Zack and Sarah is super cool host. They've promptly responded all of our queries, prior and during our stay.
Initially, the house had an old smell and damp, may be because it was closed for a long period of time but, that smell disappeared once opened all doors and windows.
The house is very close to the Lake Harmony and a few restaurants offer really good food.
Host allowed us for a late check out on request. Will recommend this place.

Spacious and comfortable home in Lake Harmony. I do recommend and would stay here again. Excellent communication with owners. Easy check in. Good location. We had a wonderful time.
Things to know:
The lake is a short drive. Not walking distance really but that is norm. We had plenty of room to social distance in beach and in water. Bathrooms closed due to COVID. Family oriented beach have been there before.
The AC worked great upstairs and downstairs. Wifi was okay. Don’t count on streaming videos consistently. Be we did stream on Alexa and one person worked so it was fine overall.
3 bedrooms upstairs. One is a master. The other two have a jack and Jill shared bathroom. Downstairs there is one bedroom and another full bath.
House is mixed in that some looks remodeled some has some minor cosmetic issues. These in no way affect functionality. I would say most of house and appliances and electronics etc are “stuck” in the early 90’s. Didn’t matter to us one bit. When you walk in front door there is what may have been the former living room. Anyway there is a pool table right there. It is fine and okay. The pockets appear taped up with duct tape but again that is really just cosmetic.
Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Note that outdoor furniture could use some help. The wooden pieces were functional but were to an extent in disrepair. At the least bed painting. But there were perfect fine Adirondack chair. Bean bag game should be restore or thrown out. This house has plenty of room for all. The beds and pillows in everyone room are quite comfortable. Even the couches in living rooms are super comfy. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We stayed here with 5 people and it definitely had enough room for all of us. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of lounging space. We also had ample kitchen space to cook for all of us as well. The tvs are old and the pictures on them were not great. We also had a few other issues during our stay but Zach and Sarah were very attentive and available to resolve as best they could. We definitely would rent from them again. PS location was amazing for Big Boulder/Jack Frost skiing!

This house had plenty of room for 6 adults and two kids with room to spare. Having two family rooms gave the kids and adults a place to hang out separately. The owners were always quick to respond with every question leading up to the day of our reservation.

We had a great time in this cozy and charming mountain house. House has everything you need for the weekend. Only complaint is the WiFi was having some issues, but owner was very quick and responsive in attempting to resolve the issue. Thanks for having us!

Great areas for walking and several nice restaurants within less than two miles. 15 minute walk to all the amenities of Split Rock Lodge and Galleria. Washer and dryer a big plus. Communicating with Zach was a breeze.

The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed the deer and wild turkey running around the property. Everyone had a great time. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. We really enjoyed the nearby Terra Cottage restaurant.

My parents and siblings rent a week in the summer every year in Lake Harmony, and we had a wonderful week this year at this house. It is much more spacious than it appears, especially the bedrooms. The central air was a huge plus, as it was an exceptional hot week. Cozy, well appointed, faulty thermostat and no hot water in upstairs bath
The house is as described , very cozy, and all the appliances are brand new. The bedrooms are well appointed, however, there must be something wrong with the thermostat as heat upstairs was so hot, it was unbearable. There also was no hot water in the upstairs bath. The pool table is in the front entrance area and the walls are so close there is no way to hold the cue for a shot. The table is basically unplayable for that reason. We had fabulous amount of snow, and luckily all had all-wheel drive as the driveway was not cleared. When we got home from skiing, there was no where to put our gear as the closets are full of summer furniture. The downstairs bedroom closet had 2
lounges in it, too full to even hang a shirt or put a pair of shoes on the floor. We had a good time, but would not recommend this house to anyone.

FANTASTIC!!!
The house was amazing. Very spacious and everything and more that it was suppose to be. The grill and outdoor furniture made for perfect evenings. Highly recommend this property to anyone. Perfect for families with all ages. My children loved our friendly deer friends! We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the private beach. Can't wait to visit this property again! Great house conveniently located. Minutes from Big Boulder!! The bedrooms are spacious with three full baths. Given the opportunity we would go back. Zach and Sarah were extremely easy to work with throughout the entire process.

Great Stay in Lake Harmony
This house was perfect for our group of four couples. The kitchen was immaculate and had everything we needed to cook every meal. We loved the decks on 3 sides of the house and the cozy living room with fire place. The guys loved having Duck Hunt and all the old Nintendo games. Sarah and Zack were so great to work with. They were very quick to respond to email and helped coordinate ordering linens from a local company so that we did not have to bring our own. I'm very glad we came across this house on HomeAway and look forward to going back next year!

Lake Harmony Weekend
My family really enjoyed our stay at this home in Lake Harmony. The home is beautiful and very well maintained. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and the furniture was very comfortable. We also loved the spacious kitchen. There was a nice selection of games/ videos and even a pool table. We had a fun time skiing and tubing at Jack Frost and Big Boulder.
We can't wait to visit again soon!

Winter Getaway
This house was perfect for our short winter getaway. The house is well furnished and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. It was also in a great location and not far from the local ski slopes and other activities. We have stayed in Lake Harmony many times and this was by far the nicest house we have stayed in. The owners were also very quick to respond and made the whole process very easy. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Location, Outstanding Service
My family had a wonderful stay at this home in the Poconos. It was perfectly situated between Jack Frost and Big Boulder, so we could ski and tube anytime of day. Being near Split Rock resort also allowed us to take the kids swimming when they tired of the cold weather. The fireplaces, reading chairs, and pool table made for cozy evenings. Zack and Sarah were wonderful hosts and have thought of everything you will need to make your stay hassle-free!

Excellent Weekend Away!
We enjoyed our weekend at this rental home very much! The location was easy to find, the house was very cozy and comfortable and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. The house was stocked with pretty much everything that you could possibly need so that was a pleasant surpise as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this rental property for anyone that is looking for a weekend away. Whether it be with friends or family and small children, it was perfect!
