Kleine Villa in der mondänen Winterstadt durch einen Fahrstuhl fußläufig zum Zentrum und zum Meer

5 Tage und es war mal wieder viel zu kurz, nicht nur wegen Arcachon, dem Meer, den Stränden, den Pinienwäldern, dem Duft, sondern auch wegen der wirklich wunderschönen Ferienwohnung (die Fotos entsprechen absolut der Realität.) Die Wohnung und der Wohnungseingang sind völlig separat vom Rest des Hauses, auch der Garten ist vollkommen abgetrennt, so dass man völlig ungestört und privat ist. Die Terrasse mit den Stühlen hat eine angenehme Größe - 4 Personen können dort sehr bequem essen und wir konnten im abschließbaren Garten auch unsere Räder abstellen. Tagsüber ist die Terrasse besonnt, was natürlich in der Vor - und Nachsaison von Vorteil ist, am Abend ist dort im wesentlichen Schatten, was prima im Sommer ist. Die ganze Wohnung war sehr geräumig und hell und top gepflegt. Hinzu kam, dass uns das gesamte interior design absolut zugesagt hat. Einfach schön, wenn man morgens aufwacht und der Blick fällt auf eine schöne Umgebung. Standort optimal, nicht nur für einen Abendspaziergang in der Nachbarschaft, um die großartigen Villen zu bestaunen oder im Parc Mauresque zu spazieren, sondern auch fußläufig gut erreichbar sind Arcachon Centrum und die Strändpromenade. Wir haben nur den Gastgeber kennengelernt, der super nett war und uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben hat. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Fabulous place lovingly decorated, good cooking facilities with coffee machines, juice press etc. Great communication with the very accommodating owner. The pretty terrace is totally private & great for relaxing. Next to a main road (& Villa Sigurd which gets rented out for events), so it can be a bit noisy. We would highly recommend this house and return here.

Es ist ein sehr gemütliches, kleines Haus mit einer Top-Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Küche fehlt nichts. Die Lage in der Winterstadt ist top, der Fußweg zum Strand und in die „Stadt“ ist schnell gemacht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich. Also sehr gerne wieder!

Great location, comfortable, well equiped and excellent communication with owners. The only glitch was that the parking is in the street and sometimes difficult to find. You can usually park on Rue Corrigan on the other side of Victor Hugo though, so not a big problem.

Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et de bon conseil pour nous faire découvrir leur belle région. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans leur petite maison cosy, bien située dans un quartier calme, à proximité à pied du centre et des plages. Nous avons apprécié sa propreté, ses équipements (mention spéciale pour la très bonne literie). De plus, elle est joliment décorée, ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme. Elle est idéale pour 2 couples. Nous la recommandons vivement.
