A fantastic villa in a lovely peaceful location easy to get tuc tucs to get around spent lots of lazy days by the pool .Dive people picked us up to go diving. The villa has everything you need spotless inside we arranged for cleaners to come in half way through the holiday.

Brilliant villa with immaculate pool and gardens. Private access to lagoon right behind the garden gives a very different dimension to the stay. Fully private and quiet yet close to downtown hub of El Gouna. The owner is highly efficient and supportive answering numerous questions prior to our stay and helped with car-hire etc, over and above expectations. Will almost certainly return soon.

It was a little chilly when we arrived and they already had the pool heated. It is close to dive shops and they will pick you up, close to the marina and shopping. Plus so quiet and relaxing. Thank you for sharing this amazing place with us!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa and wished we could stay for longer. It is very comfortable and spacious. All the rooms just as described. The kitchen had everything you need. The highlight for everyone was the beautiful outdoor space and the pool. Danielle was so kind and helpful. Groceries, shops and beaches are not walking distance, but it is easy to order and cab or tuc tuc and a short ride away. A lovely place to escape and relax, we hope to visit again.

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub
Wir haben einen super Urlaub im der Villa verbracht und sogar noch 1 Tag verlÀngert . Die Villa ist genauso wie im Text beschrieben. Der Ausblick auf die Lagune und die Berge ist unbeschreiblich schön .
Der Kontakt mit Herr Fux war immer sehr schnell und zuverlÀssig. Die Email mit seinen tollen Tips war sehr hilfreich.
El Gouna ist eine tolle Urlaubsdestination weil man sich dort extrem sicher fĂŒhlt. Supermarkt oder auch Restaurants liefern in die Villa.
Der Sonnenuntergang vom Pool aus ist einfach ein Traum .

Traumvilla
Die Villa ist eindeutig noch viel schöner als man das auf den Fotos erkennen kann. Sie ist in einem tadellos gepflegten Zustand und sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter versorgt einen im Voraus mit allen nötigen Informationen und vor Ort stehen die hilfsbereiten Leute von Magic zur Seite falls nötig.
Wer in der grossen und im europĂ€ischen Standard eingerichteten KĂŒche selber kochen möchte, kauft am besten im Gourmet Supermarket ein. Da kriegt man alles in sehr guter QualitĂ€t. NatĂŒrlich kann man auch auswĂ€rts hervorragend essen. Uns hat es in der Marina, wo man Blick aufs offene Meer hat, etwas besser gefallen als Downtown. Aber wohl fĂŒhlt man sich in El Gouna eigentlich ĂŒberall.
Tipp fĂŒr FrĂŒhaufsteher: Sonnenaufgang auf der Dachterrasse oder die Ruhe des Morgens auf dem hauseigenen Steg zur Lagune geniessen.
Fazit: wir wÀren am liebsten noch viel lÀnger geblieben und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wonderful vacation
We visited the villa last October and it was our first time in El Gouna. Our vacation was amazing. The house was beautiful and clean and the area was great as well. We had breakfast at the terrace daily and we enjoyed it very much, especially with the view. The week before our trip to El Gouna, Ulrich contacted us and informed us about our stay which was very useful. Everyday a poolman cleanes the swimmimgpool and there even was also a Nespresso coffee machine! In downtown El Gouna there are a lot of spots where you can have nice dinners and where you can shop. The villa has further all the equipments you need. We made a lot of memories and we hope to be back one day. Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation!

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser Villa. Alles war wie beschrieben.
Nur die Lagune ist leider nicht zum Baden geeignet, da kann aber der Vermieter nichts dafĂŒr. Es gibt aber Karten fĂŒr den Moods Beach zum freien Eintritt.

I stayed in the villa with my family for the Christmas and New Yearâs vacation. We had the place for ourselves for 10 days. This was a very lovely vacation for all of us. Communication with Ulrich was smooth and clear. The property manager was attentive and addressed all of our needs promptly. The place itself is wonderful and exactly as advertised. If you love cooking ( like we do) youâll be happy to find that the kitchen is equipped with everything (2 different coffee machines, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, proper gas cooker and all the needed utensils). Also, you have a very nice outdoor grill with all the tools you may need. The washing machine worked perfectly well the dryer needed to be fixed but Daniela from the property management got it fixed promptly. A nice gesture was to provide few simple things which made our life easier and made us enjoy our time even more ( e.g. sufficient good quality detergents for clothes and dishwasher , aluminum foil and plastic wraps, spices, tea and sugar...etc) simple and thoughtful. The TV worked fine and you have the OSN subscription đ. You can also login to Netflix if you have an account. The internet speed was decent however, can get better.
The pool was lovely and got cleaned daily. If you are coming in winter ask the property management to heat it before you arrive for a small extra fee. Itâs worth itđ.
We are Egyptians and regular travelers to ElGouna and this is the first time we do not stay in a hotel due to the COVID-19 situation but we all agreed that this might be a better option going forward given how much we enjoyed our time and privacy.
Weâll be coming again hopefully in the springđ

Oase El Gouna
Der Vermieter des Hauses hat uns im Vorfeld sehr grĂŒndlich und mit vielen Details ĂŒber das Haus und Umgebung informiert. Dies war vor Ort sehr hilfreich. Das Haus hat einen gelungenen Grundschnitt. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool wurde fĂŒr uns ( Aufenthalt vom 27. 12.- 4.1. ) beheizt.
Die Gartenanlage und Pool wird tÀglich

wir sind "WiederholungstÀter" da uns diese Villa von Lage und Ausstattung sehr gut gefÀllt.
Die Terrasse ist nach Westen ausgerichtet so dass man hier den wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang genieĂen kann. Es gibt genug Schatten und auch windgeschĂŒtzte Ecken, so dass sich immer der passende Platz findet. Im Winter ist die Poolheizung zu empfehlen.
Der Kontakt mit dem EigentĂŒmer als auch der Agentur vor Ort war ausgesprochen nett und hilfreich.
Hier fÀhrt zwar kein Shuttle Bus aber das TucTuc war immer zuverlÀssig in 8 Minuten da.

We spent a wonderful stay in this fantastic villa with stunning views of the mountains and lagoon. The location is quiet and secured. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. The pool is nice and cleaned each day. The owner and local agent couldnât have been more helpful during and before our stay. They were very quick to answer any questions we had. They even arranged our airport transfers and visas. El Gouna itself is beautiful with very attractive restaurants and easy to get around with low cost tuk tuk ( it also exists electrical ones). You can contact the local agents, tuk tuk, restaurants or shops very easily via the free internal phone system. We highly recommend this villa.

Schöne und gerÀumige Villa, toll ausgestattet
Wir haben die Woche bei nicht ganz tropischen Temperaturen dank der Poolheizung sehr genossen. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden und waren dank der hilfreichen Hinweise des Vermieters bestens vorbereitet. Alles hat super funktioniert vor Ort und wir hoffen, dass wir Gelegenheit finden wiederzukommen.

Seit Jahren kommen wir als Gruppe nach El Gouna zum Tauchen und Kitesurfen. Dieses Jahr das erste Mal mit einem Baby. Die schöne Villa war perfekt fĂŒr diesen Aufenthalt. Locker genug gross fĂŒr 8 1/2 Personen, schöne Aussicht, schönes Pool. Ruhig und viel PrivatsphĂ€re. Der Besitzer war Ă€usserst hilfreich wĂ€hrend der Buchung. Sehr gerne wieder! Danke

Sehr schöne Villa
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und fĂŒr 6 Personen PERFEKT. Wir waren allerdings 7 Personen und deshalb mussten wir im Nebenhaus schlafen. Am Besten ist der beheizbare Pool mit dem wundervollen Blick auf die Lagune. Bevor man ein Taxi ruft sollte man eher ein TukTuk bestellen. Aufs Taxi mussten wir bis zu 2 Stunden warten. Das TukTuk war meistens in 10 min vor Ort .Die Villa liegt etwas Abseits von allem, aber das war kein Problem.Allerdings gab es eine MĂŒckenplage.Bitte unbedingt MĂŒckenspray nicht vergessen.Der Vermieter ist ein sehr FREUNDLICHER und hat alle meine Fragen vorab immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Die Agentur ( sprechen auch Deutsch) war vor Ort auch sehr behilflich .Der Transfer hat sehr gut geklappt.Es gibt fĂŒr den Strand ,Karten fĂŒr den kostenlosen Eintritt. Ich wĂŒrde den allerdings nicht mehr besuchen, wir waren in der Villa mit dem Pool und der Lagune besser aufgehoben.Es gibt schönere StrĂ€nde, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache.Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben . Es fehlt da an NICHTS.

Everything was wunderful !
The villa was equipped with everything needed for a big family stay. Everything was fully functional and convenient, and had a very nice surprise to be able to follow the champions league matches on my favorite channels.
Getting the pool heating on was very good decision and highly recommended !
Ulrich is very friendly and helpful, and everything was as promised and as shown in photos , so we were very happy to stay at his Villa and definitely recommend it !

Geniale Urlaubswoche mit der ganzen Familie in einer traumhaften Villa
Wir haben eine Woche in El Gouna in der wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Wir waren zu siebt und die Villa bietet genug Platz fĂŒr jeden, wobei nur sechs Personen im Haupthaus ĂŒbernachten konnten. Der beheizte Pool mit toller Aussicht auf die Lagune war ein Highlight. Das Haus inkl. KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vor Ort ist die Agentur Magic mit deutschsprachigen Mitarbeitern immer erreichbar. Sie standen uns jederzeit mit Tipps und fĂŒr Fragen bereit. Der Ort El Gouna ist ein schönes kleines StĂ€dtchen mit allem was man fĂŒr eine schöne Urlaubswoche benötigt. Wir wĂŒrden sofort wieder die Villa buchen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nĂ€chsten Ăgypten Trip.

Fantastic villa - perfect for a totally chilled holiday
We had an amazing 10 days at the villa in El Gouna. The villa was absolutely perfect for us as we wanted somewhere peaceful, secluded and pretty to have total relaxation after a very busy and stressful year.
The villa is beautiful and great for families or a group of friends. We were a family of 4 for 5 days and 6 for 5 days and there was plenty of space. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms are excellent with great walk in showers. We used the guest house as well for my nephew who was on crutches so he didn't have to go up and down many steps. The villa is really well equipped so there wasn't anything we needed to bring such as towels etc.
Communication with the owner and the management company beforehand was efficient, helpful and friendly which made me really confident about the stay. The management company were helpful throughout the stay if we needed anything.
We arranged for a cleaner to come every day for an hour which meant that everywhere stayed clean and the only thing we needed to do was put the dishwasher on. I recommend future visitors book an hour or 2 as it is great value for tourists, provides employment for locals and means you can just be thoroughly relaxed.
The pool was cleaned daily and is perfect for people who want total privacy. We brought some inflatables with us and it was wonderful chilling in the pool with a book. Talking of books there is a little library of books to read; mainly German but also some English.
We tended to have breakfast at the villa, hang out by the pool and then go into town to eat in the evening. There are plenty of places to eat in and all are very reasonably priced if you are a foreign tourist. A meal for 6 with soft drinks was about ÂŁ45/ÂŁ50 and portion sizes are big. A supermarket shop of basics from Best Way consisting of some boxes of water, bag of ice, lots of soft drinks, eggs, butter, bread, cheese and some snacks was less than half what it would have cost at home. We visited the supermarket on the first day but after that ordered over the phone.
Taking taxis to downtown El Gouna is easy and cheap (between LE25 and LE40) but there is also a bus stop right next to the Phase 5 entrance.
If you are staying for a week or more and want to venture out from the villa I highly recommend a day trip to Mahmya. The beach is beautiful and is great for snorkelling. If you get lucky on the boat ride there, which my husband did, you get to see dolphins!

Sehr schöne Villa
Wir (4 Freundinnen) hatten die Villa im Mai 2017 fĂŒr 14 Tage gemietet.
Bereits im Vorfeld hat alles super gut geklappt ( sehr netter Vermieter !!!) auch der Transfer und die HausĂŒbergabe verlief reibungslos. Der
Kontakt zur Agentur am Ort war sehr gut. Das Haus selbst ist sehr groĂzĂŒgig geschnitten und bietet ausreichend Platz auch fĂŒr 6 - 8 Personen. Der Swimmingpool mit Poolheizung und der Blick in die Berge war phantastisch. Wir wĂŒrden die Villa jederzeit wieder mieten ( wir kamen total relaxed nach Hause. Nochmals ein groĂes Dankeschön an den Vermieter !

Helle und groĂzĂŒgige RĂ€ume - bequeme, gute Betten - grosser Pool, dessen Heizung wirklich funktioniert - grosser Gasherd und super equipte KĂŒche.
Transfer, Ăbergaben und alle Abstimmungen liefen einhundertprozentig.
In El Gouna kann man darĂŒber hinaus fĂŒr ein Taschengeld irre gut essen.
Sonst brauch man sich nichts vornehmen, das Haus hÀlt einen daheim :-)

wunderschöne Zeit
Leider sind wir schon wieder aus diesem Urlaub zurĂŒck und es wird nicht der letzte sein. Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen, das Haus ist sehr schön und der geheizte Pool war ein Traum. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Lagune haben wir uns keinen Tag entgehen lassen. Mit dem Taxi ist man schnell in der Stadt und kann da sehr gut und kostengĂŒnstig essen. Unbedingt mal das Tamr Henna in Down Town probieren, da kann man auch eine gute Shisha rauchen. El Gouna hat mich positiv ĂŒberrascht da es gar nicht mit dem ĂŒblichen Ăgypten vergleichbar ist. Wenn man shoppen will, dann wird man auch in Ruhe gelassen, keine lĂ€stigen VerkĂ€ufer die einem am liebsten noch die Oma verkaufen wĂŒrden.
Wir haben uns immer sicher gefĂŒhlt im Haus und in El Gouna.

Relaxte vakantie in prachtige villa!
Op zoek naar zon in de winterperiode kwamen we, gezin met twee tieners, via HomeAway terecht bij deze villa. We kregen van de eigenaar zeer snel reactie op onze vragen en wensen en ook vlak voor vertrek ontvingen we nog veel nuttige informatie. De villa wordt lokaal beheerd door de firma Magic. Magic regelt transport van het vliegveld naar de villa. Veel internationale vluchten landen bij het nieuwe gedeelte, maar onze vlucht landde/vertrok bij het oude gedeelte: handig om dat vooraf met Magic af te stemmen.
De foto's geven al een mooie indruk, maar we waren zeer positief verrast toen we villa en omgeving in het echt zagen. Een zeer ruime villa, ingericht volgens de beschrijving, met zwembad (verwarming vooraf aan laten zetten is erg lekker) en veel privacy. De villa ligt in een rustige wijk met vanuit de achtertuin uitzicht op de lagune en de bergen. Begin van de ochtend komt de 'poolboy' langs voor onderhoud en ook de tuin wordt dagelijks voorzien van water. Dat is ook nodig, want in de week dat wij daar waren was het overdag zo'n 30 graden. 's-Avonds daalde de temperatuur tot een graad of 18 en dat voelde fris aan; wel heerlijk om te slapen.
De villa ligt een paar kilometer van het centrum van El Gouna. Een lange wandeling -door het golfressort- is te doen, maar makkelijker is het gebruik van een taxi of tuc-tuc. Met meer dan twee personen is de taxi goedkoper, maar je waait beter door in de tuc-tuc. Boodschappen doen kan bij Best Way Supermarket, de groente en fruit winkeltjes en bij de lokale slijterij. En er zijn veel restaurantjes waar je kunt ontbijten, lunchen of dineren. Bij The Clubhouse (Downtown) hebben we meerdere malen uitstekend gelunched en de Grilled Beef Filet bij Moods (Abu Tig Marina) was een van de toppers! Meerdere restaurants bezorgen ook eten. Wij hebben besteld bij Zia Amelia: lekkere pizza's en een overheerlijke tiramisu die met de Italiaanse tuc-tuc werden afgeleverd. Vers brood haalden we bij Seventh Star Restaurant (ook Abu Tig Marina): de bakkerij zit binnen.
In de Rode Zee moet je natuurlijk duiken en/of snorkelen. Onze zoons hebben via de Easy Divers Academy leren duiken van een NL-talige instructeur en ook een dag de zee op om te gaan snorkelen is zo geregeld. Verder zijn de Egyptenaren zeer gastvrij, altijd in voor een praatje en ook altijd bereid om te helpen. En, wij hebben ons geen moment onveilig gevoeld!
Kortom: we hebben een zorgeloze en zonnige vakantie gehad en bevelen graag deze villa en El Gouna aan!

Phase 5 - Villa 2 ! Warum gerade diese Villa?
Das ganzjĂ€hrig schöne Wetter, Wassersport, das hohe MaĂ an Gastfreundschaft zieht uns immer wieder nach Ăgypten. Selbst Im MĂ€rz schien die Sonne vom wolkenlosen Himmel.
Mit wenigen Ausnahmen an Hotels in Ăgypten waren die AI Bettenburgen mit dem Publikum nie unser Fall. So entschieden wir uns fĂŒr eine Villa, wir standen dieser Entscheidung eher skeptisch gegenĂŒber. Warum gerade diese Villa?
Der EigentĂŒmer ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und stets fĂŒr alle Fragen offen. Der Abhol- und Bring-Service vom und zum Flughafen Hurghada klappte sehr gut. Die Einweisung war zĂŒgig und einwandfrei. Da wir auf schnelles Internet angewiesen sind, hat uns diese Villa die Möglichkeit gegeben. Die Nespresso-Maschine schenkte uns einen guten Start in den Tag. Das Wasser hat TrinkwasserqualitĂ€t und es kam immer Kalt- und HeiĂwasser. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man sich wĂŒnscht. Die Villa bietet total Ruhe, Entspannung und liegt direkt an der Lagune, man ist in einer ruhigen Oase bestens aufgehoben, sie bietet den privaten Freiraum, den man braucht. Ordentliche AuĂenanlage mit Grill, es steht genĂŒgend Platz zur VerfĂŒgung und es mĂŒssen keine LiegestĂŒhle reserviert werden. Der tĂ€glich gereinigte und beheizbare Pool rundete den Urlaub ab und es war auch ein nĂ€chtlicher Schwimmzug möglich. Die abendliche Beleuchtung zeigte die ganze Pracht.
Wir brauchten keine schwarze Limousine, denn die preisgĂŒnstigen Tok Tok waren durch den Fahrtwind immer eine gelungene AbkĂŒhlung und ein kleines rasantes Abenteuer. Downtown und Marina liegen um die Ecke und alles ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Supermarkt mit kostenloser Lieferung, Metzger und Fischmarkt vor Ort, eine ausgezeichnete Infrastruktur. Wir hatten das GlĂŒck sehr nette Architekten kennenzulernen, die uns neue Projekte vorstellten und zeigten uns wie sich El Gouna noch weiterentwickelt, wir kamen aus dem Staunen nicht mehr raus.Die touristischen Regionen sind vollkommen frei von politischen Kundgebung, wir fĂŒhlten uns absolut sicher. Nous avons resides dans la villa du 31 mars au 8 avril 2014 .
Nous sommes des habitues de l'Egypte mais c'etait notre premiere fois en location . Nous avons ete vraiment enchantes par la totalite de notre sejour : le transfert A/R aeroport en minibus etait a l'heure aller comme retour .
L'agence gerant la maison sur place est serieuse et reagit en quelques heures en cas de petits desagrements .
Le proprietaire au telephone parle francais et est tres sympathique .
La villa est grand et magnifique , le chauffage de la piscine a ete tres appreciable (cetait meme indispensable a cette epoque de lannee) .
La maison est tres bien equipee , et on s'y sent comme chez soi : ecran plat dans le salon , tv dans chaque chambre , cuisine avec tout ce quil faut , 2 salles de bain , internet tres haut debit (Skype fonctionne tres bien) .
Les lits a votre arrivee sont faits ; il y a egalement des serviettes et serviettes de plage .
Le nettoyage de la piscine et l'arrosage du jardin est effectuee tous les jours par du personnel discret .
il y a 2 chaines tv en francais .
Si vous ne souhaitez pas cuisiner , plusieurs restaurants livrent a domicile gratuitement (restaurant thailandais, chinois , burgers ... ) . Il y a un telephone dans la villa pour appeler gratuitement le taxi ou faire sa commande au restaurant .
El Gouna est une ville agreable pour toute la famille : Marina pour se promener , plage privee , restaurants , attractions (segway, jeux gonflables... ) . La population y est tres agreable ; l'endroit est tres securise (un poste de securite se situe a 50m de la villa ) .
Se deplacer est tres facile : 15 LE soit 1.5⏠le taxi par trajet pour se rendre nimporte ou dans El Gouna .
Nous y sommes alles en couple avec notre bebe .
Nous recommandons cette villa aux couples comme aux familles .

Traumvilla fĂŒr einen Traumurlaub
Wir waren mit 7 Personen im MĂ€rz 2014 im Haus und hatten eine super Zeit.
Zur Lage: die Villa ist mit FahrrÀdern 15 Minuten vom Zentrum bzw. 20 Minuten von der Marina entfernt, das Tuktuk kostet 0,50⏠pro Person und Strecke. Der eigene Lagunen-Zugang vom Haus ist topp zum schwimmen.
Ausstattung: das Haus hat alles was man sich wĂŒnschen kann: SpĂŒlmaschine und Waschmaschine plus Trockner zur Benutzung, eine Musikanlage mit der man eigene Musik ĂŒbers Aux-Kabel auch auf der Terasse bzw. am Pool hören kann, WLAN, eine Poolheizung - die unabhĂ€ngig von den warmen AuĂentemperaturen jeden Cent wert ist (unbedingt mitbuchen)!
Betreuung. Die zustĂ€ndige Agentur organisiert die Abholung vom Flughafen und den rechtzeitigen Transfer zurĂŒck. Bei der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe haben wir ein kurzes Briefing auf deutsch bekommen und es war kein Problem, sich wg kleinen Fragen telefonisch zwischendrin abzustimmen.
Essen: im Haus kann man super kochen, der Supermarkt ist mithilfe der Tuktuks gut zu erreichen, liefert aber auch direkt. Der deutsche Besitzer hat uns im Vorfeld viele Tips gegeben!
El Gouna: ein echt toller Ort, um dem kalten Deutschland - sogar im MĂ€rz - zu entfliehen. Von den Unruhen haben wir ĂŒberhaupt nichts mitbekommen, im Ort wurden die Sicherheutsleute aufgestockt sodass wir uns die gesamte Zeit sicher gefĂŒhlt haben.
Mit 8 Personen ist das Haus sehr bequem bewohnbar. Jedes Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und fĂŒr Paare (mit Kind) bietet der separate Garten-Anbau etwas PrivatsphĂ€re wenn man mit einer gröĂeren Gruppe da ist - genĂŒgend Badezimmer gibt es ebenfalls. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rundum relaxed
Entspannter kann man im Winter kaum in die Sonne kommen! Der sehr nette, sehr zuverlĂ€ssige Gastgeber (Schwabe!) versorgte uns vorab bestens mit allen Infos fĂŒr Ankunft und Aufenthalt im Haus und im Ort, der Abholservice vom Flughafen Hurghada (kann man dazubuchen) und der Empfang und die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe durch die freundliche Frau Daniela (schweizerdeutsch sprechende SĂŒdtirolerin) vom property management vor Ort funktionierten herzlich und unkompliziert. Im Haus war dann alles wie beschrieben und abgebildet, tiptop sauber, KĂŒche gut ausgestattet, prima WLAN, Ruhe, die Sonne schien, der Blick ĂŒber die Lagune bei Sonnenuntergang sorgte fĂŒr Romantik und die â ebenfalls dazugebuchte â Poolheizung war im Januar ein unschlagbares Plus!
Einen Leihwagen braucht man keinesfalls: Zwar liegt das Haus am Rande des StĂ€dtchens in einer gated area (so wie eigentlich ganz El Gouna eine Art gated community ist) aber Zentrum und Yachthafen mit zahllosen Restaurants aller internationalen Geschmacksrichtungen sind mit dem Tuktuk fĂŒr umgerechnet 1 Euro in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Tip: FrĂŒhstĂŒcken in der Marina im CafĂ© Seventh Star. Gutes, vielfĂ€ltiges Brot, leckere Croissants und kleine Törtchen wie in Paris! Lieferservice von Supermarkt und GetrĂ€nkedienst funktionieren aber ebenfalls, gut und einfach, und im Augenblick gibt es menschenleere StrĂ€nde und ĂŒberall Platz ohne Ende, weil sich anscheinend viele Touristen von den aktuellen Unruhen in Kairo abschrecken lassen. Aber Kairo ist 540 Kilometer entfernt und in El Gouna fĂŒhlt man sich NULL NULL NULL unsicher.
