This beautifully remodeled craftsman home was the perfect accommodation for our little group of 5!
Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a plus & the house was very clean. The location was convenient to restaurants & visiting family. And last but not least was Robert, the delightful young man that assisted us with our tv issues!
We had trouble with the door code & getting the tv to cooperate. Maybe some extra instructions to operate would aide the next guests? All the links on the check-in email were not accessible so we needed to call for each time we needed assistance.

Fantastic home for the money
We loved everything about the home and location. It wasn’t the cleanest once we arrived though. We found hair in the master bathroom and in one of the guest baths.

This home just MADE our vacation in Coeur D'Alene! So beautiful! I didn't expect it would be as beautiful, clean and new as it actually is! The appliances - such as the stainless steel, french-door refrigerator/freezer and the stove that did not have a console on the back - were higher caliber than many vacation homes. I was surprised by the lush, well cared for exterior landscape of plants, flowers and grass. Nor did I expect a garage and a couple of patio chairs to relax in on the back patio. The beds were so comfortable and the neighborhood safe and perfect! The home is bright and welcoming and well appointed. And, candidly, underpriced for how spectacular it is!
There are only minor - truly nit-picky - observations that I hesitate to even mention because they are so inconsequential and did not affect our enthusiasm and gratitude to stay in such a spectacular home. * The long, fluffy bath mat in the master bath is at the end of its life and should be replaced. * The flooring - while absolutely beautiful - is a wood-like laminate which carries sound a bit, it seemed -and is not seemingly as durable or as high-end as every other aspect of the home. * We are not tech savvy and didn't understand the cable. Some instructions could be helpful - or information such as - if you have a subscription to Hulu or Roku you are all set, if not then . . . .. We wanted to watch cable news and only figured out how to watch segments from a few days prior on the TV. * And, finally, we had some trouble getting into the home via the lockbox. Think it would be much better to install door code locks. We called the property management company and waited on hold for more than a half hour before my husband found an unlocked door to get in and then a second lockbox, at an area not mentioned in the arrival instructions, that we were able to access and finally get in. To be fair, it was a Sunday night at 6pm, nonetheless, it was quite unsettling to arrive, fatigued from travel with all of our luggage and sit outside on the porch- unable to enter as we waited on hold for far too long, never reaching anyone that night. I sent an email and received a response from a representative of the property management company the next morning that she would get it repaired in time for the next guest without interrupting our stay.
