The staff were exceptional, we were late arriving but they made sure we would be able to get in our rooms and all was OK. On arrival we were extremely pleased with the standards of the rooms, very well presented, clean and comfy bed... and the breakfast was lovely. Fantastic stay.
The only minor things I would change was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but we turned it off and slept like a log!

Location. Breakfast although staff seemed unclear on what you got plus was initially confusion over whether they would do an evening meal but all got sorted

Only limited restaurant facilities (it's a golf club) although the breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful.

The tvs don't seem to be connected to the wifi - so you can't use any of the apps, e.g. Netflix or Youtube etc.

Beautiful hotel with lovely views across the golf course. Staff were excellent, taking time to greet us and showing us to our room and the restaurant. All staff were polite and friendly. Comfortable beds and a god size room
A bit of a struggle to park on arrival, but a sign for the golf course.

The bed was comfortable
The hotel the staff no facilities we were told the restaurant and bar was out if bounds as they had a private function. Had to drive out to get a meal staff were rude and cliquie

Clean, modern, warm, comfortable. Bathroom was amazing. beds were soooo comfortable! Easy access to key box when arriving out of office hours.
We were woken up in the morning by lots of loud conversations outside our door and the outside door opening and closing and eventually someone knocking on the door to see if the room was occupied. Not the end of the world but a little frustrating.

Just walking to the 19 cafe from room to outside or cafe if raining get wet.
