A second living area is also available which adjoins the third bedroom, perfect for the kids/teenagers to have their own space. Full sized kitchen with dishwasher, well-appointed bathroom and a separate laundry with additional lavatory. The front lawn and paved patio area is a great spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air and sea views, or take advantage of the generous sized backyard to entertain with a beverage, a BBQ and game of backyard cricket. Like me, the property is old and a little worn and needs a little maintenance! However very comfortable and ideal for my needs, a quiet restful break. Very well equipped. Also great location.

Very peaceful overall. mattress too hard on all beds had to sleep on quilt . Cold tap in kitchen too stiff. All you need is there for you...

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this older clean and comfortable house, well placed on top of the rise at Middleton. The kitchen and bathrooms worked well (great stash of kitchen equipment) and I particularly enjoyed the pretty and open-feeling back garden and the front patio with view to the waves breaking further up the beach.

Location location!! The house is only meters from the beach. You have to walk a little way ( about 200m )to access the beach. Its a very nice beach with some fun waves. The general area has conservation reserve parks for some interesting coastal reserve walks. Also nice town of Goolwa nearby.

House is old and needs doing up. Decor is from the 70’s
Doors didn’t close properly oven hardly worked, lights didn’t work.
All round rip off. Only decent thing is the view.
Very very overpriced, owner needs to spend money on this place urgent.
It was clean and tidy but omg it’s aged and tired.
