About this villa rental
Enjoy your vacation in a very exclusive location in the middle of olive trees, eucalyptus and pine trees. In just a few minutes you are on the beach or on the popular tourist mile with bars and restaurants in Albufeira. Relax with family and friends on almost 5000sqm of their own terrain with a 10m x 5,2m pool, huge terrace, fig trees, oranges and much more. You will also be thrilled by the spacious rooms of the villa and give your vacation the right flair. Upon request, additional beds are available at an additional cost. Being on the beach or in the middle of the action in a short time and at the same time living in a very quiet, well-tended atmosphere in the most beautiful nature is unique. Children quickly connect to the facility. There's also a public pool (for a fee), restaurant, small supermarket, tennis court (for a fee), and more. The relaxed, friendly way of life of the Portuguese allows you to quickly immerse yourself on vacation. It has many markets nearby where you can get typical local goods. The Mediterranean Portuguese cuisine leaves nothing to be desired in terms of culinary delights. Linguistically you get very far with English, but also with hands and feet if you have to. The Portuguese are very patient. With the car you are in a short time in Vilamoura, Vale de Lobo or Portimao. Faro Airport is half an hour's drive away. The Algarve has been one of the most popular golf regions in the world for many years. Golfers can choose from 38 courses with very different profiles. But if you just want to enjoy the sea, you will find numerous dreamy bays that have been spared from mass tourism.

Great Property, only downside was that the property didn't have air conditioning and only 1 fan for a property of this size. Local restaurants and supermarkets are accessible via a taxi service (uber is ideal). Great outdoor dining area and pool, would not recommend this property for a wheelchair user. Lots of stairs. Other than the aircon situation would definitely recommend this property.

We were a group of 14 university friends and loved it. A fantastic property in a quiet location within walking distance to the strip. Pictures don’t do the place justice! The pool is massive and gets cleaned regularly. Kevin is very friendly and helped us out with any queries. Couldn’t recommend enough.

The house was amazing! Beautiful garden and very spacious. The hosts were really helpful. It was the perfect house for a trip with a group of young girls. We had a wonderful time.

The house was very nice and well maintained at first sight, but the area does not seem to be very safe. Already in the first night someone entered our house while we were having dinner on the terrace and stole several wallets and bags. One of our friends happened to see the thief and was threatened by him. The police told us that this was not the first theft in the area in recent days. So far we have also received neither help nor sympathy from the house owners. Not a nice start to a vacation to file a report with the portuguese police until 3am...

Perfect stage for a teenage group of 16 girls
My daugther and her friends spent a week in the villa and it was great! They were welcomed by the host very friendly. Location is good, uber to the strip was very cheap. Other friends also stayed in the same area. Close to the beach as well. Overall, many thanks for the warm welcome!

Toller Urlaub
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit der kompletten Familie im Haus verbracht. Der Pool war super und der schöne große Garten war ein Paradies für die Kinder. Der Minimarkt hat super leckere Brötchen. Die Vermieter haben auf jegliche Fragen direkt reagiert und die Kommunikation war super nett! Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Heerlijke woning voor gezelschappen
Het huis is heerlijk, met een prive zwembad, voldoende badkamers en slaapkamers om met een groter gezelschap te verblijven. Het contact met de eigenaar is zeer goed, vervoer van en naar vliegveld werd geregeld en lokaal is er een contact persoon die ter plekke ook prima alles voor je regelt. Je zit iets verder van de uitgaansgelegenheden, maar met een Uber ben je overal zo. Een aanrader!

Honestly an amazing stay
Short and honest review of our stay (17 people):
The villa was great. Better and bigger than we originally thought. It was so big initially it felt like a maze. Nothing to point out what was bad about it.
The swimming pool was big and nice aswell. It was kept clean by the poolboys who came during our stay which was very nice.
Also the gardeniers kept the garden nice and clean.
Last but not least, the service from the housekeepers was amazing. When something broke they would fix it within the shortest of time and they we're very nice about it. Nothing to worry when something will break!
Had a great stay!

We had a lovely sunny week. The house and the garden were unbelievable and the great location near the beach, made it lovely. We had a company of 11 teenage boys and the house fulfilled all our desires. If you are looking for an amazing yet relaxing week, this is the place to be.

Bien située
Maison pouvant accueillir un grand nombre de personne et très bien située entre Albufeira et olhos de agua. Maison vieillissante en manque d'entretien (1 salle de bain sans eau chaude) Literie limite acceptable (lit de camp 1 personne), que 2 lis doubles. Beaucoup de mobilier et d accessoires à renouveler. Trop cher pour la prestation proposée.

Schön und Entspannt
Nach vereinbartem Transfer und freundlicher Begrüßung, hatten wir eine tolle Woche in einem super schönen großen Haus. Das Grundstück ist riesig:) Der Pool ist ist Toll, die Küche schön groß so dass wir mit 14 Mann keine Probleme hatten. Es ist alles sauber und dem Haus fehlt kaum etwas an Ausstattung. Große Empfehlung!

Un bon séjour qui aurait pu mieux se terminer
Très bon séjour de 1 semaine avec mes amis, la maison est très grande et peut accueillir 12 personnes sans problème. Proche à la fois de la mer et des quartiers animés, cette maison rassemble tous les critères désirés. Malheureusement, au moment de rendre la maison, aucun état des lieux n’a été fait et lorsqu’il a été question de récupérer la caution, les propriétaires ont exagéré et menti sur l'état de la propriété. Résultat des comptes il a fallu parlementer longuement pour ne pas perdre notre caution entière mais seulement une partie pour quelques chaises en plastique cassées et non ce qui avait été annoncé par les propriétaires. Je recommande cette maison à la condition d’exiger un état des lieux lors du départ pour éviter tout problème.

We stayed here as a group consisting of three families, five adults, six children. The villa felt very spacious inside and out, allowing both adults and teenagers to have their own space to relax and chill out.
The pool area felt very private and was just perfect with plenty of sun loungers (with adequate shade if needed) it also got the sun until early evening (about 7pm).
The kitchen was very well equipped, and we made good use of the out door eating area.

We stayed here as a group consisting of three families, five adults, six children. The villa felt very spacious inside and out, allowing both adults and teenagers to have their own space to relax and chill out.
The pool area felt very private and was just perfect with plenty of sun loungers (with adequate shade if needed) it also got the sun until early evening (about 7pm).
The kitchen was very well equipped, and we made good use of the out door eating area.

We had wonderful family holiday at this villa.Although the pool remained the focal point particularly with the children whose ages ranged from 2years to 10 years we all appreciated the variety and seclusion from the lovely grounds in which the Villa is located.The accommodation worked very well and we found the Villa well equipped. Cleaners came to clean the pool twice a week which was more than enough, and the welcome into the home was brilliant. The home is around 20-30min walk from the supermarkets and 20-30min walk from the strip, which is perf for a quiet get away but you can also get around easily. Cabs are very cheap especially Uber which you can get around to the strip/old town/Lidl for only 2-7 euros for 4 people depending on the time. There is also a little shop near the villa 2min walk within the area which has a good selection of items. All in all the perfect holiday location for a quiet time or for a lively time. Would love to visit again!

Absolutely perfect!
I stayed in this lovely villa with 17 of my friends from University and we had the most perfect week ever!
The location was perfect, a 15 min walk to the closest beach and around 20 min walk to the strip. The bedrooms were perfectly set out and we had plenty room for all 18 of us to sit round the table outside for dinner. The pool was fantastic as well and was regularly cleaned.
I couldn't say enough good things about the Villa and really hope we have the opportunity to return :-)

Maison très grande et accueillante - propriétaires réactifs
Nous étions 19 (10 adultes et 9 enfants) et une chose est sure on ne se marche pas dessus ! La maison est très grande tout comme le jardin !
La maison est très bien placée ; dans une résidence calme et verdoyante !
Que ce soit au moment de la réservation ou sur place, il a toujours été très facile de communiquer avec les propriétaires ou le « concierge ».

Maison située dans une résidence calme - La villa très grande bien adaptée pour une grande famille
Nous avons séjourné fin avril 2018 à 15 personnes (8 adultes - 6 ados - 1 enfant) à l'occasion d'une fête familiale.
La villa est très grande, bien équipée pour recevoir 15 personnes et plus, les chambres sont grandes et bénéficient presque toutes de SdB. Certaines ont également une terrasse privée et ensoleillée .
Le jardin est magnifique, bien entretenu avec un coin balançoire et toboggan pour les enfants. Au bas du jardin une grande terrasse avec la piscine bien équipée mais à notre avis insuffisamment sécurisée : la barrière de protection est incomplète, le portail ferme mal et l'ensemble ne permet pas de garantir la sécurité des enfants.
Le site est particulièrement préservé et calme bien que proche d'Albufeira.
Lors de notre séjour la météo n'a pas été clémente durant les 3 premiers jours : nous avons trouvé la maison très humide et sans moyen de chauffage ( une cheminée existe mais elle n'est pas autorisée) - heureusement une quantité importante de couvertures est mise à disposition. Nous aurions apprécié que la maison soit aérée avant notre séjour.
Le soleil présent durant les 3 derniers jours nous a permis d'apprécier la maison et les bons moments passés en famille ainsi que les balades en Algarve.
Dernier point apprécié : la grande disponibilité de la propriétaire.

Bien situé, grande piscine, villa au calme
Nous avons séjourné à 8 adultes, 7 enfants, chacun avait son espace et son intimité grâce aux chambres parentales avec SDB privée.
La villa est située dans une résidence avec tennis, petite supérette, réception...
Le jardin est très grand, tout comme la piscine.
Beaucoup de choses à faire et à visiter autour de la maison, situation idéale pour des vacances en famille et amis.
Les propriétaires sont très disponibles par email et réactifs en cas de besoin.

Tien dagen lang feest
We rented this villa for 10 days with 14 people and we had an amazing stay. The house is very big and has a large kitchen. Furthermore, the house has a very large garden with a lot of privacy and with a large private swimming pool.
The beautiful beach is within walking distance and the center of Albufeira is easily to reach by using the cheap taxi's.
Both the owners of the house, as well as the housekeeper, are very nice, well accessible and very helpful.

2 semaines de vacances très reposantes
Au milieu de la nature, cette maison simple mais acceuillante nous a permit de passer de vacances joyeuses et reposantes en famille.
Les enfants ont adoré l'espace, la piscine et le jardin. L'endroit est très calme mais près du centre d'Albufeira. A refaire sûrement avec le reste de la famille.
