There are not enough kind words that I can say about the owners. I have never had a better experience renting anywhere! They personally show you around, leave you welcome gifts, respond promptly to any questions you might have, offer all those little extras that are usually forgotten on a trip and are the sweetest, kindest and overall excellent hosts!!! As for the house.....amazing little coastal getaway just steps from the beach in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently located close enough to so many shops and restaurants. The owners also provide beach accessories, toys, bikes and so much more! I promise, you will not regret staying here and want to come back time and time again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much. The property was clean, well maintained and had anything you could possible need for a beach vacation. Super location! The owners were so helpful and made a point to see that we had whatever was needed to enjoy our stay there. Thank you to them for making our time away so nice. We hope to be back soon!

Kathy was a wonderful host! The property to start was in an excellent location with a very brief walk to the beach. The condo itself was inviting, very clean, fully furnished (decor and all) and felt like a “home away from home”! We were delighted to find a little care package of goodies awaiting us, a entire binder filled to the brim with things to do and pamphlets from local restaurants, and to top it all off she had all the toiletries one might need (or forget)! While she was out of the area for the duration of our stay, she made it a point to check up on things every now and then. We had 0 issues with our stay. Period. Kathy was very helpful, friendly and due to our strange schedules with a late flight in, willing to accommodate our check-in time with astounding flexibility.Short story: I highly recommend this property and hostess! The location was perfect, house immaculate and that price is hard to beat!!! She’ll be receiving our business again :)

Kathy was an awesome host and the cottage was perfect. Everything I needed was already provided. All the amenities were up to date and everything worked well. The internet was also super fast. I have to complaints and am very glad I chose this place to stay for my visit to Cape Canaveral.

Beach cottage vibe. Clean and comfortable. Very close to restaurants, groceries, Kennedy Space Center. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Stocked with basic condiments, spices and snacks, and if you forgot anything there’s a good chance you’ll find any toiletries you need in the bathroom. Great communication from Kathy the owner. Pets are considered and we were able to bring our cat. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Me and my family love it , the owners were really great it felt like a relative’s home had everything and more if you need anything definitely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. it’s 300 feet from the beach beautiful sun rise every morning you would not be disappointed

My husband and I had a wonderful week here in April. Kathy was amazing to deal with and had great communication. The beach bungalow was adorably decorated and was so close to the beach! I loved that the place was fully stocked with toiletries and some food items. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again! Thank you Kathy and Scott!!!

Wonderful beach house for what I needed (long term rental). The apartment was filled with all sorts of creature comforts, and things a traveler might forget to pack. The cleanliness and details really made this place stand out. I had colleagues of mine staying at other places near by, and they weren't nearly as well-kept. Kathy was extremely responsive, and made sure that I had everything I needed. All of my family was jealous of how close I was to the beach (I could see it from the front door, and I didn't even have to squint!). I would definitely recommend to singles or couples traveling/need a beach getaway.

We rented the 2 bedroom apartment and found a spacious, clean getaway with a well appointed kitchen. The location was perfect for us, away from the Cocoa Beach traffic and near the port with its restaurants and seafood outlets. We will definitely try to stay there on our next trip to the area.

I stayed at Kathy and Scotts beach apartment for 3 months while temporarily in the area. It was a wonderful place right next to the beach. Kathy stocks it with all the supplies that you could need. It's in a nice area with a large bike and walking path next to the roadway. My little dog enjoyed the walks around the neighborhood. The location is great and just a short distance to port canaveral or cocoa beach. There are many nice restaurants nearby on the ocean or at the port. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great accomodations for a couple on a budget. Relatively quiet, safe, neighborhood with the beach just down the lane. Easy parking in front of the door. Kathleen stocks the place with the necessities you'd expect to find at home and more. The central location makes it ideal for convient travel to area attractions, eateries, grocery stores, and of course, more beaches. We were very pleased with the uncrowded road systems that made for relaxed driving up and down the coast and back west to the airport. We can say, "The Beach House work's as home away from home for us". We'll be back.

Photos were exactly like the real thing! Very clean, felt like home, Kathy was wonderful to communicate with, checked in on us via email when she was unable to be there upon our arrival. It's a cute and cozy apartment - just the right size for 2 - and one block from the ocean. My partner and I came for 3 days of relaxing and some frolicking in the waves, and thats just what we did. There was a "welcome" package from Kathy, as well as her recommendations for restaurants which we loved. Definitely a great stay for two looking to get away.

The house was complete with everything we needed for our romantic getaway weekend! With close beach access, we were able to go whenever we wanted and come back to the AC when we got too warm. Everything we needed for the beach was available, and the washer facilities made light packing easy! Stores and restaurants were close and easy to find. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! It really felt like a home away from home!

My positive experience started with my back and forth emails with Kathleen. She responded punctually with sound answers and suggestions. I used her suggestion for travel from Orlando airport to the apartment and was extremely satisfied. The apartment is impeccably clean, well appointed with all necessities and then some. A welcome basket of goodies awaited my arrival. Free wifi and clean laundry facility in the building were wonderful perks. This apartment is only one block from a beautiful sand beach and within walking distance of the Publix grocery store, Cocoa Beach Pier and Port Canaveral if you like to walk. Bikes were available for use and worked wonderfully. I was lucky enough to sit and have a visit with Kathleen, a lovely personable lady. Highly recommend this hidden gem in Cape Canaveral.

First off I cannot rave enough about how wonderful Kathleen and Scott were in making my stay simply perfect. I arrived and was greeted by Kathleen who gave me a tour of the cottage and the grounds. She even had a welcome basket full of goodies for me and my dog, plus she had decorated the cottage for Christmas. There is a binder under the TV full of information about the area that was very useful. The cottage was impeccably clean and just what I needed. It had a full bath, a bedroom, a main room with a kitchen that had everything you could need for eating in, and an entertainment center. There is a laundry room out back too. They provided me with a bike that I rode up to Port Canaveral and down to the pier. Except for going to the grocery store and some other activities, I really didn't need my car. The cottage is quaintly and conveniently situated in a residential neighborhood, away from the busy tourist areas but close enough to get to them easily. The beach access is literally just steps away. I went there several times of day. The beaches are wide and you can ride a bike down them if you like, although I didn't as the salt and sand can rust a bike easily. There are plenty of safe sidewalks for walking and biking. Up the road there is a pack of 8-10 peacocks wandering about eating and displaying plumage. From the beach, you can also view the NASA launches and the ships coming and going about a mile north. Low tide was the perfect time to collect shells. When I walked my dog, the neighbors greeted me like they might in a small town. The sun rose out front and I had breakfast on the front porch each morning. I biked to the other side of the island and watched the sunsets too. Fresh, local seafood was available in many fine restaurants and markets. There are about three citrus groves in the area too, I preferred Policicchio's on route 3 going toward NASA, where you can buy fresh-squeezed juices and assorted fruits. The orange juice was like tasting liquid sunshine. Be sure to bring some home in a cooler. I needed a restful getaway and this was just perfect. Kathleen and Scott gave me lots of space to do my own thing but were there promptly if I needed anything at any time. This cottage truly is a gem. I will definitely return.

My husband & I along with our black lab stayed for 3 nights at this quaint one bedroom beach themed apartment. Booking was very easy and Kathy was very quick and responsive with any inquiries. I gave the rating 4 stars due to the bedroom not being able to get cool enough. The room has one window ac unit and the flow just doesn't quite reach the room. There are ceiling fans though, but it was still a bit hot. That was the only thing we found to be a "bad thing". Loved the outside shower, and access to the laundry room and beach accessories. THe owners really thought of everything. The location as it says, down the street just one block to FREE beach access! Being from SW FL trying to find free beach access these days is nearly impossible. The beaches were only really "crowded" on the weekends, there was still plenty of beach spots so not as crowded as popular beach spots. During the week the beach was all yours, very relaxing. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. People are out walking the streets or riding their bikes day and night. I'd definitely stay at this house again and try to rent the two bedroom next time!
