About this house rental
Light, bright and airy! Brand new chic furnishings in a beautiful Naples Park pool home! The house is located less than one mile from Delnor-Wiggins State Beach. The home has all of the most up-to-date conveniences, a premier southern exposure, and a 500 block Naples Park location. Three bedrooms and three full baths plus a den with a gracious open floor plan with wonderful upgrades. The gorgeous gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the family, and has granite countertops, upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and accent lighting. You’ll have everything you need to host an intimate meal or a small party. There is seating for eight at the dining room table, and four at the breakfast bar. There is a brand new sectional sofa in the living room to enjoy the 60" television. Tiled throughout. Enjoy swimming in the private heated saltwater pool! The lanai is wonderful and super private with full fencing and lush landscaping, and very inviting with beautiful pavers and plenty of seating. Enjoy grilling by the pool with our new Weber propane grill! The first Master suite is a lovely retreat with a brand new king-sized bed, a flat screen television, and separate access to the pool. The master bath has an oversized walk-in shower and double sinks . The second master also has a brand new king sized bed, TV, and an adjacent bath. The third bedroom has a new queen bed with an adjacent bath and a flat screen television. There is also a den which can be used as a fourth bedroom with a twin trundle bed and a desk for the laptop (if you must!). Sleeps eight in all! We have everything you’ll need for the beach as well, with beach towels, sand chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. We also have three bikes for rides to the beach or to any of the nearby shopping and restaurants. This home is close to beaches, upscale dining, shopping and entertainment! We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and a perfect stay for our group. Plenty of space for our family. The kids loved having a pool and pool toys. It is in a perfect location for beach, food and shopping.

We really enjoy every minute in the house. Thank you Terre for your hospitality and for been in line all the time. We will back soon !! For everybody whor reads this lines. Do not miss to spend some days / weeks in Terre´s house. It is less than a mile to the beach. You can go wallking (15 min) or mounting a bike (5 min) (the house has three) or by car, as you prefer. The pool is perfect and the grill at home is a must to prepare burguers, meets, salmon, hot dogs so whatever you like. We enjoy our stance at Terre´s house.

Was a perfect getaway, house was pristine & spacious, location was ideal and our communication with property owner, Terre for last minute questions was extremely responsive.

Perfect house and the location was exactly where we wanted to be. Close to the beaches, Mercato, and a 15-20 minute drive to downtown. The kids loved the pool and all the amenities as well. I’d stay here again for sure it’s a family place or a couples paradise. Quiet area at night and fun for all.

This was an awesome home. The rooms were beautifully appointed. The location was perfect, just a short walk or bike ride to Vanderbuilt beach. There were bikes, and beach equipment with a beautiful heated pool. The host , Terry was very responsive to our needs.

I went with my family to Naples to enjoy our summer vacation. During our first night we started to feel that the house was very warm. The next morning and to our surprise, we discover that the AC was down. By the way, I need to mention that it's Florida and you can imagine what it is to be in Florida without an AC. We had seniors and children in our party.
We tried multiple times to contact the person in charge never to receive an answer to our calls or messages. The thermostat showed 79*F. It was only the day after when her technician showed up telling us that the AC had been previously temporarily repaired because it had to be replaced. That is to say that the house was rented even though they knew that the AC was not working properly. We had to leave the property early, previous to our departure date. And that ruined our vacations.

The home was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Perfect size for our family of 4. Cleanliness is extremely important to us and this home was one of cleanest homes we've stayed in. We expect to rent this home again in the future.

We have a great time visiting the Naples area! The house was in close proximity to the beach. The accommodations were everything that you would need to feel relaxed and at home. Highly recommend!!

The property fulfill our expectations well equipped and close to the beach, we will rent it again.
The owner was very receptive of a couple of issues and solved it as soon as possible. The pool was not maintained properly and sent the pool company two days after we called her. We used the grill one time and I had to do a deep cleaning , found it very dirty, one bath tub was clogged and she sent Drano that did not worked but I found a plunger and solved the problem. This were minor problems easy to solve. The stay was great, we had a great time.

Great location, lovely home
Rental of this home was incredibly easy and hassle free. The home itself was gorgeous, clean and serene. The pictures don’t do justice to how spacious the home is. Everyone felt at home immediately. It was easy to come together for a great time in the pool and lanai, and then be able to slip away into your own space. It is literally six minutes from the beach and with having a beach pass provided it made coming and going effortless. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat and are grateful we chose this place to make our memories!

Perfect Family Weekend
This property was excellent. Almost better than what the pictures show. The house is a very open and great to spend time with family and friends yet the bedrooms feel very private and quiet. Plenty of towels and extra linens. The kitchen has everything that you would need. We had dinner there three out of the four nights and had everything we needed to accomplish that. Plenty of toys and chairs for the beach. We even utilize the bikes and rode down to the beach which took less than 10 minutes. Pool area is lovely and the road the house is on is pretty quiet and safe. Beautiful landscaping. There is nothing bad I can say about out stay. Terre is very responsive and great to work with. We rented both her houses, (just one house in between the two) and had a great weekend with friends and family. I would 100% recommend Terre and her beautiful houses.

We loved the location my husband and I walked 4 miles each morning, going out for coffee and looking at houses.. Everything you may need is within driving distance.. Its a quiet neighborhood and the house is exactly what we expected.. enough room for our family, clean and the owner was very responsive.. Very happy with the whole experience
