Penthouse (with license) with one double bedroom The bedroom overlooking the mountains has twin beds which can be pushed together to give a double size bed it has built in wardrobe, bedside tables and bedside lights. One full equiped bathroom, one french kitchenette. The property has a large terrace, off the living room and directly overlooks the swimming pool, garden and Boquer pinewood, with sun loungers and table and chairs. You upload by spiral stairs to the very big roof terrace, with BBQ built and mountain and seaviews and also with chairs, table and sun loungers. There is communal gardens with sun loungers around the communal pool. There is free wifi, UK TV, full air conditioner, etc. This area is ideal for families, couples and indeed cyclists. Located just 200 meters from the lovely beaches and the famous Pinewalk and Port Pollensa center is only 5 minutes walk away. There is also free parking around the apartment.

Fantastic location near to the beach bars and restaurants yet very quiet apartment! Very well equipped with lots of extras supplied by the host who was very helpful and welcoming… we will be back! Thanks Luis!

A lovely apartment perfect for couples situated within a minute or 2 of the Pine Walk. The apartment offers everything you need, including large outdoor terraces with views from the sun deck over the bay. The host Luis communicated quickly throughout the whole booking and pre arrival process and left a very generous welcome pack for our arrival. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great apartment in Puerto Pollensa

Luis the owner was great - he met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment and how everything worked. He even left us a welcome pack with wine, beer milk, bread and fruit. The apartment had everything we needed for a great stay including English TV when it was a rainy day. The apartment was great and less that 5 minutes to walk to pine walk and all off the restaurants in Puerto Pollensa, which is a lovely resort. We would definitely stay in this apartment again and would highly recommend it. Thank you Luis.

Our host Luis was just fantastic nothing was too much trouble and the welcome pack was incredible. Everything you needed even down to bin bags and beer and so many little things that made our stay home from home. The position of the property is perfect for the centre and the beach and the terraces are just amazing. We would have stayed longer if we possibly could of. All in all our stay was perfect and can't wait to go back. Thank you Luis Kevin and Jackie

This is a great apartment in a perfect location. Very well equipped, loads of outdoor space. In a quiet location, but very close to the sea. Luis, the owner, met us on arrival and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this apartment, and would like to visit again.

Mooi, uitstekend appartemnet in een rustige buurt en op loopafstand van het strand en winkels. Makkelijk bereikbaar mede door de goede info vooraf van Luis. Je krijgt filmpjes toegestuurd met aanwijzingen. Dit maakt het erg makkelijk om het appartement te vinden. Het appartement is goed en kent prima voorzieningen. Het dakterras geeft een mooi overzicht van de buurt. Een aanrader !!

Four of us recently stayed in this one bedroom apartment and we were comfortable with ample space. The apartment is homely, very clean and well equipped. A spacious outside terrace area has sun loungers, table and chairs and even a bbq on the roof terrace. Luis was the perfect host meeting us on our arrival. He had left us a generous hamper of essentials including fresh fruit, pastries, milk, water, beer and wine. A thoroughly relaxing break in a beautiful apartment perfectly situated in PP.

Lejligheden var skøn og beliggenheden i top, efter vores ønske om kort gåafstand til strand. Lejligheden var pænt, ren og havde to gode terrasser, men god plads. Udlejer Luis, var så sød, imødekommende og rar. Han havde handlet ind til os og kom og satte os ind i lejlighedens funktioner. Efterfølgende kiggede Luis forbi og hørte om alt var vel og om vi var tilfredse. Skøn oplevelse. Vi glade for Mallorca-Vi kommer igen.

A very spacious and well equipped apartment with lovely owners. Everything you need is there from shower gel to sun parasols. The bbq roof is a wonderful setting for evening drinks and eating. The location is perfect 5 mins stroll to the beach, restaurants and bars and the pool is great if you want to sunbathe on the balcony! We will be back, thank you

Excellent property which we unreservedly recommend

Perfect, clean and spacious accommodation for the two of us. Luis was a very pleasant owner and with his wife they have a first class holiday apartment within a short walk to PP sea front bars and superb restaurants. Views from the roof terrace in particular of mountains and sea take some beating. It was a special wedding anniversary whilst we were there and they very thoughtfully provided a lovely cake, wine and other goodies. Everything you need in a holiday home is provided by the thoughtful owners. This is a holiday we will long remember and really hope we can return sometime soon. Thank you Luis and Marta

Well situated apartment in Puerta de Pollenca

This apartment is pleasant and well situated, being very close to the beach and the Pine Walk and a short walk to all the town’s amenities. It has two great sun terraces ( not that we got very much chance to use them as the weather wasn’t very good during our week in March!). Luis is an excellent and very welcoming host who is always on hand if you need him.

Nice appartment with great terrace

The apartment was very nice. It was great for two persons, and would be ok with small children, but four adults might find it a bit cramped. Luis was very helpful and the apartment was presented with a small welcome pack to get us going. The apartment is in a great position in the town, being within easy reach of the shops, restaurants and beach, but far enough away to be quiet with easy parking.

I have just arrived home from a weeks stay at this lovely apartment with my Husband and 4 month old daughter. Firstly, Luis is a very kind and thoughtful person and went all out to make sure our stay was comfortable, especially as it was our first holiday with our baby. He had a cot and high chair set up for us as well as a lovely welcome pack. He also arranged our taxis with a car seat to and from the airport which was very helpful. The apartment is immaculate, very well equipped and is close enough to the beach, restaurants etc and also a nice distance so that it is very quiet and felt very secure. We will definitely book again. Thank you Luis.

We have been visiting Pollensa/Puerto Pollensa for the last 8 years. This apartment was by far the best we have stayed in. The location, the size, the facilities, the landlord, everything was 100% perfect. It's a huge apartment in a lovely quiet area just a stone's throw away from the wonderful pinewalk. Normally we go out for dinner every night but here we really enjoyed the rooftop bbq a couple of nights which has fabulous views. Luis the owner, was an absolute gent from start to finish - couldn't have been more helpful and generous with food & drinks as we arrived late and also even gave us a departing gift. We can't wait to return to visit both the apartment and see Luis again. Perfecto!

Great apartment, very accommodating owners

We rented this apartment for 10 days and had a very enjoyable stay. The owners were very helpful in showing us the apartment and the facilities in it. The air-conditioning was very good and the flat felt very secure. The location is good as it is less than 5 minutes walk to the Pine Walk. The terraces are great but do not offer a lot of shade, although there are parasols to help. We would definitely recommend.

First of all, Luis was so pleasant and helpful both before and after we arrived. He had also left a welcome pack including a bottle of wine.It was a pleasure to meet him in person. The apartment was wonderful and very clean. It was extremely well equipped. The large terrace and roof terrace had excellent furniture and the TV had an excellent range of channels. It is very close to the pine walk with restaurants etc. The area was very quiet and felt very safe. We will be back again and would recommend this excellent apartment to everyone.

great apartment with views over the pool and park . apartment has everything you would need for a comfortable stay . about a four min walk to beach, it has a very large balcony with loungers,table and chairs .south facing,so sun most of the day , the owners Luis and Marta could not have been more welcoming . overall would rate 9 out of ten and would stay again
