THE PROPERTY: If you like the beach, water parks, and lots of onsite activities, then this is a great resort for you. The resort features a lazy river, large pool, kids splash pad, waterslide and a large jacuzzi. There's also a tiki bar and restaurant onsite, complimentary movie theater, game room, fitness center, sauna, miniature golf, ping pong, billiards, playground, BBQ, and so much more. THE CONDO: The spacious two bedroom condo accommodates up to eight people with a king bed in the primary bedroom and two double beds in the guest bedroom. There are two full baths. The living room features a sleeper sofa, and separate dining area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, private balcony and complimentary wi-fi. THE LOCATION: The location brings you within minutes to Port Canaveral and 4 miles from Cocoa Beach. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 45 miles away. There are plenty of restaurants within close driving distance, especially within Port Canaveral (open to the public). Kennedy Space Center is 18 miles away. NOTE: The resort will assign a unit number at check-in. One building is near the beach and the other building is near the resort's water park. Resort offers complimentary self parking. *There's a golf cart shuttle and beach tram, or you may walk to the beach/pool along the boardwalk... It's only a few minutes if you walk. Property Renovations: From May 1 through May 22, 2024 the property will be renovating the Lazy River water feature, which includes the water slide. The main pool and spa will remain open along with the pool and spa located at our Signature building while the work is being completed. Please note, we do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service.
