Its versatile and spacious floor plan caters perfectly for two families, large groups and multiple generations or offers a separate level and living area for children and teens. Both levels have generous covered decks overlooking the panoramic beach and ocean vista. The open plan living areas and kitchen all enjoy the same180 degree unobstructed ocean view. There is a large double garage and plenty of off street parking for a boat. There are 3 bedrooms located on the top floor, the master has a king bed, bedroom 2 and 4 have king beds, bedroom 3 and 5 have king zip beds that can be made into singles.
