Tôi thích sự tiện nghi của khách rất đầy đủ đồ dùng đặc biệt có máy sấy tóc, ấm nước đều đầy đủ, lúc đầu với cái giá đấy thì tôi không nghỉ khách sạn tốt đến như thế không ngờ rất là ổn áp mọi người nên trải nghiệm đúng là quá mong đợi.

Mặc dù vậy tôi vẫn thấy thiếu thiếu gì đó ở chỗ như là cách âm các phòng còn chưa tốt, tôi bị làm phiền giấc ngủ bởi những đứa trẻ phòng kế khá rõ rệt, với lại tôi nghỉ tủ lạnh nên cho đông đá, và đặc biệt chính là wifi rất yếu mong khách sạn có thể cải thiện vấn đề wifi này. Tóm cho cùng khách sạn rất đáng ở nha mọi người nó gần trung tâm bãi sau quảng trường tiện việc tắm biển lắm.

There was no hot water. Only cold water in the basin and the shower had to be run for 20 minutes for the water to be tepid at best. The shower head was broken and only dribbled water. Cleaning after the first two days became sparse and was supplied on complaint to reception. The lifts to the ground floor were in a public area, which left us with doubts about security.

Hot water doesn't work

The bed was relatively comfortable (even though the sheets were stained).

They didn’t offer breakfast as advertised, the room was dirty and run down, there was no hot water, very difficult to communicate with the staff there, lots of noise inside and outside of the hotel, both early in the morning and late at night.

Bed was comfy, however unable to sleep due to the noise.

1. Arrived at the hotel where we have been told through Google Translate that there is no Breakfast as the restaurant is temporarily closed. I have explained that we have paid for b&b and received an answer that shocked us: I can not help you, maybe your app (Booking.com) has a problem. After going back and forth for a while, the guy from reception refunded us 70 Dong!!! that is for 2 breakfasts/each. 2. We have received the room key and figured out ourselves where we need to go just to find out that the key is not working and it was actually for a different room. We’ve got a room in the end. 3. No towels at all in the room, everything smells badly and the sheets were dirty. Asked for towels and received them dirty as well. 4. Staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. 5. I feel like the walls are made of cardboard as we could hear everything from next door and outside. All night. 6. The room has not been cleaned at all during our stay, not even the bins emptied until we have put them in front of our door. 7. It is impossible to communicate with the staff as they don’t speak English and we don’t speak Vietnamese. Even when using Google Translate seemed to be difficult for them. 8. No hot water. 9. Never again.
