This was a comfortable cottage in a great area. Lots of walking areas to please the dogs and work off the extra calories from the great food in the area. The dogs also loved the 5 star yard to play in. Neighbors and locals were very welcoming. All kinds of water sports and nature viewing. We stayed a month and did not get to all of the things he had hoped to do.

Planned a girls trip to kayak in the area. Great house for our stay. We spent most of our time outside on covered patio area. Plenty of space. Great location to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again.

This property has everything we needed for our short get away.

The neighborhood was very quiet which was nice because we had 2 little kids.
Was a 2 minute ride to the boat ramp, the hose and power outlet next to the driveway was nice to get the batteries recharged and boat rinsed off.
Will definitely be back next year.

Check in process was very simple, home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet getaway or to go scalloping like we did. House is very close to boat ramp and great restaurants/ shops.

We enjoyed our stay here! Everything was exactly as described and the patio had lots of seating for a family. Our dog also enjoyed the fenced in yard with all the numerous balls scattered throughout as well. Plenty of dishes and utensils to use. Very easy check in/out instructions as well

So enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect, the fenced in yard was great. We truly enjoyed the screened porch, spent alot of time there. Hostess was quick to respond to questions. We are already booked for 2024. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful. Debby/Scott Webb, Ray/Sharon Thum.

very nice location a little big for 2 people only used 1 bedroom the dogs enjoyed fenced in yard and watched squ irrels had a great time

I absolutely loved this house. The yard was great, but the screened in porch really was the best spot to hang out. Comfortable, clean, and so easy to get anywhere we wanted to go, yet still quiet and peaceful. Plus pet friendly! What more can you ask for. I’m sure we will be back to visit again and we will stay in this home when we do.

The home was clean and stocked with everything a person would need. The yard was huge and the beds were nice. Wish the weather had been nicer but we enjoyed our time at this rental greatly 😊

A nice place to stay. Closer to crystal river and right next to Homosassa springs.
Overall good place except for 2 things:
1. No dish washer. This was a bummer for us who planned to cooking food. We had to do the dishes everyday
2. The outside bathroom. - not a big problem, but it is inconvenient. You have to step outside the house for the bathroom. It was very cold the weekend we visited and it was inconvenient to use the outside bathroom as there was no heater. I don't think this would be a problem other times as it does have a cooler.

property was spacious enough for our fishing party to relax after a day on the water. it was cold, by Fl standards, and rainy when we stayed so we did not get out much. Having said that there appears to be many places to enjoy a meal close by.

Cute house. Loved the location. Daughter loved the big yard and searching for little frogs. Great communication. Family of 8 had a great time here. Loved the little screened in porch for hanging out and the cornhole. Thank you so much!

Homosassa Vacation
This was by far the best vacation with my fur babies. The fenced-in yard was fantastic. Spacious living conditions. We enjoyed grilling out. This cottage was so centrally located. Lots of things to do. Rented a golf cart to run up and down the road to different restaurants and bars. I felt very safe also. The property manager, by far exceeded my expectations. Quick response to all are needs. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay..... See You Next Year! Sid and Neil
