I paid for the hostel online with my card. During my stay, my plans changed and I found a free place to live. The staff agreed to change the reservation free of charge and refund one day of three payments. Asked to pay two days of accommodation in cash. The previously paid amount was promised to return to the card. I'm from the Ukraine, fleeing the war here! I asked for a refund as soon as possible, to which I replied that I had to wait two weeks. Ok! waited for two weeks ... appealed to the support service of the hostel, again promised to return the money soon. It has been more than two weeks, I still haven't received my money back. It is very disappointing. I would advise to think twice before going here👎👎👎😭
