La amabilidad de la recepcionista
El espacio no es para 4 literas para 4 personas porque uno de los cuartos demasiado pequeño que ni la puerta se podía abrir además un solo ventilador el cual da solo a los de abajo a los de arriba no da aire , demasiado caliente y no tienen tanque para el agua para cuando en la ciudad se vaya además queda súper retirado de todo de los supermercados tiendas , restaurantes nada central

Monica war eine sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die bei allen Fragen und Anliegen zur Verfügung stand. Die Lage war sehr gut und das Zimmer war sehr schön, vor allem der Blick auf die Stadt. Außerdem war das Frühstück sehr lecker.
Im Zimmer gab es nur wenige Steckdosen und keinen Mülleimer.

Rooftop is nice, Monica the owner is amazing and very attentive, hostel is clean, great lounge area for people to meet, price was great, oh and I would stay again. Wifi worked great.

La clave hostel is all about Monica the host. She is the best host I have met in my backpackers life. Always smiling, helpful, and available at all time even in the night to open the door to party people. She prepare a very good breakfast till 12 and she is a shining beautiful heart. The hostel is also very nice with nice rooftop, kitchen it’s very clean and in a very safe and good neighbourhood. You have to go there just meet monica and enjoy a beer on the rooftop.
We had to leave too soon and not see monica anymore. The pillow could be better but do the job.
