About this condo rental
Nestled in Puerto de Mazarrón, this attractive condo for $92 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The apartment is on the third floor and has lift access, it also has underground parking if required, parking is 10€ per night or 50€ per week. Parking is included in winter offer. The apartment is very well equipped, there is lots of storage space, we also provide iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Bedding and towels are provided, but not beach towels. Free wifi Travel cot can be hired at 15€ per week The kitchen is fully equipped, if you should choose to eat in. There is a dining area, also on the balcony, which has sea views, is a table with 4 chairs. The Costa Calida (Warm Coast) has its very own micro-climate. There are around 320 days of sunshine a year, with temperatures averaging 32 degrees in summer and 18 degrees in winter, the sea temperature rarely falls below 18 degrees C. The coastline of Costa Calida is made up of small inlets, coves and beautiful unspoilt beaches with mountain backdrops. This part of Spain is largely undiscovered and is unspoilt be commercialism, no package holiday hotels, but very popular by the Spanish holiday makers who flock here in the summer. Cartagena is 30 mins and Murcia City is 50 min away and can be reached by car or public transport. Cartagena is an ancient historical city with many tourist attractions, including open top bus, boat trip of the harbor and many historical sites. Murcia is excellent from shopping with its designer shops and upmarket department stores. There are many plazas surrounded by traditional tapas bars. Puerto de Mazarron has a great harbor and new marina, with many diving schools and other water activities. There is a palm lined promenade with lots of bars and restaurants and shops. There are many Blue Flag beaches where you can swim, snorkel, windsurf or just sunbathe. Nearby is Bolnuevo which has a large sandy beach, and strange large mushroom like carvings out of sandstone. In November Bolnuevo hosts the famous Sardine Festival. Well worth a visit. About 40 min drive lies the Parque Natural de Sierra Espuna, a must for walkers and climbers, with 250sq km of unspoilt highlands and trails, there you will see wild boar and goats roaming around. For those golfers, Camposol Golf is15 min drive, if you fancy a round there you can hire clubs etc. If you want to go a bit further there are many clubs including Condado de Alamo, Hacienda Del Alamo, Desert Springs and of course the famous La Manga course. Cheap flights are available from Ryanair and Easyjet, these are two of many airlines that fly into Mucia (Corvera) which is 45 min drive or Alicante and Almeria 1hr 15mins. There are many car hire companies from these airports.

The apartment was really lovely. It was spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. All equipment and appliances were top notch. We were met on our arrival by the owners who were really helpful. I woyldnt hesitate from recommending this apartment to any other holiday makers.

Superb Apartment
My husband and I spent a wonderful week in this apartment in Mid July. The location was brilliant, minutes from the beach, restaurants and the Paseo.
The apartment had everything you needed including a shopping trolley to carry your groceries back from the supermarket- fantastic!! It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The views were lovely and as shown in the pictures and the balcony was ideal for eating meals and people watching.
Deborah communicated clearly and answered any questions we had. She arranged transfers for us and these were kindly done by her husband Rolf. They are both lovely hosts and we cannot recommend this apartment enough and will not hesitate to re-book in the future.

Mini vacaciones
El apartamento esta bastante bien, pero se deberían esmerar más en la limpieza, muebles de cocina con huellas de dedos pegadas secas, electrodomésticos, paredes ducha, cristales, hasta la puerta de entrada esta muy sucia por haber engrasado y llenarse de polvo, en el baño, huele mucho a alcantarillado, deberían usar algún producto para limpiar las tuberías. Algo no achacable a la propiedad es que al estar junto a la feria, tiene muchisimo ruido en la calle, así como al estar en la principal avenida mucho trafico de vehículos. Por lo demás nada destacable. Ascensor, plaza de garaje cómoda, y se puede ir al centro andando en cinco minutos.

Pasamos 4 días geniales, el apartamento está muy bien, más que suficiente para 4 personas, la cocina bien equipada y el baño igual, ventilador en las 2 habitaciones Y aire acondicionado en el salón. La playa más cercana está a 3 min andando y hay buenos restaurantes justo enfrente del edificio ( nosotros cenamos en uno que hacen todo a la brasa y genial, lo recomiendo). Al puerto puedes ir perfectamente andando, no se te hace pesado. Volveremos a repetir el año que viene.

We didn't have a car, and found that we didn't need one, as the apartment was also handily positioned for the bus routes. The owners were helpful and friendly, and I would highly recommend booking with them, we certainly intend returning for another stay in the future.

Muy cómodo y práctico. Perfecto.
Puerto Mazarrón y sus playas son ideales para conocer. Es un apartamento que en nuestras circunstancias, 2 adultos y un menor de 3 años, nos ha sido completamente práctico y cómodo en plena segunda quincena de agosto y, por supuesto, hemos conocido todas las playas. Localizado no a pie de playa pero casi todo lo importante lo tienes sin necesidad de mover vehículo. Supermercados, restaurantes, churrerías (varias), farmacias, alquiler bicis...todo andando. Si no quieres moverte de la zona es perfecto. Si quieres moverte por la zona, también es perfecto, a la vuelta tienes parking en casa. Nosotros no solemos quedarnos siempre en el mismo lugar, luego ha sido perfecto. Playa más cercana a 3 minutos caminando; Puerto y zona ocio a 4 minutos caminando; Restaurantes que merezcan la pena, casi saliendo del portal...Si tienes calor, a.a. y/o ventiladores en techo de todas las habitaciones y salón.
Por otro lado, los propietarios muy agradables. Si habláis inglés, mucho mejor comunicación.
¿Qué mejorar? Indicaciones sobre el depósito de agua del a.a. para no mojar terraza de vecinos. Otra cosa a mejorar, conviene renovar algún colchón, pero puedo asegurar que hemos descansado muy bien.
Sobre la limpieza. Hay que entender que al ser un lugar de playa es lógico que entre arena, además de la que cada inquilino lleva consigo cuando termina la jornada. No obstante, nosotros dimos una vuelta más.
Por lo demás, todo a mano. En cocina tienes casi de todo.
Resumen: totalmente recomendable si quieres playa y sol.

El apartamento está muy bien situado ,sin necesidad de coger el coche para moverte por todos lados y muy acogedor ,la playa de la isla está pegada a 100 metros del apartamento . Los propietarios muy agradables , lo aconsejo. Yo volvería a repetir .

Start, the appartment was spotless well furnished and equipped all exactley as advertised. Viewes from balcony and windows were as pictures, beutiful, beeches shops and restaurants all on the doorstep but not noisy, highly recommend the whole experience

Apartment was clean, well-equipped and spacious for 4 people. There is a nice balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by..The owner has very helpful...check-in and out was hassle free...I would return to this property again if I am in the area..

location was excellent...close to the beaches, port, bars & restaurants. There is a large supermarket near-by if you want to stock up on a few nibbles and drinks (or cook!) Apartment was clean, well-equipped and spacious for 4 people. There is a nice balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by..The owner has very helpful...check-in and out was hassle free...I would return to this property again if I am in the area..

Lovely appartment close to the beach
It was very pleasant experience. The appartment has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed and one - 2 singles. The balcony is facing the nearby beach. Kitchen is fully equipped as you expect in the normal American house. We've been cooking daily. Big food store is in the walking distance from the house. All food is perfect and we enjoyed local fish and wine. One surprise was that there is no feta cheese in Spain. Appartment has also underground parking with elevator to your floor. There are lot of nearby beaches but only 2 of them in the working distance. If you have a car as we did you can enjoy many other beaches of Mazarron. And appartment owners are very nice and responsive so you can clarify all the details of your stay through an email

Excellent location, beach, restaurants and bars 5 mins walk. There was no need for a car, Deborah arranged pick up from the airport, everything was on time and well organised. The apartment was spotless and well equipped.

Everything was as in advert and clean and well maintained. It was a great location, all was within walking distance and no need for a car. We both have to drive every day and the its the last thing we want on holiday. Deborah arranged pick up for us at airport and had a welcome pack awaiting in apartment. The beach and great bars and restaurants were less than 5 mins walk. I would recommend this friends and family.
