staying here. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. We had our dogs and the yard was big and dog friendly. The outside fire pit was fun at night. Bring your own laptop to stream Netflix as there is only extremely very very basic cable. Internet connection and speed is excellent. Very clean house. Comfortable beds. This house is centrally located to many restaurants and tourist areas. We will be back

This was a rental of a great home. I felt we were house-sitting for friends who were away. Fully equipped with everything we could need. Just a few miles from our daughter's home for her senior year. We had a lovely weekend!

We stayed for a few nights when we moved our son in to the UA. The location is about 5-10 min. from campus, yet close to shopping centers for last minute purchases. Tucked into a neighborhood, this Richland Heights East was a great place to rest, recover, and cool off after a day of moving in and running around (you will need a car). The property is immaculate with everything you would need when staying away from home. Plenty of space, a full kitchen, and a W/D made this transition so easy. Kate is responsive and in clear communication every step of the way. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed the quiet and the ambiance of the decor and Southwest feel. Our dogs loved the back yard. The house is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and easy to get to. Katie was cordial, willing to jump in and help when I asked a question. We will be back.

We rented this lovely home to attend some UofA baseball games. It was clean, comfortable, and centrally located to the campus and shopping/dining. Communication with Katie was super easy and responsive. We brought our dogs and they loved having a yard and a cute neighborhood to take walks in. This house has everything you need to feel like you have a home away from home.

This house is dog-friendly, with lots of cool tiled floors for them to lay on, and a safe, fenced in yard - our two dogs lived it. Another plus is the property manager - Ms. Katie was super responsive, tried to accommodate us with every wish we had, and even let us stay a few hours after check-out time to attend a zoom meeting. Honestly the only mistake we made was that we didn’t book for more days but we can’t wait to be back!

We had a wonderful stay May 16 - 21! My husband and I, along with our two corgi’s drove from the Chicago area for my daughter’s graduation from the UA on May 18. We were excited that there was going to be a graduation after the pandemic. We wanted a house that would accommodate four adults and two dogs. What we got was a HOME! A cozy and comfortable place, with a well awesome kitchen so if you like to cook you can, but the location is also close to great restaurants. Actually it’s near everything! Shopping, groceries, fast food and amazing food. It’s dog friendly and you’ll see a lot of people walking their dogs in early morning or evening. Our family had a great visit and would stay there again.
