Situated in Palma, this attractive house for $250 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Bright, light-filled old town apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, floor to ceiling windows, high ceilings, Italian terracotta tiles, fully equipped kitchen in typical Mallorcan style, tasteful interior with harmoniously harmonized decoration. The characterful apartment is located in a completely renovated building in the old town. It is tastefully decorated with typical Mallorcan style elements such as wooden beams, terracotta tiles, parquet floors and floor-to-ceiling windows with double doors. The beautiful view of gorgeous facades and a plaza with its beautiful old olive tree lets the old town flair of Palma enjoy every day anew. The apartment boasts a very spacious living-dining area with high ceilings and French balconies, which is the heart of this apartment. The large dining table allows convivial evenings in a cozy atmosphere. In addition to the master bedroom (king size double bed) with ensuite bathroom there are 2 more bedrooms. One with 2 single beds, another with a double bed. In addition, an additional bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and in the spacious hallway a utility area with washing machine, dryer, iron etc. The apartment is an ideal starting point to explore Palma and its attractions, such as the cathedral, the marina, the weekly markets etc. or even the beach on foot or by bike (rental at Plaza Espanya). Shopping, supermarket, restaurants, museums, exhibitions or bars, everything is within walking distance. This also applies to buses and trains that regularly travel to various areas of Mallorca at the Plaza d Espanya. The good traffic connection of this apartment allows the abandonment of a car. After a long day of countless impressions of the city you can comfortably relax on the leather sofas with a novel or a good movie (satellite TV available) or end the evening with friends at the large dining table by candlelight and delicious food. If you enjoy cooking, it will be a breeze in our fully equipped kitchen. From the 4-plate stove over microwave to the coffee machine, everything is there to make for you and your friends magical breakfast, lunch or Serve dinner. With its 100 square meters and its equipment, a wellness oasis has emerged here, which leaves no needs and demands unfulfilled and in which up to 6 people can leave everyday life behind. As with any Old Town apartment, you first have to master a short staircase and only then you can use the elevator. At the check-in entseht a fee for final cleaning and administration enteht of 90 euros, which must be paid in cash on arrival. Minimum rental is 3 days! Late night check-in after 9 p. m. costs 10 € extra, after 10 p. m. we charge 20 € extra.

The apartment is right in the center of the old town with plenty of shopping, cafes and restaurants in the immediate area.
It’s a beautiful traditional apartment in an older building with plenty of character - lovely bright living area and master bedroom with floor to ceiling doors opening out into a beautiful pedestrian area. There is a lift but you do need to climb some stairs to access the lift. Great location and would definitely book again if visiting Palma. Many thanks.

The apartment is in a great, central spot in Palma. Walkable to everything, very nice decor and a large space with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a nice kitchen.. There is an elevator but you have to climb about 20 steps before reaching it. There is no AC and the fans can not cool you off when it’s 90 plus degrees outside and the sun is beating down on the place. Street cleaning starts very early in the morning so because you have to have the balcony doors open due to the heat, you will hear the garbage trucks and street sweepers start their work at about 6:00 AM. If there was AC, I would give this place a 10 out of 10.

Great property. Conveniently located. Roomy and high ceiling. Would give 5 stars if there is air conditioning. The week that we stayed is the hottest - over 30 Celsius daily. Sandra , property manager is great. Provided all the information in great detail and ensured we check in and check out smoothly. Other than the weather, and hard to get a taxi during our stay, all went very well. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Tolle Wohnung, zentraler geht nicht
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Fotos werden ihr nicht ganz gerecht. Die 2 hinteren Schlafzimmer sind wirklich klein, aber ausreichend. Mit den Ventilatoren kann man auch bei größerer Hitze ordentlich schlafen. Zudem sind die hinteren Zimmer sehr ruhig gelegen.
Zum Platz nach vorne raus liegt neben dem Wohn-/Esszimmer /Küche das Hauptschlafzimmer. Es hat eine ordentliche Größe und ein Bad en-suite.
Wie überall, wenn man in der Stadtmitte wohnen will, muss man auch hier mit mehr Lärm rechnen. Abends war es dort tatsächlich viel, viel ruhiger als erwartet, am Morgen kann es lauter werden, da dort auf dem Platz für die Gastronomie angeliefert wird…Wer also in Sachen Lärm empfindlicher ist, sollte in einem der hinteren Zimmern schlafen.
Die Küche ist sicher gut ausgestattet, wir haben allerdings nie gekocht, da es in Palma so viele Restaurants gibt, dass die Auswahl schwer fällt.
Für Fußkranke ist die Wohnung leider etwas beschwerlich zu erreichen. Es gibt zwar einen Aufzug, den man aber erst nach Besteigung einer längeren Treppe nach der Hauseingangstüre nutzen kann.
Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos und auf Fragen wurde mir umgehend geantwortet.
Letztlich kann ich die Wohnung jedem empfehlen, der gerne zentral wohnt und somit nahe an allem ist.

Good, but needs functioning air conditioner
Pros: Convenient location right in the middle of things, steps from Plaza Mayor (which also means there's convenient parking available, including in the garage under Plaza Mayor). Large space, laid out well for 2-3 couples (or 2 families) to stay without being on top of each other at all times. Apartment is on the 3rd floor but you can use an elevator after the first (admittedly pretty long and steep) flight of stairs. Bathrooms are nice enough, with good water pressure.
Cons: Beds aren't particularly comfortable and being in the middle of things means it's noisy if you open the windows. Which leads me to the major con - the apartment seems to have central air conditioning, but it doesn't work. So if temps hit about 80F/26C during the day (which they do all summer), the apartment gets pretty hot and stuffy. Opening the windows helps with air, but is loud all day and periodically at night as people walk by to/from bars and clubs.

Perfect location in the old town
Well proportioned 3 bed apartment in excellent location near Placa Major in the heart off the old town.
Sandra was most helpful in allowing us to enter early to leave our luggage whilst the apartment was made ready for our stay.
Altogether a very enjoyable holiday. Highly recommended!!

Tolle geräumige Wohnung in bester Lage
Wir hatten zu 5. ein wunderbares verlängertes Wochenende in der Wohnung, von der aus man zu Fuß alle schönen Orte in Palma erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben an Ausstattung alles gefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Der Kontakt für die Schlüsselübergabe ist nett und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank!

Gemischter Eindruck: Gute Lage, aber Baugerüst, kein Ausblick und sehr viele Stufen bis zum Aufzug
Die Wohnung liegt zwar gut, und sie ist schön ausgestattet., aber wir waren SEHR enttäuscht, dass der versprochene „wunderschöne Ausblick auf traumhafte Häuserfassaden und auf einen Plaza mit seinem herrlich alten Olivenbaum“ durch ein hässliches Baugerüst mit vorgehängtem Netz komplett verstellt wurde. Die Bauarbeiter, die durch das Gerüst an unserem Schlafzimmer vorbeiturnten waren zwar sehr freundlich, aber das war doch sehr befremdlich. Um ehrlich zu sein, fanden wir es unverschämt, dass wir darauf nicht vorab hingewiesen wurden! Wir hätten die Wohnung nicht gebucht, wenn wir das gewusst hätten. Außerdem stellte sich der „kurze Treppenaufgang“ als eine Flucht von über 30 Stufen heraus. Das war für unsere über 90-jährige Mutter sehr schwer zu bewältigen. Alles in Allem fühlen wir uns getäuscht.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage
Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat sehr gut funktioniert.
Die Schlüsselübergabe ging auch reibungslos über die Bühne.
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, hat eine gute Ausstattung.
Reichlich Geschirr ist vorhanden.
Man könnte dort auch sehr ausgiebig kochen, dies haben wir aber nicht gemacht, da es einfach zu viele tolle Restaurant in Laufweite gibt.
Auch ein Bäcker für ein tolles Frühstück ist gleich an der nächsten Ecke.
Die Fenster gehen nach vorne raus, man schaut quasi auf den Eingang zum Plaza Major. Zentraler gehts gehts nicht.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Supertolle Lage, nur ein paar Schritte von der Plaza Mayor und der Fußgängerzone entfernt, man erreicht alles zu Fuß. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir waren zu sechst und hatten reichlich Platz. Jederzeit wieder !

Perfect location. The house is super equipped with umbrellas, towels and other things! The only flaw is the lack of an air conditioner that in summer makes it difficult to sleep but nothing impossible to manage! Recommended!

Super Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft war super. Einziges Problem war die Hitze, das sollte man bei der Buchung einer Wohnung ohne Klimaanlage im Sommer vielleicht beachten, wenn man sehr empfindlich für so etwas ist. Vielleicht könnten auch noch mehr Ventilatoren angebracht werden. Aber ansonsten war die Wohnung top.

Perfect Palma
The apartment is in a great location, very spacious and comfortable. It was hot for our stay and a couple more fans would have helped us sleep better. Apart from that we loved everything.
