Upper floor: Two twins with en suite shower rooms. One master double room with en suite bathroom and doors to outside, front private veranda. Double bedroom with en suite shower room. Lower floor: Spacious attractively furnished lounge area with doors to outside terrace. Steps up to the dining area with doors leading to terrace and open-plan fitted kitchen. Twin bedroom, separate shower room and toilet. Steps to barbecue area located on extensive sun terrace and impressive pool with a shaded terrace area. Separate whirlpool/sauna room with shower. Zeus Sublime villa is located in the exclusive private and secluded Sea Caves area in the famous Coral Bay, amidst lush greenery, surrounded by banana plantations in the beautiful countryside of Pafos (Paphos). Here one can enjoy its sandy beaches awarded the EU Blue Flag for clean waters ( 2km away). In Coral Bay there are shops, restaurants, taverns, pubs, banks,etc. In the nearby traditional village of Pegeia (1.5 km) there are also all these facilities. Likewise, St. George’s Bay, where many restaurants and fish taverns are located, is only 2.0 km away from the villa. The nearest restaurant is 350 m away and the nearest kiosk is 500 meters away. The villa provided a cot which had no mattress, a high chair that was dirty and had no safety harness. There was a gap along the top of the kitchen window which allowed lizards in, the pool table had tears in the baize, cues had no tips and uneven table meant balls don’t roll properly. However the biggest problem was the swimming pool was not maintained properly and it turned green with algae making it totally unusable. We had to chase repeatedly for someone to come out and solve this issue but it was 3 full days before we could use it again which is a lot over a 1 week holiday. We have contacted the owner with all of our complaints but he has chosen to ignore our communication. Since returning home I have re-read some of the reviews on various sites and can see that the owner of the villa leaves reviews for his own properties as if he was a guest. We would not use Coral Sun Villas in Cyprus again and can not recommend them.

Very happy with the villa Zeus although needs a bit of tlc it was as described large villa. Large pool all very clean and great views we were very happy with our holiday and also very quick response to any communication needed

Amazing villa in a great location. Kyriakos is fantastic with communication via email. We had a couple of problems on arrival, however these were felt with straight away. We would love to stay again in one of the villas.

We have stayed in this fabulous villa with family and we had everything anyone needs. Large villa in a quiet area near the sea, the villa offers everything anyone asking, large pool, big verandas and beautiful barbecue area with beautiful view. We will definitely return back, thank you Kyriakos

This was the perfect property for our family trip, there were plenty of bedrooms for the 10 of us and the outside space was lovely, we spent most of the time outside by the pool and of an evening up by the bbq area.
