We are a group of 6 women over 60 who go on a yearly trip to a different location each year. This was a charming home with plenty of space for us to spread out. We had dinner on the beautiful back deck and enjoyed the birds. In the evenings the kitchen table was perfect for our nightly Euchre matches. Every morning some of us walked to the beach for a walk before going out to visit other towns on the cape. I would recommend this house to anyone who visits Cape Cod.

My extended family and I stayed for a week at the end of July. The property was fantastic! Super close to the beach-even closer than the listing makes it appear. Really convenient to downtown Falmouth and to Woods Hole. Kristyn was a great host. Thank you SO much!

Our family had a terrific time in this house. It is only 5 houses from the beach and has a wonderful back yard. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is really comfortable. Easy walk to down town Falmouth and restaurants. Was wonderful to stay here!!

Spectacular home. Location can't be beat - less than 5 min walk to Surf Beach, close to Main Street in Falmouth. House had everything we needed, and its outdoor area was like a sanctuary - very beautifully landscaped, very relaxing place to hang out. Highly recommend.

Just an amazing home. So much space for three teens to spread out. So charming. From the bunnies in the backyard to the view of the ocean from the top deck, just could not be better. A hop skip and a jump to the warm ocean waters. The grocery store is close and Jim's Clam Shack is right down the road too. The neighborhood is beyond quaint. The owner is more than gracious. Come experience the best of Cape life.

They didn't even mind when we played the games at the property like Bocce Ball. The house is 3 houses from the beach. 2nd time staying here and it was as fun as the first. Location can’t be beat, 2 minute walk to the beach. The house is great, has everything you would need and the backyard with all the flowers is a very relaxing spot to sit. Communication is excellent and we hope to be back again!

We had a perfect week at the beach! Weather wasn’t great but the beach proximity made it easy to be back and forth between the beach and house. House was VERY clean and well-appointed. Also loved being able to walk downtown for dinner and shopping. Can’t wait to return!

The house was very comfortable and family friendly. Super close to the beach. Nice outdoor space. One thing went wrong during the stay but the owner was very responsive and handled it well. Would definitely recommend!

Our family was lucky to be able to stay at this beautiful home again. Because of covid 19 We just wanted to be together as family and there was plenty of room in this house to be together can play games in the roomy kitchen and dining room area, but also large spaces, including the beautiful backyard and deck, to enjoy alone or quiet time. House is maintained/cleaned wonderfully. It's a short walk to the beach, all amenities are at the house, and Kristyn was more than helpful in every way.

This is the perfect spot if you love the beach. The house has everything you will need for the week and is really comfortable. Kristin and Theresa were responsive to any questions we had. Overall it was a fantastic week, would love to go back next year!

This house was comfortable for my 5 children, husband and me, and being able to bring our dog was a huge plus. We loved being steps from Surf Drive Beach, and made great use of the the lovely yard. The kayaks were a fun addition! I very much appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was.

Great house with large garden, many spaces for kids and others to gather without getting in each others' way. Thoughtfully appointed - hooks for hanging towels, coasters all over for drinks, plenty of kitchenware, etc. Everything you might want. Short walk to the beach. Loads of birds. 20-minute walk to Falmouth downtown, which has many restaurants, etc. Be advised that the upstairs bed/bath suite is up some stairs from the kitchen without any door (but the kitchen is separated from the rest of the house). We loved our stay.

This house was very comfortable and homey with great access to the beach and town. Loved the deck off the master bedroom with views of the beach.

Absolutely thrilled with this home! A friend and I rented it for 3 days and were very pleased. It is well organized as far as an abundance of space, and is stocked with just about everything except the food you'd need! It has a very comfortable feeling, and though the weather wasn't terrific for sitting out we really loved the view of the water from the rooftop deck. Would definitely love to stay here again- being right across the street from the beach I grew up on was really special.

The location of the property and the yard was awesome. Just a couple of things we felt the instructions on the fridge concerning the linens and towels was a little unclear, the propane for the grill was empty, but overall the house was fantastic. I would definitely recommend to all family and friends. Very convenient to store and restaurants. Biking to Wood Hole on the bike path was a huge plus.

Would recommend this house to anyone looking for the best of both worlds- being right near the beach & all Main Street has to offer! Plenty of room for gatherings and ample space for sleeping situations. The yard is a magnificent, peaceful retreat with all sorts of Cape Cod wild life for entertainment.

This is a wonderful place to relax and a short walk from the beach. Kristyn couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with and accommodating. We were made to feel at home and take advantage of all amenities, which there were many! Love the layout and the deck and yard. Had everything to make us feel right at home!

Large yard and good size deck - lots of space for playing. Everything one could need was there. Great location - right across Surf Drive - a one minute walk to the beach. Easy walk to Falmouth center as well.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 8 days in July 2016. We all agree that this locale was our favourite of all our previous visits to the Falmouth area. The house is literally 1 minute walk from the very popular sandy Surf Drive beach (with lifeguards and a canteen) where we swam, hunted for shells, and took long moonlit strolls. Biking along Surf Drive itself is lovely, affording views of ocean and osprey, and takes you right to the Shining Sea bike path for a safe and pleasant longer ride. We also benefited from the easy access to downtown Falmouth (<2 minute drive or <5 minutes biking with kids) where there is an array of good restaurants, shopping and a marina. The house has lots of sleeping space, with two bedrooms off the main floor that share a full bathroom and another bedroom that is above the kitchen, which has it's own en suite, walk-in closet and deck. That upstairs bedroom doesn't have a separate door, but you can close off the kitchen area from the rest of the house and noise was not a problem. There is a living room with two comfortable sofas and a TV as well as a separate sun room, that also has a very comfortable sofa and which is quiet perfect spot for reading. You will need the fans running as the house gets very warm. The kitchen is stocked with every dish you could ever need, and all those essentials you often forget about (saran wrap, chip clips, tupperwares etc.) and the laundry room also doubles as a pantry with more appliances and cookware. They provided more than enough towels (including for the beach) and linens and all sorts of extras like soap, first aid kits and laundry baskets. We found Kristyn to be a responsive and pleasant host. Another thing that came with the house that we all loved was wildlife: birds, bunnies and squirrels. The yard always has something to watch and we spent lots of time on the decks drinking it all in. We highly recommend visiting Woods Hole village and exploring the science-related exhibits, Eight Cousins bookshop and Ghelfi's Ice Cream in Falmouth, Falmouth Farmers Market, Patriot Party Boats Bottom fishing trip and the best grocery in town: Windfall Market.

Spent an absolutely memorable memorial day weekend in this lovely house by the water, steps away from the beach and Falmouth's charming downtown area. The house was very clean, everything was in working order, and we had everything we needed from pots and pats to utensils, wifi, cable tv, linens, towels and cleaning materials. The backyard has a nice patio, kitchen and eating area is cute and conducive for gatherings. The host is easy to communicate with. It was our first time in Cape Cod and our stay here certainly will not make it our last !
