Summary: Large 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with huge bonus room above 2 car garage. Home has plenty of parking in its own driveway. Also has large deck off kitchen. Home sits on the corner of quite cul da sac on a dead end road. Very peaceful and minutes to Downtown Franklin The Space: All bedrooms are on one level, with huge bonus room above 2 car garage. Home has plenty of parking in it own driveway. Also has large deck off kitchen. This home is located just 1.5 miles from historic downtown Franklin, where you’ll find many retail shops and fabulous restaurants, house is nestled in small neighborhood in a quite cul da sac, Close to the Factory of Franklin for Saturday morning Farmers market, unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment, and a couple minutes to Cool Springs for many more restaurants, shopping & fun. 25 minutes to Downtown Nashville. Home has easy access with keyless entry. You will be provided a code 1 week prior to check in, it will be active 3 pm day of check in and expire 10 am day of departure. Large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, storage, and stainless appliances. You will find everything you need for cooking. 200mbps Wifi and cable, comfortable new beds, all linens, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll paper towels included. *Fireplace is non functional Washer and dryer on site with ironing board and iron for your convenience. There is a pack n play and highchair available as well for families with babies. Dogs are welcome, 2 dogs max, We ask that they be crated when you are not with them and they must be disclosed prior to booking with a $75 pet fee. Bedroom 1- Master suite has tv with cable, King bed, and attached bathroom with tub/shower Bedroom 2- Queen bed Bedroom 3- Queen bed Large bonus room for air mattress additional charge person per night after 6. Guest access When you book with us, we will send you the code for the key less lock. We’re local to the home, and available quickly if needed. Guests have the entire home and back patio. My family traveled from 3 States to TN for our family Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for us. Very Comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone to visit, cook, eat and play!
Having the big screen TV in the extra large bonuse room was our go to for football games, the Thanksgiving Day parade and video games.

This was the perfect place for our group while we stayed in Franklin for a weekend conference. The beds were super comfortable, the common areas had great seating, lots of space, and thoughtful amenities. Melissa was very responsive when I needed to reach her the day before we arrived, and she took good care of us. Lovely, quiet neighborhood perfect for walks. I only wish we had been less busy during our stay so that we could have enjoyed the house longer.

Very clean home, large rooms, everything you need. Just like home. Hosts are awesome. Location is great. Only a half hour from Nashville. This is a house in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommend this vacation gem.

We went to Franklin for a family birthday. Hotels are great, but a home gives you time to sit around the table, cook breakfast, play games and truly visit. The ease from booking to check in and check out along with texting Melissa prior to and during our stay was priceless. Will definitely stay here again!

House in a quaint neighborhood… house is clean…. Full size washer and dryer nice… living room furniture could be updated… master king bed is high up… nice master shower… nice accommodating kitchen… the owner was reachable if needed.

We had the best experience this weekend! Our adult daughters and their families met us in Franklin and we went to all the Christmas things at the Opryland!
The house was perfect to come home to after being on the go. We had plenty of room, everything was immaculate, and we were close to grocery stores, gas stations, and Downtown Franklin.
We had our little girls outside some and got to meet some of the neighbors and everyone was so nice!
We would 100% recommend this location and will definitely book again if we are in the area. ❤️

Nice home in a nice neighborhood
The home was well equipped. in a nice safe, and quiet neighborhood. A few suggestions were made to the owner about the HVAC and small items through out the home. I would recommend this home.

First off I don’t think I’ve had property managers who actively made sure everything was going well throughout the stay. They were great! The property was clean and the location was a short distance from EVERYTHING that we wanted to do! The neighborhood was friendly, they treated us as if we lived there. Would highly recommend to anyone especially if you have a pet to bring!!

Best Property Managers Ever!
First off I don’t think I’ve had property managers who actively made sure everything was going well throughout the stay. They were great! The property was clean and the location was a short distance from EVERYTHING that we wanted to do! The neighborhood was friendly, they treated us as if we lived there. Would highly recommend to anyone especially if you have a pet to bring!!

Nice home and area. Felt very safe there. The only issue was that we could not change thermostat from air to heat. It was hot during days and cold at night. I would have to call owner and she would have to do it over phone. She was very quick and helpful doing it.
