*** PLEASE SUBMIT JUST ONE INQUIRY*** Recently renovated one story St. Simons Beach Cottage with heated pool. As you enter this home, there are 2 living areas, dining and kitchen area. The are 2 living spaces with seating for 10 and a 60" TV. The dining area has a dining table with seating for 7 or 8. There is an eating bar with 3 bar stools. The Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and great cabinets with lots of counter space. The dining room has French doors leading to a shaded back yard with patio and seating for 4. There is also a covered patio sitting area in the front yard. You can enter the gated pool area from the back or front yard of the house. An outside shower is located on the side of the house near pool area, so that you may rinse the sand off from the beach before entering the pool. ***** $40.00 per day pool heating fee.**** There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in this home. Bedrooms consist of a Master with queen bed, private bath with large shower and 32" flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with 32" flat screen. The Bunk Room has two bunks with full beds on the bottom and twin beds on top. The guest and bunk room share a hallway bath with double vanity sink and shower. At night, enjoy the cool breeze while listening to the ocean. You will want to return year after year to this great cottage. This home is located next to Crab Trap and Crab Daddys, two of Saint Simons best restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. You can walk or ride your bike to our village and visit the light house musem, fishing pier and many shops and restaurants. Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services that we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.** Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. ** This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.** Feel free to give me a call with any questions you may have. The Peach was so pretty, clean and convenient! After a septic tank issue, Wanda moved us into another pretty, clean and convenient( we could see the ocean)

The property is well laid out, in a great location for young families, and the pool is nice. What it lacked in general was attention to detail: empty propane cylinder for the grill, dirty outdoor furniture, outdoor shower not working, dying batteries in smoke alarms that went off in the middle of the night, etc.
We asked to have the pool heated for the week, and paid the weekly fee. The pool was cold when we arrived Saturday (we thought maybe it took awhile to heat up). By Monday, it was still cold and the pool cleaners confirmed that the heat was not on. When I called the rental office (during their advertised business hours) no one answered the phone. I messaged the host via the VRBO app and eventually someone called me and said they would turn the heat on the next morning (which they did).
After we checked out, I used the VRBO app to message the host asking to be refunded for the amount of time the heat was not turned on. No response. Five days later I tried again: no response. It's been over a week now, and they clearly are not planning to even respond to me, much less refund the money they owe me. Pretty disappointing,.

This place is very nice with the comfort feel of home. It is well appointed with most everyday needs. The pool area is awesome though it was a bit too chilly in early October to use it fully. The front yard open sitting area is great for hanging out and enjoying the outdoors as well. The beds and linens are comfy, too! We would definitely stay in this wonderful home again as it is a quick walk to the beach, brewery, and some really great eateries. It is a nice and safe neighborhood in a friendly and beautiful part of St. Simmons Island! The rental company was easy to work with, too!

Location was ideal for restaurants, shopping and the beach. There was plenty of room outdoor and indoor for gathering, visiting or whatever you wanted to do. You will absolutely enjoy your stay here!

Property was everything we needed and a short walk to the beach. The back yard was fenced which was nice for the dog. The pool area is in a different fenced area which I didn’t realize but loved. There is a gate between the two and very easy to get to but it was nice not having to worry about the dog (or if you have small children). We really enjoyed the patio area and plenty of seating inside and outside for everyone. Overall we had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again.

Overall this is a fantastic property. The only reason I gave cleanliness 4 stars because I felt for the money a little more time could have been spent on the exterior. Pool was heated as promised, I did have to clean the filter bucket when i got there because it was completely full, once I did that the pool cleared up really quickly. The covered Patio is a really large space, with comfortable furniture. However I did have to shake out the pillows and sweep the area. The grill worked well enough but it took several minutes of scrubbing the grates. Lastly Landscapers showed up while we were relaxing by the pool. They stopped immediately once I had a chance to explain we were renting the house. Overall though a great house, location and again really clean and comfortable inside with a great private pool area. My OCD on the outside we would consider staying their again if we return to St Simons.

Shower in Master Bedroom was difficult to turn on. At times, inoperable. We called and asked for help but never heard back. :(
The TV in the master did not work and we tried all inputs and problem solving measures
It was very dusty and the pool was very dirty, almost too dirty to go in.

We really enjoyed staying in your home while exploring the island. It was nice to be able to walk to dinner and to get our lattes in the morning. The home is nicely decorated and was comfortable for the 6 of us! Thanks!

We made beautiful memories in this home. Ms. Wanda was a gem in her customer service. She made sure I knew all the stores that would be open with limited store hours for the holiday. They also called to offer early check-in. Then, we received a call on how to properly operate the heated pool. The home was very clean and well equipped. It was perfect for our group of 9. It was nice to see a doggie bed and food/water bowl for our little fur baby. We loved the layout of the outside. The adults were able to hangout by the grill/picnic area while the teens were comfortable by the pool. We couldn’t enjoy the pool as much as we wanted because the weather would not allow but it did not take away from our stay. We will definitely consider this property when we visit the area again.

St Simons is charming and this property was close to everything that we enjoyed. House was laid out well for our family of 5 and we had a great time swimming in the heated pool.

Loved the pool and the secure yard for the dog. Loved the outside eating area. Everyone slept great here. It was quiet and comfortable and a good location to many things on the island.

Our family had a great time between the beach and the pool. We were glad we could bring our fur baby who had so much fun running around the beach. Having restaurants, bike rental, and coffee shops close by to walk to was awesome!

We loved this place!! Beautiful house with plenty of room. Pool and outdoor area are heavenly! Walked to get supper at Crab Trap and grilled out one night!! Will definatley be back and stay here again!! Loved walking the dog thru the charming neighborhood at dusk and a short walk to beach. You just have to experience it for yourself!!!!

We love St. Simon’s and this house was perfect for our church women’s retreat. This home was beautifully decorated and very private even though it is convenient to everything. We enjoyed the heated private pool and outside patio. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

We sincerely enjoyed our stay at the Peach Cottage and found the location very convenient to the beach and restaurants. The property was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. We especially enjoyed the pool (which was heated) and the 2 minute walk to the beach!
