Nestled in Montecito, this charming condo for $159 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Imagine a completely private studio with kitchenette, which is attached to a gorgeous and tranquil Tuscan estate on 1-1/2 acres , nestled in the Montecito foothills, surrounded by palms, lush exotic plants, and colorful flowers. Now are you ready to make memories that will last a lifetime? The space Once inside your room, you will be astounded as to how large and spacious it is...It sports an extremely comfortable and adjustable firmness "Sleep Number" queen bed. The bathroom is equipped with an electronic warm water bidet. There is also a full kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, free coffee and tea, electric burner, and microwave if you need it. Guest access You will have access to your room and bathroom with a private entrance and off-street parking. Interaction with guests We are interested in providing the best total experience for our guests...We want them to have the kind of stay that they desire...If they want to interact, we can do that. Or, if they want to be totally private, we will definitely respect that. That said we would be thrilled to assist you in any way to create beautiful memories of your trip. We can arrange for one of the best masseuses in Santa Barbara to come and give you a very special massage in your room...The cost is: $130/ tissue massage is also available... Other things to note Free parking for one car is included. We also strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Please also note that we do have one very calm, friendly, and disciplined small dog who lives with us on the property as well.

We enjoyed our stay at the Zen room very much. It is located a short driving distance to many attractions, the beach and a number of hiking trails. The gardens are stunningly beautiful and we particularly liked having our morning coffee outside, listening to the relaxing sounds of the courtyard fountain. Dino was very helpful and available for communication.

Staying at this property was perfect for a 3-day getaway I gave myself! It offers a charming room and a terrific sleep number bed, with full bath. Very private and very serene.
The host is helpful and accessible. The flower gardens all around the property are spectacular as is the area that is a beautifully maintained green lawn with swings and sitting areas. Each morning I opened the French doors onto the open-air patio and felt like a princess. Every day I sat at a lovely table and chair set near the burbling fountain, eating breakfast (I ordered delivery as they do not offer food) or having a glass of wine before heading into Santa Barbara or Montecito for dinner.
There were many special touches - - fresh flowers tucked into the towels, prettily decorated coffee and tea trays, a fascinating collection of older books on the shelves, a large walk-in closet with room for everything you might need to store there, and more.
I cannot wait to go back and spend more time in this location; I love the Santa Barbara area and am so glad to have found such a special place to stay.

The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The host was helpful but not intrusive. Outdoor area was gorgeous! Listen to his restaurant recommendations, we had fabulous, inexpensive lunch at Los Agaves. Great place for a couples get-away. We hope to return soon!

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the Santa Barbara area! The grounds are spectacular and the suite itself is very comfortable. It was nice being welcomed personally by Dino, the host, who made sure we knew where everything was and how everything worked. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! Rooms was clean, host was friendly and extremely accommodating. He even recommended local spots to eat. This is our go to spot when traveling up north!

What a beautiful oasis Dino and Florida are sharing! The garden is just outstanding/relaxing, even if only to pass through to get to the Zen room or when walking back to your car. Sadly, we didn't have the time to just kick back and relax as we had plans with friends and family every day we were there, so really just utilized the space for sleeping. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.
What I do want to especially thank Dino and Florida for was for their willingness to aid us with a problem we experienced prior to arrival, which in turn allowed us to still make our trip. Thank you for taking a chance on us!
We look forward to staying there again especially to relax in this beautiful oasis, but next time, the cottage!!

We were delighted with our stay! The Zen room has a real Zen feel to it with beautiful artwork, soft lighting and dark furnishings. The sleep by number bed and the bidet were welcome surprises, too! Dino and Florida greeted us upon arrival to tell us about places to eat, a nearby hiking trail and general information we needed to know. The grounds are beautiful; so lush with nature. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the outside sitting area but we'll have to do that next time.

This has to be one of my all time favorite rentals. The property was immaculately cared for and stock full of beautiful vegetation. The check-in process was clear and easy. The owner, Dino, met us there at check in and gave us a tour of the property and accommodations. He showed us how to get in and out and was just next door if we needed anything. This was a much needed getaway for my husband and I and it did not disappoint. The neighborhood was beautiful and so wonderfully quiet and tranquil. My only regret was not staying here longer. We spent most of our days out enjoying Santa Barbara. I would have loved to have spent more time at our little rental. Next time, perhaps. Thank you for everything!

This peaceful retreat has become our favorite getaway in Santa Barbara. So glad we discovered this cozy Casita tucked away in the oak trees of Montecito with some of the best on-site wandering path gardens, all created by the hospitable owners Dino and Florida. Will be back again for sure!

Clean, comfortable studio with all that you need for a happy stay. Dino, the host, provided good communication prior to, and at check in. He also made himself available via text if needed during stay. The grounds and patio area provided for guest use with the studio are lovely and restful.

Beautiful experience
Stayed 9 days on this gorgeous property with its very accommodating and charming host & hostess, Dino & Florida.. I was feeling poorly for a few days, and Florida even brought me her homemade soup, etc. Everything I needed was there & the location couldn't have been better for attending Music Academy of the West events. My wholehearted recommendation and thanks for a beautiful stay.

A tranquil delight
We loved our stay in this beautifully appointed and totally private guest suite with a lushly planted, fountained patio just outside the door. The garden and grounds are splendid and restful, with inviting seating areas, lawns and even a swing attached to a majestic live oak tree.

Beautiful Place to Stay:
Special place to stay in Montecito. The property is beautiful and the room is comfortable with a great bed! The location is convenient to visiting Montecito, Santa Barbara, and Carpinteria. Dino provides great information on local hikes and places to eat. We hope to return again in the future.

From the beginning of our stay to the end, every need was met. The hosts have paid strict attention to detail and are truly lovely people. We could not have been more happy with our stay! A bonus: the grounds are amazing...the best private garden we have EVER seen. Also the queen size bed was very comfy.
Highly recommend local trails; we did not need our car much as the heart of Summerland is a moderate hike away with great shops and dining...and the beach!

Wow! I could not possibly have picked a better place to stay! Nestled in the lush hills of Montecito, this very private property is beautiful and tranquil. The host couple, Dino and Florida, are so welcoming and treated me as though I were an old friend. They are careful not to intrude but I just liked them so much, I asked them to join me for coffee each day I was there-- and we had such interesting and thought provoking conversations. Just love them! In fact, I may be moving to Santa Barbara soon and I will definitely include them in my circle of friends! Be sure to ask Dino about his art. His work is truly amazing!
