LARGE 18' X 36' PRIVATE SALTWATER POOL which can be heated for additional fee Sandy's Cottage is set amongst large Oak trees in the East Beach neighborhood. This one-level 3 Bedroom 4 Bath beach house is FUNctional, well-decorated and very comfortable. The house is located on Eleventh Street putting the best part of East Beach only a 0.10 Mile walk from your front door!! This house has a courtyard layout with most rooms facing a private pool and backyard. The living room has a fireplace, cozy furniture and a table perfect for jigsaw puzzles. The den, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom overlook the pool. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, completely separate his and her full bathrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. The third bedroom has one full-sized bed, one twin bed and one slide-out twin trundle bed. The living room has a sleeper couch. The den and all bedrooms have Smart TVs. Bedroom #1: Master Bedroom w/His and Her Full Baths - King Sized Bed * Bedroom #2: Bedroom w/Ensuite - Queen Sized Bed * Bedroom #3: Bedroom w/Full Sized Bed, Twin Bed & Twin sized trundle * Pull out full sized mattress in Den Sofa Please enjoy this great house but LEAVE YOUR PETS AND/OR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOGS AT HOME (SORRY) BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED. THIS HOUSE IS NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY AS SOME DOORWAYS DO NOT ALLOW WHEELCHAIR ACCESS. This is a NON-SMOKING house and you must be at least 25 to rent the home. VERY DANGEROUS FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND THOSE WHO CAN'T SWIM ON THEIR OWN. There is nothing to block someone from entering the pool once they're outside the sliding glass doors or pool bathroom. RENTER REQUIREMENTS: For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental are considered to be the Guest's invitees, and all discussion regarding reservation, cancellation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest's invitees. The Guest understands that the owner rents to responsible adults over the age of 25 ONLY. CANCELLATION POLICIES: Due to ever changing regulations and issues related to COVID, cancellation policies may change without notice. We’ve stayed at many cottages on East Beach and this one beats them all. Great location, fantastic pool. Pool has a true deep end. The place was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Sandy’s Cottage was a perfect retreat for our 1st visit to the Golden isles. We loved the master bedroom with TWO en-suite baths walk-in closet and a view of the pool. We were a couple and enjoyed the extra bedrooms for office space etc, but the large one story open plan is perfect for a family get together. There’s a huge kitchen, lots of counter space and a choice of gas or charcoal for grilling. The pool was big enough for lap swimming and Sandy is a gracious, accommodating, and responsive host. Looking forward to return visit.

Loved this property! Beautifully decorated and landscaped. Thoughtful touches such as charging cube, pool towels, hot/cold water cooler, and TWO primary suite bathrooms, made it a lovely and comfortable retreat for us. Six family members (younger and older adults) stayed here for the week but we had additional family in town that joined us on multiple occasions for swimming, sharing meals (well stocked and appointed kitchen), and gaming. The house accommodated the larger group nicely! Location was great; easy beach access, nice sidewalks for strolling, and easy on and off of island when you wanted to venture elsewhere. Perfect choice!!

This is our second stay at Sandy's Cottage and I think we enjoyed it even more this time around. The location is perfect, quick 3 min walk to the beach. The pool is beautiful, the house is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. It's a very comfortable home for our family of 6 which is 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 college age kids. We will definitely be back again!

The cottage was great! It is wonderfully laid out. The pool was our favorite spot. It is a very easy walk to the beach and the bike path is a short distance from the cottage. Sandy was extremely responsive and helpful through our whole stay. We would definitely recommend our family and friends to stay at Sandy's Cottage!

Sandy's cottage is beautiful. It is extremely well equipped, beautifully furnished and was immaculately clean.
The location is very close to the most beautiful, peaceful beach on the island and the pool is enormous.
The owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions.
We had a wonderful stay here and can thoroughly recommend this house and the location.

There is plenty of room to spread out in the house, and there's a great central dining/kitchen/living room area for everyone to converge on and hang out. The pool is great, and both times we've stayed there, it was serviced and cleaned while we were there, insuring the water stayed clean and devoid of debris. The place is a short walk to the beach, and there's a beach cart that can be used to help transport everything you need. I really have nothing bad to say about the place and cant' recommend it enough!

This property is wonderful and exactly as advertised. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool…for lack of a better description…is clean, huge and deep. Paying to have it heated was worth every penny. The owners are easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. The beach is a few minute walk and the downtown area is just a short drive with easy to find parking. If you’re torn between properties just stop worrying and get this one.

We had a great time visiting the house. The kitchen had anything you could possibly imagine. We enjoyed the large heated pool that had plenty of space for all of us. We would definitely stay here again.

They had plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We also loved that there was a thermostat in the master bedroom. They really thought of every little detail. We would most definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed long morning coffee by the pool, great lunches and fun dinners every night. There was plenty of space for reading, playing games, and unfortunately, working. It is a short easy walk to the beach (3 minutes), which was great for morning walks and afternoon family trips. The cottage was ideal for our family and hard to leave. We can't wait to return.

Great location, big clean house. Way nicer and bigger than the pictures showed. Pool was large and nice. Super easy and fast walk to the beach. We had a blast! Highly recommend!

We stayed a week at Hank's Cottage. It is an easy walk to the beach on the same street. We liked walking a little bit further to 15th street and going to Gould's inlet. The sandbar and the calmer water, made it perfect for our girls (6 and 9) to play. We really enjoyed having a private pool to relax and play in as well. The house was exactly as advertised, decorated in a beautiful coastal theme and stocked with everything you could need. We brought our bikes and were able to bike everywhere. Sandy was great, my daughter left some items behind and she went by and got them and mailed them back to us! We enjoyed our time on the island!

Wonderful Vacation Rental
This house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for a great week! There is plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The bedrooms are all nice sized and comfortable. The bathrooms are all very nicely updated. The pool was such a treat! The yard was very nice. The neighborhood (East Beach) is super nice and quiet and so close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed a week at Hank's Cottage. It is an easy walk to the beach on the same street. We liked walking a little bit further to 15th street and going to Gould's inlet. The sandbar and the calmer water, made it perfect for our girls (6 and 9) to play. We really enjoyed having a private pool to relax and play in as well. The house was exactly as advertised, decorated in a beautiful coastal theme and stocked with everything you could need. We brought our bikes and were able to bike everywhere. The way the house is situated with the pool just outside the doors and so many windows overlooking the pool was fabulous! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Also, having a bathroom right off the pool deck is ingenious and so convenient! We’ll definitely be back with friends and/or family next time!! We also liked the East Beach area. It’s very quiet but still close to restaurants and the downtown area. Just perfect!

After long months of quarantine , this was the perfect spot on our favorite island to reunite.
