Gulf View - Community PoolSaturday to Saturday bookings during the months of January through March. 24 hour parking for one car. No overnight guest parking. Parking permits required. Please know an application with the homeowner's association is required to obtain parking permits. The application fee is covered in your reservation. Directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the view from this condo is breathtaking! Undercover parking, an open-air lanai, and elevator complete the package. There is a large heated pool and spa directly on the beach.**Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from the unit. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with A Paradise Vacation Rentals. We are not notified of, nor can we be held responsible, for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay. Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore taking advantage of the free island trolley. Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and is one half mile long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts. You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. Noise is measured at the property line of the property generating the noise. Wonderful water front condo with expansive balcony. Tastefully decorated and well maintained. Nicely located in centre of Anna Maria Island with free island trolley stop directly in front of condo. Enjoyable pool and spa

Great beach access and not crowded at all. Loved the sunsets too as well as sitting on the porch drinking my morning coffee. Condo was a good location to town-enjoyed the quiet and not the crowds in town.

This condo has an amazing view. Right on the beach and an easy walk down to the pool. The location is great because it is is not at the far end of AMI and has easy access to Bradenton. The interior is clean and updated. I would suggest a new set of primary sheets and mattress pad- old and stained. There are no bathroom fans; there doors for the bedrooms and main bathroom are all vented doors which was a little odd for privacy reasons. This residence in this association are an older age demographic so no floats allowed in the pool- only noodles. There is no common grill to use in this association so don't buy meats with intention to grill. Bring your own can opener (the one there doesn't work), silverware also needs to be replaced. The building is well maintained, clean and the beach front is not as busy as other areas.

Our entire week at AMI was amazing! From the space in the condo to the ease of getting to the beach was exactly what we wanted and needed for our daughters fall break. We loved the condo, the pool, the easy access to the beach.

Beautiful sunsets!
We loved this condo and enjoyed the beautiful ocean views. The condo and complex were well maintained. The common areas being cleaned daily. The only disappointment was it doesn’t seem to be available in 2023!!

We loved the apartment and location; it was exactly as advertised. Even though Anna Maria Island can get crowded, the location of this apartment made you feel out of the rush and yet close to everything should you want to venture out. Definitely would like to return.

Great location with wonderful view and spacious interior.
The condo could use a few upgrades for the comfort of their guests; as well as some maintenance & better cleaning in a few areas.
Balcony:
We could not sit out and enjoy the view at all. The bar table & chair fabric was so dry-rotted, it was pulling away from the PVC supports. It didn't look safe to sit in. There were 2 smaller chairs, but it was like sitting on metal rails, no comfort at all. Such a shame for the cost/night.
Utilities:
The hot water heater NEVER got hot. This made us question how the dishwasher got anything clean. The drying cycle is a must to ensure dishes were sanitized.
The A/C has been programmed to never go lower than 70. We didn't use it much, but when we did, it had a moldy/musty odor.
The hallway sconce lights didn't work. Not sure if it was switch or all the bulbs burned out.
Kitchen:
The pullout faucet sprayer for the sink was CAKED in black mold. That was not a fun chore to do on vacation.
Butcher block countertops are a bacterial breeding ground! I have no idea how they disinfect between guests. We used plates or covered the counters in foil every time we prepped anything for our safety.
The coffee maker provided was missing the "stop drip" mechanism and the heating plate was completely rusted out. We just bought another and left it there for the next guest to enjoy.
Master bathroom:
Sink nearest shower - faucet and hot water lever were very loose and not installed properly.
Pests:
There were little black beetles everywhere. They had hard shells and didn't move very fast...which made it easier to kill them!
The cleaning service should communicate better with the property management and/or the owners about the items above.
Overall, it was a nice 2 weeks, but we probably won't stay at this property again.
