Heading North, this is Destiny calling. A lovely home on a beautiful Burt Lake, with burnt orange skies and clean shades of blue waters. The nicest residential estate I’ve rented so far. Felt like home! Most grateful for this opportunity in life. Thank You

We had a great stay at Tom’s place! Overall the location is great and the house is good for a week rental. All the finishes are a little outdated and the beds and furniture are very old. Overall it was a nice place but needs a little TLC!

Burt Lake is beautiful…you just can’t easily access it from this cottage. No beach, just grass with a lot of goose poop, and rocks into the water. Not great for swimming. Can’t access a boat here either, we had to leave our rented pontoon on Mullet Lake - very disappointing. Cottage itself was nice but very dated - kitchen had a Lot of good stuff in it. Small -ish fridge for a big group. If you are looking for a place with lots of living space it was it would be OK. Four bedrooms equals three bedrooms and one loft which is open to the main area. Need new beds. So many rules! The cottage was completely closed up when we arrived and it was about 95° inside and out…so hot! Took a while to cool that place off. If asked, I would say it was not worth the price.

Overall, the house is older, but clean. Does not have AC, but ample fans in every room which kept it comfortable even in hot July. Kitchen was stocked with enough cooking supplies. Lots of seating in kitchen for games, eating, etc. 2 lounging areas was nice for our teenagers. Plenty of parking for multiple cars and our boat trailer. More bath towels were needed, so we had our teenager bring some more up. Large, older deck with table and chairs for outdoor space, as this is where you will spend most of your time in the summer. Deck table needs an umbrella or shade, very hot sun all day out there. We were thankful we brought a pop up tent to shade the table area. Deck had some old nails we had to pound in or we would have hurt our feet and a few holes, as one of our chairs fell into. Great lake view and yard is slightly slanted but big enough for yard games. Fire pot is older and on a slant, so a bit hard to sit around comfortably. Beach and water is VERY rocky. Recommend water shoes. Dock is nice and the mooring buoys held our 23ft. boat perfect. Had a great time on Burt Lake and boating all the rivers as well.
