About this house rental
Perfect for families, this 3000 sq ft townhouse can accommodate 10 people. The main floor contains a large open space with kitchen, living area with a 60" TV, dining area and a den. The dinner table sits 10 comfortably. There are additional 4 seats at the kitchen counter. Children love having breakfast there. Also on the main floor, there is a 1/2 bathroom, laundry and the master suite with a king size bed and a full bath. The many windows provide a magnificent view of the valley. The upper floor has 2 queen bedrooms and a full bath. The lower floor has a bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Each has a double on the bottom and a single on the top. The lower level living room has 2 double futons and a 55" TV. There is a full bath and a large play room with a ping pong table and other games. This all makes the lower level a perfect space for children of all ages. Being in Jackson, the guests will have easy access to local attractions (Story Land, to name one), swimming, hiking and restaurants, from family oriented to upscale. A/C, WiFi, Cable. Linens and towels are provided.

The condo was great with great views. We felt the cleanness was not up to our standards; front step is not secure; gummy s on the dining room floor along with M&M;s. Draw on stove is broken; dust/dirt on the cabinet lazy susan; some pans were not clean and oven was dirty. This was the first place where we had to make our own beds upon arrive. Also, we were required to wash the dishes and empty the dish washer before leaving. Not enough towels and none were matching. We have pictures of the bottom freezer being full and the pantry being half full with food items that were not ours. We enjoyed views, games and everything there. It just needs to be much cleaner and beds made upon arrival.

The house is perfect, great views every morning and every night. Plenty of room every time you turn the corner there are more beds and more living area. Thank you to the host for sharing your home. It was everything we needed.

Set on a hill, this house has a perfect view of mountains from every window. Big beautiful windows! Spacious open-space living area for a family to sit, eat, & look out the windows or watch a movie. The neighboring area is very quiet; only a few houses. Great downstairs with gameriin, sitting area and a large bedroom.
It's near a delightful town as well as Pinkham and Crawford Notch. The host is very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Wish we could stay all summer!

Our group was made up of three generations and everyone enjoyed it very much. We were able to come together for meals and family games and then there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some privacy. We would love to return to this property.

Great large house with plenty of space for the kids and adults. Gorgeous views. The owner is very easy to communicate with and the house has everything you could think of to need. Have rented with friends multiple times, a great place to stay.

Great View from Jackson Condo
We loved staying in this condo on Black Mountain. The view was amazing! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. There was plenty of room for my husband and I, and our adult children. Thank you for sharing this special place with my family.

The kids loved this property! So many toys for them to play with and keep them busy. We had a great view of the Jackson fireworks from their deck. Only minutes to Story Land. Pictures accurately depicted the property and owner was incredibly fast to respond to questions.

This was the perfect place for aunts and uncles to stay for our wedding at the Whitney. We could see the barn and the beautiful hills and mts. We had one teen cousin who especially loved the deck and meadow. Thank you for everything!

Another outstanding visit!
This was our second visit. The view is just outstanding, the house is comfortable, and the size allows everyone to spread out when they want. You can't ask for a more beautiful place to be! The owners are very easy to communicate with if you need anything. You won't believe how much you will find yourself looking out the window! Thank you for the opportunity!

Wonderful stay in Jackson, NH
Our recent stay in Jackson was everything we hoped for and more. The house was more spacious than we expected, with a great entertainment area and playroom downstairs for our kids to enjoy. The layout worked very well for our two family group, with two large bedrooms and a full bath on the top level, a master suite on the main level, and a bunk room with a full bath on the lower level. Finally, the view is incredible. We would definitely stay here again.

Traveled with my family including grandchildren ages 5 and 2. We found the property extremely well appointed, everything you could need in the kitchen. Plenty of room, the downstairs game room was set up nicely and a lot of fun. The location in Jackson at Black Mountain was beautiful, the views were breathtaking. We spent mornings and evenings sitting on the deck admiring the view. Would highly recommend the stable at the bottom of the hill very friendly staff and the kids loved the horses. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Beautiful mountain escape ! The area has outdoor activities for all ages .
No problems with renting. Everything was as described. With small children we cooked in and the kitchen was fully equipped.

Outstanding house and location!
It really is true that the pictures don't do this house justice. The house is enormous, open, airy, but also has plenty of privacy. We've been home two weeks now, and I can't get the view out of mind. It was breathtaking. With past rentals it was always hard for me to come back to the rental house to "rest," because I hated missing out on the beautiful mountains. At this house, you are happy to come home and rest after a hike, because the view makes you feel like you are still out there in nature. The cows and horses in the fields surrounding the house made me feel like I was in the Swiss alps. Owner was a pleasure to work with. Kids loved ping pong and games. We hope to come back again.

Perfect stay -- wonderful home!
We had a wonderful stay -- the house and the view were absolutely beautiful. We visited in mid-August for a mini family reunion -- we had 6 adults and 2 young children. There was PLENTY of space for all, with wonderful books and games for little ones . The beds were so clean and comfortable, and there were rooms enough for everyone to have time together and alone. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying the view and cooking dinner every night in the well-appointed kitchen. We had everything that we needed - thank you!
The location was also great -- we were minutes from Storyland and a short drive from hikes and the White Mountains.
Great place all around -- we had a WONDERFUL vacation!

Great Vacation!
This is a beautiful property with a great view & peaceful location. Eight of us (4 adults & 4 kids) were very comfortable with lots of room to spare. We would definitely recommend it to any of our friends & family.

Family Getaway Weekend
We rented this property with our children and grandchild. Great place for families and kids. The location is fantastic. Biggest complaint is the place was not very clean at all. We vacuumed and wiped all surfaces immediately. Linens provided are very poor quality and you have to fish around for towels. Kitchen is extremely disorganized, it was difficult to find enough silverware and plates for 9 of us. Not a huge deal but I think the quality of the rental could be greatly improved by paying attention to some little details that wouldn’t require a huge expense. If you’re paying someone to clean you may want to find someone else! That being said, the cost of the rental was extremely reasonable.

Lovely stay for a a multi-family visit!
We very much enjoyed the house while visiting Storyland. There were three families staying and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the large common areas, evenings on the deck and the playspace downstairs. My young son has already requested that we return for future visits! There was some difficulty with the A/C (which I am sure was immediately fixed) and the owner was quick to respond and make it right. We would be happy to return to this space upon our next visit to the area! Thank you for sharing your home as we created memories for our children!

Gorgeous Views
What an amazing view! Whether enjoying the deck or the views from the kitchen, this spot is fantastic. We walked down the road to see the horses and cows and to enjioy the stream coming down the mountain. The location was perfect for our trips to Storyland as well as our hiking and restaurant excursions. The space was great with a lower level for the kids and plenty of space for the adults. The mattresses were comfortable and bathrooms for all. We will look to book the property again in the future.

Loved it!
The house had beautiful unobstructed mountain view, quiet and peaceful location. We were a party of 11; 2 families and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house were clean and as advertised. We spent 3 nights at the house and I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.
