Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Andalousie et la Villa était vraiment superbe et au calme . Très Bien situé La piscine est grande , les enfants ont pu s’y amuser (beaucoup 😉) Villa très bien équipé , il ne manquait rien Et enfin Proprietaire vraiment gentille , très réactive qui répond a nos questions très rapidement , et qui vous conseil de très bon endroit à visité ou restaurant où manger Réservé les yeux fermer vous ne serez pas déçu Emmanuelle

Lo mejor del chalet la parte de fuera. Piscina muy chula, aunque en el interior alguna deficiencia.

Nos ha encantado. Preciosa casa, amplia y bien equipada. Gracias a Youri: rápido, amable, y efectivo. El entorno, magnífico.

Wir haben zusammen mit unseren Freunden 9 herrliche Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Von der Buchung bis zum Check-Out lief alles reibungslos und wir wurden hervorragend betreut. Das Haus selber ist einfach traumhaft und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Auch das Grundstück mit Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Auto zum Einkaufen und um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen ist Pflicht. Das kann man sicher hinter dem elektrischen Tor abstellen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The house was excellent and we had good time there. Location was great and neighborhood was peaceful. Some small things were missing: traditional coffee machine, ironing board and tv didn't worked.

Endroit idylique pour séjourner en famille ou entre amis. Plage à proximité ou piscine privée très arborée, avec tout le confort. Le paradis sur terre. Mobilier très haut de gamme. Pour parler des propriétaires. ADORABLES et à notre écouté. Je recommande pour adultes et enfants. Site imprenable.

Ideally located close to Marbella city close to nice beaches, chiringuitos (bars / beach restaurants) hypermarkets and shopping center, .... We had real great holidays ! The house is in a quiet side street with very nice pool and all the necessary amenities! In addition there's a small independent studio for your visiting friends or family ! In short I highly recommend and it will be sure that I will spend my next planned vacation there in Spain ! The owner is available & charming with a great sense of service to successfully prepare your stay !

Entre malaga et Marbella (calahonda) idéalement située cette très agréable villa proche de la plage, de chiringuitos (bars/restos de plage) hypermarchés et centre commercial,.... M a permis de passer de superbes vacances ! Villa dans une petite rue calme avec très belle piscine et toutes les commodités requises ! De plus elle offre un petit studio indépendant ! Bref je recommande vivement et ce sera à coup sûr la que je passerai mes prochaines vacances sur la Costa del sol ! Merci pour tout !

We stayed in this villa from 3 to 14 September 2018. The villa enjoys a quiet and peaceful location in Sitio de Calahonda. There are excellent amenities (shops and bars) close by and it is a good location to discover Malaga, Marbella and beyond. Whilst overall we enjoyed our holiday, a number of issues arose that were not apparent in the advertisement. Of particular note, the villa smells strongly of damp and there are several walls throughout the villa where damp is visible. One bedroom in particular smelled so badly that it was rendered unusable and the chair in the room was covered in damp spores. The owner is obviously aware, as there were no fewer than 8 air freshener devices throughout the villa. When we got back to the UK, we had to wash all our clothes thoroughly as the pervading smell of damp returned back on our clothes. Although the entirety of the villa is pictured in some of the photographs in the advertisement, it is worth noting that you only have use of the ground floor (the owner lives upstairs, although wasn't in situ during our stay). Unfortunately, we had trouble with the WiFi during our stay and were not able to rectify this ourselves as the router was in the owner's part of the villa, which was locked. Each time the WiFi went down (and it did several times), we had to contact the owner's representative to come out and fix it. On a positive note, the villa is well equipped (please note there is no washing machine). The outside of the villa is extensive and well equipped with sun loungers and pool accessories. However, there are several cracked tiles in and around the pool area. On balance, we enjoyed our holiday, but is was certainly adversely affected by the issues that I have mentioned. This would be an excellent villa if these issues were rectified.

Prima gelegen en ruime woning. Uitstekend zwembad en veel privacy. Hang-en sluitwerk behoeft de nodige onderhoud.

Wir waren bei Buchung etwas nervös, da es nur zwei bisherige Bewertungen gab und die Bilder eher "zu schön" aussahen. Aber als wir ankamen, waren wir begeistert. Der Pool und die Terassen waren wahnsinnig schön. Das ganze Grundstück ist durch hohe HEcken vor Blicken der Nachbarn geschützt und auch innen hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gab ungefragt housekeeping und frische Handtücher nach ein paar Tagen. Einzig der Billardtisch könnte eine Instandsetzung vertragen. Sonst alles perfekt. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder!

Très belle maison, environnement calme. Seul bel mol, le carrelage autour de la piscine est très glissant. Pas très convivial pour les enfants…. Mer accessible en voiture pour les meilleures plages. Commerces proches, on peut s'y rendre à pied si pas trop d'achats à faire….

Magnifique maison tout confort, propriétaire disponible et bienveillante. Tout s’est bien passé de l’arrivée au départ, je recommande !
