WORLD CLASS FISHING ANYONE? At the Ft. Pierce Marina you can charter with a private captain, or hop on a party boat to fish! SNORKELING AND DIVING TOO?? St. Lucie has many natural reefs just offshore, shipwreck dives opportunities and an amazing network of artificial reefs rich with fisheries. The space Enjoy all the comforts of home, at a resort on the beach, without the stress, on the Atlantic's Treasure Coast. This second floor villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, dishes, silverware, dining for 5, and living room with smart TV and a queen size sofa bed in the living room along with a twin pullout bed. The bedroom has a king size bed with TV and multiple closets. Fresh white linens, bath and beach towels, and beach chairs are also included for use on our 3,000 foot private unspoiled beach. A separate screened-in furnished patio is offered here to soak up the cool evening sky. Golfers don't miss out on the many rounds of golf and this comfortable condo home. Guest access The Ocean Village is a secure gated community on the pristine unspoiled beaches of Hutchison Island, which is a barrier island. This treasure of a rental is located on the Atlantic Coast, and features a 9 Hole 3 Par Executive Golf Course, 10 lighted tennis courts, 6 Shuffleboard courts, 3 Bocce Courts, basketball court, 4 pools, kiddie pool, Fitness Center complete with exercise room, spas, saunas and whirlpools, card room and library and so much more. Guests must wear bracelets, and are welcome to use ALL the Ocean Village amenities, can rent equipment and reserve a golf tee time for a small fee. Ocean Village also provides internet at locations outside of the condo too. Lots of sporting equipment available to guests, bikes, tennis rackets, golf clubs and much more. If you don't feel like cooking, our private members only Tiki bar and the oceanfront Inn at Ocean Village restaurant are located at the main pool. The quaint area is perfect for bike riders!! Our on site public restaurant, the Inn, has been remodeled, is under new management this season and has received many accolades!!Wednesday night is prime rib special and it is really good and served as required. Be careful not to fill up on the rolls and butter with a bit of marmelade. The restaurant is also open to the public. Interaction with guests We are from the area and are very responsive to our guests. This rental is for you only. The entire condo is yours to enjoy. Other things to note Check-in is 4PM; check out is 11 AM. If no one else is there before or after you, we can make this more flexible. Contact us. IN ADDITION TO THE TOTAL RENTAL PRICE SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE THERE IS A DEPARTURE CLEANING FEE OF $115. There is a fee of $25 per amenity bracelet if not returned.

Everything you need. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. No problem with smoke smell as listed in previous reviews. Nice shower too Appliances are updated. Host always got back to me right away which is much appreciated.

Unit was clean and comfortable. Smoke smell coming from the unit nextdoor! Bed was great. Only down was the main pool was not in operation. Restaurant on property was very good!!

I've never in my life left a bad review but this place and the owner were terrible! First off, my family had something come up and we wanted to change the dates. Per VRBO contract this is up to the owners discretion. Veronica didn't respond to my first few messages requesting the change then when she finally responded she stated she couldn't honor my request due to the cancelation policy. Not true. So we decided to go anyway since we had already paid. When we walked in the cigarette smell was so overpowering we couldn't stand to be in there. The shower had mold and mildew all over it (I wish I could post photos!) There were bugs and ants all over the place. It did look as if it had been cleaned recently but due to the odor and condition of the shower we decided to leave! WE DIDN'T EVEN STAY THERE! We rented another place in the same complex and the owner was fabulous! My family has had a condo in Ocean Village since 1982. We go to visit my family every year, so needless to say we've rented several units there. Don't rent this one!! There are WAY better options with way better owners! Good luck!!

Was not told pool was closed. My spouse was looking forward to the pool not the ocean.
Several utensils in the drawer were covered in food from cooking. That was gross.
Otherwise the place was nice and we would have given it a full 4 or 5 star rating

I have never stayed in a condo with so many extra touches - right down to toothbrushes!
Being on the golf course we even had entertainment!
The restaurant in the complex had great food, it was a great place to stay.

The second story condo was very clean, well equipped, and quiet. We enjoyed meals on the screened in porch overlooking the 8th hole. The location of Ocean Village was perfect for all of our day excursions from as far south as West Palm Beach to as far north as Sebastian. The main road outside OV was excellent for biking, running, and hiking. Bear Point Sanctuary is a short walk from the front gate of OV and offers access ( fishing/kayaking) to the Indian River Lagoon.

This was my first time using a VRBO. It was nice to have someplace to relax and unwind that felt homey! The location was perfect for me, and the condo was clean and comfortable. I will be back!

The property and unit were very clean. The unit has many thoughtful touches. It’s a high quality unit including an excellent bed. It’s beautifully put together. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and restaurant.

Went for a week at the beach with our twin baby girls. It was their first time at the beach. Had a great time. Great rental. Nice quiet beach and nice quiet community. Good places to eat too, close to rental.

It was the best!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 10th anniversary at this amazing stay! All the people we met were so friendly, the beach was beautiful, and we loved being in the gated community! We didn't bring our children, but this would've been the perfect place to bring them, as it was very spacious! The beach was only a 5 min stroll, so we went out there every day thanks to the chairs and other beach accessories that the rental provided!!
That's all just reviewing the location, this apartment was amazing as well!! We got in early and our host was very accommodating, and allowed us in early! It was all Very clean and so tastefully decorated! We loved the relaxing 2nd floor balcony and ate our breakfasts out there, watching the small quiet teams of golfers meander past.! We ate most of our meals in, and the kitchen was perfect, so many options of cooking utensils, etc.
Our only trouble was the "Getting There" instructions. The instructions on VRBO was to the wrong place, which the security guard pointed out. But then we couldn't find the correct place or get ahold of the property manager. The administration office set us on the right course and we found it then! When I checked my VRBO booking later it had the correct address and apartment #. So I'm not sure what happened! All in all it didn't ruin our stay and we hope we can come back some day!!

Very clean with all newer appliances and quiet. Suggestion to update the old steel tub and glass doors is needed, couch is not comfortable and several floor tiles are loose. Otherwise golf, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, volleyball or sitting at your choice of 4 different pools or the beach. Also everything supplied for beach outings. We will go back.

Had a great time!
I stayed at this property for a week with my husband and our two small kids. We had family members staying at Ocean Village in two additional condos. Ours was by far the cleanest and most updated. The owner was very helpful and responded to all inquiries very quickly.

Great stay! Wonderful Condo!
This condo was a great find for us. Everything was very comfortable. Veronica is a great, great hostess-very accessible, helpful, patient, and generous! (She picked up two new beach chairs for us!!) The condo included lots really nice amenities...good coffee; new appliances, including washer/dryer; laundry soap, good bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, and the most unusual and therapeutic shower we've ever seen...as advertised, this is a great property. Beach is close by, three pools, executive golf course, tennis, pickle ball. And close to two of our favorite restaurants! We had a great stay!

Enjoyed Ocean Village and the unit I was in. My agent was always responsive and made sure the unit was welcoming and had all it needed for me to feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the building had work being done and it was noisy the first several weeks. The outside of the building and hallways were not very clean.

We enjoyed our experience thoroughly! The property was well appointed and lacking nothing when it came to comfort. The location was great. Although not directly on the ocean, there was no doubt that we were at the ocean. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the sound of the waves. The property amenities; restaurant, tiki bar and pool and ocean, were close by and easily accessed via car or walk. A great getaway location!

We enjoyed our experience thoroughly! The property was well appointed and lacking nothing when it came to comfort. The location was great. Although not directly on the ocean, there was no doubt that we were at the ocean. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the sound of the waves. Great place to stay
The condo was great, perfect for my family. Short walk to the beach and we used the golf course and pool everyday. The other residents were not very welcoming or friendly to my children. Just something to think about if you have small children. Thankfully mine were older and are very quiet so it was wasn’t a huge problem for us, just made them feel unwelcome. Non of that was the fault of the owner and everything in place was great.

Clean property we enjoyed our stay with a few exceptions. The community outside of the resort is pretty trashy I guess it would be fort pierce itself but in the community it is nice! The living tv does not work well we had to resort to dvds when we were in the room. Other than those two things the property was clean and enjoyable!

The condo was quite comfortable, with a lovely terrace overlooking the golf course. The building was a 3 minute walk to one of the 4 pools, and about a 5 minute walk to the tennis courts and beach. Communication with the owner was also very good, as the owner was quite responsive.

Enjoyable Stay
We enjoyed our stay. Place had everything we needed. Convenient walk to the beach and saw the blue bioluminescent phytoplankton at night which was great.

Beautiful community and everyone was super friendly. The pools were big so there was more than enough room for everyone! There were a lot of retirees but there was also families with kids which was great for our 7 year old. Beach is a two min walk and is private. Beach chairs and umbrellas were there for us to use as well. Plenty of awesome restaurants both in the area and about 15-20min south in Jensen. Property owner was very responsive any time I had a question. Everything you could need is there for you in the condo. Our older daughter(21) who we were visiting stayed with us in the pull out with our 7 year old and they were more than comfortable! There was a second pull out couch which we didn’t have to use and I also saw a blow up mattress. The pillows were also very comfortable so leave yours at home. I would highly recommend this location and we are already looking forward to coming back again next year!

Nice Condition
Most furniture is in good shape. Comfort of living room sofa not in a top comfort condition, however the Tempurpedic mattress topper made it an extremely comfortable king bed! Love the quietness of the community and the short walk to the beach.

This stay was great. I stated with my husband and 7 year old. The host is very responsive and friendly. The unit is clean and perfectly stocked. The beach and pool are a short walk from the unit. (You can’t see the beach from the patio but you can hear it.) The only complaint we had is that the tiki bar and restaurant that are on site are currently closed.
Fort Pierce is a lovely town....probably my favorite one that we have visited. It is quiet but has lots to do. We would most definitely stay again!
